Abstract

Implementasi bimbingan ibadah haji di laksanakan oleh pihak pengelola pemberangkatan ibadah haji di kabupaten Pangandaran, dijalankan dalam membimbing calon jema’ah haji dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji di kota mekah dan madinah. Implementasi bimbingan ibadah haji memberikan edukasi dari berbagai aspek yang melibatkan sarat dan kewajiban dalam melaksanakan ibadah ahji. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif deskrifptif yang melibatkan pengelolaan data dengan wawancara dan stady pustaka mengenai bimbingan haji. Hasil dalam penelitian implementasi bimbingan haji terdapat pada bidang bimbingan manasik haji bagi jema’ah haji. Bimbingan ibadah haji terdapat pada tahapan penyusunana jadwal di atur oleh pengelolaan bimbingan haji di setiap lembaga dan wilayah yang ada di kabupaten pangandaran. Edukasi protokol kesehatan dalam mencegah penyebaran virus covid 19, sehinga tidak menggangu kesehatan calaon jema’ah haji. Pelatihan ( manasik haji ) kegiatan manasik haji berisi tentang prosedur dalam menjalakan ibadah haji dari awal pemberangkatan, samapai tujuan, dan pulang ke tanah air. Bidang transportasi menjadi bahan pada bimbingan haji yang dilaksanakan berguna untuk menambah wawasan jema’ah haji dalam berpergian saat di kota mekah dan madinah. Pengawasan dan monitoring di laksanakan dalam mengevaluasi berbagai prosedur yang dijalakan dalam tahapan manasik haji, dan persiapan administrasi jema’ah haji agar bisa berangkat dengan baik dan pulang ke tanah air dengan selamat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the management need assessment at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar. In this study, the method used was a qualitative approach by making observations and interviews. The research subject in this study is BK Teacher who is responsible for managing guidance and counseling programs in schools. The results showed that Need Assessment Management was carried out, one of which was for the development of students' potential at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar. Various types of assessments carried out include assessment of test techniques such as conducting aptitude tests, interest tests, and achievement tests. And non-test technical assessments are carried out with various types of assessments such as DCM (Problem Checklist), AUM (General Problem Disclosure Tool), ITP (Developmental Task Inventory), ATP (Developmental Task Application), AKPD (Assessment of Student Needs). BK teachers process data to compile a program to provide services that are in accordance with student needs. BK teachers at SMPN 3 Langkaplancar said that when there are students with low assessment results, they will be given services that are in accordance with their needs, on the other hand, if students with high assessment results, BK teachers look for ways so that students can remain consistent.
