Abstract

Human resources are a strategic asset for every organization, especially for large-scale manufacturing companies such as PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In an industry that operates with high physical intensity and work risks, attention to aspects of occupational health, occupational safety, and the use of technology are important factors to ensure operational continuity while maintaining employee engagement levels. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational health, occupational safety, and technology on employee engagement at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Employee engagement is an important factor in increasing productivity and reducing turnover in manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 105 employees in the production department of the Gresik Factory, where sampling uses a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The independent variables in this study are occupational health, occupational safety, and technology, while the dependent variable is employee engagement. The results of this study are expected to provide empirical contributions to company management in formulating more effective human resource policies to improve employee engagement.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing how financial institutions manage risk, as traditional methods struggle to keep up with fast-moving threats and growing data complexity. AI technologies like machine learning and natural language processing are now used to improve credit scoring, detect fraud faster, predict market risks, and automate compliance tasks. This study explores how these tools are being applied to make risk management more accurate and efficient. Findings show that using new types of data—such as mobile usage or online behavior—helps assess credit for those without formal histories, AI reduces false fraud alerts significantly, and compliance work becomes faster with automated document reading. Still, challenges remain: some AI models are too difficult to explain to regulators, biased results have raised fairness concerns, and older systems in many banks can’t support AI in real time. These issues highlight the need for clearer models, stronger safeguards, and better technology systems. Institutions are encouraged to train staff on AI oversight, use tools to check for bias, and partner with regulators to safely test new systems before full use.

Abstract

. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal quality audits, leadership, and madrasah commitment on service quality at MAN 1 Lamongan. In an era of increasingly fierce competition in education quality, madrasahs are required to continuously improve and innovate their educational services. Internal quality audits are an important tool for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an institution, while effective leadership and madrasah commitment are the main pillars in fostering a culture of sustainable quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all educators and educational staff at MAN 1 Lamongan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables (internal quality audit, leadership, and madrasah commitment) and dependent variables (service quality). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on service quality. Partially, internal quality audit has a positive influence through improved evaluation systems and continuous improvement. Effective leadership creates a conducive work environment and encourages active participation from all madrasah components. Meanwhile, the madrasah's high commitment to the institution's vision and mission further strengthens efforts to provide excellent service to students and the community. Thus, collaboration between the audit system, leadership, and madrasah commitment is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services at MAN 1 Lamongan. This study recommends the importance of strengthening quality management capacity and consistently involving all madrasah components in the process of improving service quality.
