Abstract

Human resources and personnel management are crucial for businesses in managing, coordinating, and employing staff so that they can work efficiently to meet organizational goals. A company's human resources must be competently managed to strike a balance between employee needs and the requirements and capabilities of the organization. The key to the business's productive and equitable growth is this equilibrium. The productivity of a company's personnel has a significant impact on the growth of its operations and organizational structure. In this study, the impact of direct cash pays and the use of workplace rules on employee performance is examined. 100 individuals from each employee division's population made up the sample. The impact of direct financial support and the imposition of work discipline on employee performance levels is examined using the multiple regression method. The study's findings demonstrate that among the four independent variables salary, wages, incentives, and work discipline only incentive, with a t-value less than the t-table, has no bearing on the independent variable performance.

Abstract

Healthy living and carrying out the work of Mosque and Prayer Room Gharim/marbots is very important because Gharim/Marbots interact with the congregation. Comfort in worship is a priority, especially personal hygiene. This Community Service aims to provide education regarding personal hygiene patterns and work implementation carried out by Gharim/marbot. The service activities went well and smoothly, but only 20% of the Gharim/Marbot were able to attend and take part in the educational activities. The activity went well and the enthusiasm of the training participants was very visible by actively asking questions and providing answers to questions asked by the presenters and discussions about health and carrying out work. Before carrying out community service, a pretest was carried out, namely asking each participant about occupational health and knowledge about nutritional consumption. The method of implementing the activity is to provide knowledge/education to all gharim and marbot of mosques and prayer rooms in the working area of Tangkerang Selatan sub-district. Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta manajemen kinerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan perbankan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 240 profesional perbankan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang diukur dengan skala Likert lima poin. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga praktik HRM - rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta manajemen kinerja - memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan produktivitas karyawan. Di antara ketiga praktik tersebut, rekrutmen dan seleksi menunjukkan dampak yang paling kuat, diikuti oleh manajemen kinerja serta pelatihan dan pengembangan. Temuan-temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi HRM yang komprehensif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja di sektor perbankan Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan implikasi praktis, memandu para manajer SDM di industri perbankan menuju praktik-praktik MSDM yang lebih efektif untuk mendorong produktivitas dan kesuksesan organisasi.
