Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, motivasi, penghargaan finansial terhadap minat berkarir dibidang perpajakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis pada Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang semester 5 dan semester 7. Sampel ditentukan 100 mahasiswa sesuai dengan Hair (2011) yang menyatakan data survei minimal 100. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sample. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 100 dan yang kembali 72 sehingga tingkat respon (respone rate) sebesar 72 persen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pajak dan penghargaan finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa akuntansi dibidang perpajakan, sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkarir mahasiswa akuntansi dibidang perpajakan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge of entrepreneurship, information technology and self-affecacy on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of August 17, 1945 Semarang. The population in this study was 339 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The sample size is 80 students with sampling techniques using proportionate ramdom sampling. Analaisis technique uses multiple regression findings from this study firstly entrepreneurial knowledge, information technology and self-affecacy have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship and secondly entrepreneurial knowledge, information technology has a positive and significant effect on self-affecacy.

Abstract

One of the economic forces that has been supporting the Indonesian economy and regional economic strength is the presence of micro, small and medium businesses (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's development and economy. However, MSMEs have limited resources and their small business scale encourages MSME entrepreneurs to look for innovative and creative solutions. This is a profitable opportunity to improve and develop MSMEs that are more innovative and creative. One form that MSME players can take is by implementing simple transaction recording and utilizing digitalization. The aim of this service activity is that MSME entrepreneurs can apply simple accounting in financial management, be ethical in the use of social and digital media, open up insights to market their business online and strengthen themselves as entrepreneurs so that MSMEs grow and develop. This service method involves providing outreach to the Mijen Village community. This activity was carried out with high community enthusiasm and support from Regional Government policies and figures from Mijen Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. This community service activity can increase insight and skills, as well as encourage the community to improve MSMEs.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological advancement, the role of (MSMEs) in the economy is becoming increasingly important. However, the problem of the inability of MSMEs to make financial statements and fulfill their tax obligations results in difficulties accessing capital, where MSMEs cannot meet the requirements in obtaining capital through banks or other financial institutions. This community service aims to provide literacy to individual taxpayers of MSMEs who have not carried out their tax obligations correctly, especially related to changes from PP 23 of 2018 to the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020. The methods used are counseling and socialization regarding aspects of taxation and financial reporting to MSMEs. The results obtained in the discussion showed that the limit of non-taxable gross circulation is Rp. 500,000,000 following the Law on Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP) of 2020.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the marketing and sales promotion capabilities of batik MSMEs, especially Omah Batik Srikandi and Edukriya in Jatisari Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. The approach includes training and mentoring by providing knowledge and skills of effective sales promotion strategies in marketing batik. Its activities intend to increase batik promotion and sales through the development of innovative sales promotion strategies, such as discounts, gifts, and others. Through this approach, it is hoped that batik MSMEs can increase sales, expand market reach, and support the preservation of batik cultural heritage in Semarang City. Increasing the competitiveness of batik MSMEs is also expected to be achieved, thus having a positive impact on the local and national economy.
