Abstract

Aqua is a brand of packaged water in Indonesia that is produced by PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Tbk since 1973. It is a very well-known brand of packaged water and has become the generic brand of packaged water in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to analyze the importance and performance of Employee Welfare Program in PT Tirta Investama (Danone  AQUA) Airmadidi. Based on the data analysis this research found that Employee welfare programs that have high importance and low performance or labeled as “concentrate here” are National Security for the workforce (JAMSOSTEK)/BPJS membership and Economic Enterprise, “keep up the good work” are Outside Workplace Accident Insurance, Life Insurance, Place of Worship and Recreation and employee welfare program that have low importance and low performance or labeled as “low priority”  is Sport & Art. Another findings is there is no employee welfare program that have high performance but low importance or labeled as “possible overkill”.Keywords: Employee Welfare, Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

Mulai Desember 2015, Indonesia akan bergabung dalam era kompetisi bernama Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Ada beragam tanggapan mengenai kesiapan para guru di Indonesia untuk menghadapi era kompetisi yang bakal berlangsung ketat di antara masyarakat negaranegara ASEAN. Kinerja Guru sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan Indonesia sehingga lewat peningkatan kinerja guru akan berdampak pada kompetisi di era Mea. Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja adalah salah satu faktor penggerak peningkatan kinerja Guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Kecamatan Tenga,Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru pada satuan kerja di SMP Kecamatan Tenga Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan,yang berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Beradasarkan analisa data dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda ditemukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Kecamatan Tenga,Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.

Abstract

Performance of employees of CV. Vio Catering can also be measured through completion duties effectively and efsien and perform its role and function and that all related linearly and positively related to the success of a company. Focus of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and disciplines on employee performance in CV. Vio Catering, simultaneously and partially. Population of this research is all 54 employees of CV. Vio Catering. Sampling method used is saturated sampling method. Using a multiple regression as a analysis tool, this research found that there is a significant influence of leadership style, work motivation and disciplines on employee performance in CV. Vio Catering, simultaneously and partially. So based on this findings, is recommended that CV. Vio Catering needs to improve the employee performance by focusing an increasing in leadership style, work motivation and disciplines as factors to determine the increasing in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze whether investment and financing decisions have a significant effect on the firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses data from food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013 to 2017. The analyzed companies are 13 companies based on sample criteria. The analysis method used is panel data analysis by using Microsoft Excel and Eviews 10 software. The results of this study found that investment decisions have a positive effect but not significant on firm value and financing decisions have a significant and positive effect on firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan orang tua petani padi terhadap kelanjutan pendidikan anak di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 kepala keluarga sebagai petani padi. Total sampling dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 kepala keluarga petani padi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuisioner. Sumber data yakni sumber data primer yang telah diolah. Kemudian data dengan hasil angket atau kuisioner dianalisis dengan rumus chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani padi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan pendidikan anak yang berada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anak sangat dipengaruhi pendapatan ekonomi orang tua, karena orang tualah yang bertanggung jawab membiayai pendidikan anak. Pendapatan petani padi yang ada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa sangatlah berbeda-beda, hal ini disebabkan karena luas lahan dan status kepemilikan lahan yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Keluarga Petani Padi, Kelanjutan Pendidikan Anak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the income of rice farmer parents on the continuation of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 53 heads of families as rice farmers. The total sampling in this study was 47 heads of rice farmer families. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data source is the primary data source that has been processed. Then the data with the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the chi square formula. The results of this study indicate that the income of rice farmers greatly influences the continuity of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency because the low level of children's education is greatly influenced by the economic income of parents, because parents are responsible for financing children's education.
