Abstract

Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah mencantumkan daftar pustaka merupakan hal yang wajib mahasiswa lakukan agar terhindar dari plagiarism. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi para mahasiswa adalah masih banyak yang belum memahami cara pengutipan dan penulisan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Untuk lebih memudahkan dalam membuat daftar pustaka secara otomatis, saat ini telah hadir aplikasi yang dapat mahasiswa gunakan dalam menulis daftar pustaka secara otomatis, yakni aplikasi Mendeley. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk memberikan informasi dan skill kepada mahasiswa mengenai cara penulisan sitasi dan membuat daftar pustaka menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Peserta kegiatan yaitu mahasiswa akuntansi fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas ibnu sina. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at, 11 Maret 2022. Metode yang dilakukan berupa presentasi, praktik dan tanya jawab diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan Mendeley meningkatnya kemampuan dan kompetensi mahasiswa akuntansi semester akhir dalam pengutipan dan penulisan karya ilmiah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Lebih jauh mahasiswa merasa pelatihan sangat bermanfaat untuk membantu mereka dalam penulisan tugas akhir mereka.

Abstract

The study was made to determine the correlation of the factors that influence the increase in sales capacity of the Lestari cake ingredient shop which sells cakes and cake ingredients in Batam City. The company is run by a family and is engaged in the business of making bread and also marketing it. Challenges are always there, with cafes & bakeries already having brands and interests. Of course, the challenges are difficult and a problem for business people. This study uses quantitative methods to obtain the relationship between variables and to test existing hypotheses using samples obtained from the existing population. The preparation of the data was taken by means of observation, question and answer and questionnaires. The sample in the study was 98 people. The questions posed to the entire sample amounted to 20 questions. The report uses three free variables and one bound variable, so that each variable can have 5 questions asked. Of all the questions that exist, all of them are declared valid. From the results of the analysis test between Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3) variables in sales capacity (Y), it can be explained that among the three independent variables, the one that has more influence on sales capacity is the product, namely 55, 60% has an effect on increasing sales capacity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze effective work from home on leadership, competency, taining, and facility and technology to teacher performance. The design used is hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The population and respondents in this study was teachers in Batam city. The results of the study show that the leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance with significant = 0.360 and competency has significant effect to teacher performance with significant value = 0,036 results on training has significant effect on teacher performance with significant 0,005, and facility and technology also has significant effect on teacher performance with value of significant is 0,000. The results show that between leadership, competency, training, facility and technology together influence teacher performance with significant 0,000. Based on the two tests above between the Uji t and Uji F test and the direct test, it can be concluded that the rules of the leadership do not have a significant impact on the performance of teachers for that the schools, management and education offices focus on competency of teacher on conduct class on line or PJJ. Based on the result for adjusted R square can be explained at 51,7% is influenced by the four variables (Leadership, Competency, Training, Facility and Technology) to teacher performance, the other 48.3% is the contribution of other variables not included in this research. According to results testing in this research training, facility and technology significantly impact on teacher performance in PJJ class, which means governance and school management, provide some course training to increase teacher performance. Next research model can be explain with mediating variabel to make sure and increase adjusted R square results for example variabel the role of organizational commitment in organizational structure, organizational strategy and management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of commitment, productivity, organizational citizenship behavior, training on the performance of the Tanjungpinang Barat police personnel. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 people, questions were given using a questionnaire distributed through purposive sampling using data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression analysis. In this study, there are five hypotheses presented by the researcher and the analysis mode used in this study is based on data analysis, the results of this study. Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that Commitment (X1) to the Pesonil Polsek Tanjungpinang Barat. Polsek has a positive and significant effect on performance. Productivity (X2) at the Pesonil Polsek Tanjungpinang Barat Polsek has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organization Citizenship Behavior (X3) at the Pesonil Polsek Tanjungpinang Barat Polsek has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training (X3) at the Pesonil Polsek Tanjungpinang Barat Polsek has a positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa pengaruh : (1) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri (2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri (3) Pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling yaitu dengan seluruh populasi sebanyak 44 orang menjadi responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh Motivasi karyawan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri sebesar 36,5%, terdapat pengaruh Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri sebesar 34,5%, terdapat pengaruh Pelatihan kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri sebesar 14,3% dan terdapat pengaruh Motivasi karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri sebesar 53,3%...bcvc

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a work system based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for processing export and import documents. The data collection method used is the literature study method, the observation method and the interview method. Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi salah satu unsur terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan karena SDM merupakan penentu maju atau mundurnyasebuah perusahaan. Perubahan teknologi dan berbagai dinamika yang ada menyebabkan persaingan yang semakin sengit. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Suportif, Kompensasi dan Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wahana PendawaBakti. Pernyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 71 responden dengan menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif denganmetode analisis regresi berganda dan mengunakan program SPSS25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Suportif,Kompensasi dan Kompetensi berpengasuh terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. Abstract

Research is one of the supporting elements in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. For research students, it is stated in the writing of the final project, a mandatory requirement to achieve graduation. However, students who will compile their final project are usually confused about the problems they will raise because they do not have experience. I have never done the research and do not know the program used to process data. Maybe some already know but cannot use it. The training activities use presentation, discussion and practice methods. This activity was attended by 250 students of semester VII (seven) management study programs. From the results that have been carried out, it appears that the participants are enthusiastic about participating in the training. The many questions and responses evidence this participant after the devotees deliver the material and provide hands-on practice. In addition, community service activities that have been carried out have obtained results, including increased knowledge, understanding, and skills of students on how to operate the SPSS program, input and process data and read the output or interpret the results of processing the data.

Abstract

Career planning for students is essential to develop in support of the desired goals. Therefore, students are expected to have a career plan according to their talents, interests, level of intelligence, and life values to make it easier for students to plan a career. This study aims to improve career planning skills for high school students (SMA). In this activity, several methods were used, including the lecture method, the discussion, and planning method, the question and answer method, and the evaluation method.
