Abstract

The digitalization of education has become an essential component of the modern educational system, particularly in Saudi Arabia, where the government has invested significantly in technological advancement within its schools. This study aims to analyze the ongoing digitalization efforts in primary education in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the trends, impacts, and effectiveness of technology on teaching and learning processes. By reviewing current policies, analyzing the integration of digital tools in classrooms, and examining the experiences of teachers and students, this article presents a comprehensive understanding of how digital education is being implemented in the Kingdom. The study also explores the implications of digital tools on student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall educational quality. The findings suggest that while progress has been made, further investment in professional development and infrastructure is crucial to ensure the sustainability of digital education in primary schools. The paper concludes with recommendations for policy development and strategic planning to enhance the digitalization of education in Saudi Arabia.

Abstract

Multidimensional financial crises require coordinated and innovative responses from various stakeholders, especially the public and private sectors. This study aims to examine public-private collaboration strategies in handling multidimensional financial crises through a literature review of relevant literature, regulations, and case studies. The results of the study indicate that public-private collaboration can strengthen the effectiveness of crisis responses through various models, such as infrastructure partnerships, credit restructuring, financing innovations, and the development of cross-sector forums. Successful collaboration strategies are characterised by clear division of roles and risks, transparent governance, and adaptive policy support. However, challenges such as capacity constraints, differences in interests, and moral hazards remain major obstacles that need to be anticipated. This study emphasises the importance of strengthening regulatory frameworks, monitoring, and continuous evaluation so that public-private collaboration can become the main foundation in building national economic resilience amid increasingly complex crisis dynamics.

Abstract

The handling of petty theft cases in Indonesia has been dominated by conventional criminal law approaches that are oriented towards punishment, without considering the multidimensional roots of the problem. This literature study aims to analyse the effectiveness of an interdisciplinary approach that integrates the perspectives of economic law and health law in handling petty theft offenders. The results of the study show that poverty, income distribution inequality, unemployment, and mental health disorders such as chronic stress and kleptomania are the main determinants of petty theft. A treatment model that combines economic intervention through empowerment of marginalised communities and loss value adjustment, as well as mental health intervention through psychological assessment and rehabilitation, has proven to be more effective in reducing recidivism rates and increasing the social reintegration of offenders. Cross-sector collaboration between law enforcement officials, health workers, and social workers in the diversion and restorative justice process also strengthens substantive justice. This research recommends updating regulations and strengthening economic-health policy synergies as strategic steps to create a more inclusive, humane and equitable social protection system in handling petty theft cases.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a major catalyst for the acceleration of digital technology adoption in the trade sector, particularly e-commerce. This research aims to examine the main innovations that have developed in post-pandemic e-commerce and their impact on businesses and consumers through a literature review method. The results show that innovations such as digital payment integration, artificial intelligence-based personalisation, logistics optimisation, social commerce, and cross-platform collaboration such as GoTo, have improved business operational efficiency, expanded market access, and created a more convenient and secure shopping experience for consumers. In addition, these innovations also encourage the growth of MSMEs and strengthen the digital ecosystem in Indonesia. However, challenges such as intensified competition, data security issues, and the digital divide still need to be anticipated for e-commerce growth to be sustainable in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dilemma of lowering interest rates by Bank Indonesia (BI) through a literature review of its impact on economic growth and rupiah exchange rate stability. The reduction in the BI benchmark interest rate is one of the main instruments of monetary policy that is expected to encourage consumption, investment, and lending, thereby accelerating national economic growth. However, this policy also brings risks to rupiah exchange rate stability, especially due to potential capital outflows and weakening the attractiveness of rupiah-denominated assets in the eyes of foreign investors. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analysing findings from various scientific journals, Bank Indonesia reports, and related economic publications. The results show that interest rate cuts are effective in promoting economic growth, but have the potential to increase exchange rate volatility if not balanced with adequate intervention and external risk management. Therefore, Bank Indonesia is faced with a trade-off between stimulating economic growth and protecting external macroeconomic stability, which requires prudent, measured, and coordinated policies with fiscal and macroprudential policies.
