Abstract

Background: RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul is a privately-owned public hospital that has been burgeoning. Leadership held at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul today is a transformational leadership. While, for motivating employee, the management of the hospital strives to provide adequate and fair compensation based on employee status, class rank and tenure. Hence, the compensation system will encourage every employee to give excellent service for each patient. Methodology: The research is a quantitative analysis using cross-sectional survey method. Data is obtained by disseminating questionnaire to the population, the whole permanent employee up to 104 respondents. Result: The statistical result indicates that management’s policy transformational leadership and distributive justice and procedural compensation rate affect to the satisfaction of work of the nurses at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Summary: Regarding to the result of the research, management’s policy to appreciate its employee through a good and fair compensation can significantly improve the satisfaction of work of the nurses at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Moreover, the management should maintain a workable situation and pay a lot of attention to the nurses.

Abstract

Work performance is the result of the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in their duties performing. Accomplishments can be achieved by increasing the satisfaction that can be realized giving Rewards proportionally and fair and to create a conducive working environment. Harmonious relationship that exists between a leader-employee is also needed among employees with one another to create a conducive working environment. The results of preliminary studies on Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital of Kendal seen a lot of indiscipline and delay the return of earlier of employees and the number continues to increase. This research was quantitative descriptive with cross sectional research planning. Research populations were employees / workers of Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital of Kendal. The sampling technique in this research is using proportions stratified random sampling with the number of sample as much as 137 people. Retrieval of data using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. There is an effect of giving rewards to employees' achievement of Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital of Kendal (p<0,05). There is an influence of work environment of employees' achievement on Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital of Kendal (p<0,05). There is an effect of giving rewards and working environment of employees' achievement on Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital of Kendal.

Abstract

Inpatient services of RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a complex set of services and giving major contribution in determining the quality of service. Nurses play an important role as the spearhead of the longest and energy dealing with patients. Nurses activities reflect the image of the hospital, nurses' performance is inseparable from leadership and job satisfaction. The purpose of research is knowing the influence the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward performance. The type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. Independent variable leadership style and job satisfaction, the dependent variable is the performance of nurses. The registered nurse population as a civil servant ( PNS ), amounting to 75 people, collecting sampling techniques total sampling. Analysis techniques of Multiple linear regression. The results is Significance value of leadership style of 0.022 (Sig.< 0,05) and job satisfaction 0.132 (Sig.> 0,05). Test results of F 15.779 with significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R2 coefficient of 28.5 %. The conclusion is 1) leadership style effect a significant toward the nurses performance, 2) job satisfaction variable does not affect the nurses performance, and 3) Leadership Style And Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence toward the nurse performance of inpatient ard A RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten.

Abstract

Most of action for infusion in the emergency department. Action of infusion more frequently performed by nurses and should be in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The occurrence of plebitis incident, swollen, and trauma of due to repeated infusion is result of actions that do not prioritize of the patient safety. The purpose of research is knowing influence the level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in infusion. This research used descriptive quantitative research methods with cross sectional. The respondent of it is nurses working in the emergency department of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul. Data was collected using a questionnaires and observation. The analytical tool used are univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Results is the level of knowledge most of nurses in good category (80,00%), the attitude of most of the nurses has a good category (53,33%) and the application of standard operating procedures infusion majority of categories has been implemented (53,33%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the application of standard operating procedures (p<0,05). There is a relationship between the attitude and the application of standard operating procedures (p<0,05). The magnitude of the influence level of knowledge and attitudes of nurses toward the implementation of SOP for 53,4% (R Square) while the remaining 46,6% is explained by other variables. Conclusion is there is influence between knowledge and attitude toward the implementation of standard operating procedures of infusion in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. The suggestion is the hospital should be providing the instrument of infusion accordance with the principles of safety and alertness in the application of standard operating procedures of infusion.

Abstract

Background : RSGM-P UMY already have tools such as the installation of radiological medical support enforcement destined diagnose oral disease. Problems that arise sometimes results are not as expected , and response less in service . The purpose of this study to analyze and explain the effect of partial and simultaneous quality radiology services to the installation image in RSGM-P UMY. Method : using quantitative methods , research subjects dentists and coass student in RSGM- P UMY . Installation of radiological research object . Types of studies using cross-sectional data was obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. Results: The regression equation based on existing variables positively influence the assurance (0.069), empathy (0.171), reliability (0.073), responsiveness (0,037), services (0.450), professionalism (0.326) and there was a negative , namely physical appearance (-0.016). Based on the t test of the quality of service simultaneously affect the installation image RSGMP UMY , based on the F test ( Anova : Sig . 0,000 ) is the quality of service simultaneously affect the image RSGMP UMY installation , and test results influence the determination coefficient percentage at 39.5 % . Conclusion: The services quality there are assurance, empathy , reliability , responsiveness , physical appearance have partial can’t effect on image radiologi installation. Variable service and professionalism have an influence on the image of radiological installations RSGMP UMY . The variable quality services have an simultan effect on the image of radiological installations RSGMP UMY.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap identifikasi pasien yang merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari keselamatan pasien. Akreditasi RS beralih dan berorientasi pada paradigma baru dimana penilaian akreditasi didasarkan pada pelayanan berfokus pada pasien. Keselamatan pasien menjadi indikator standar utama penilaian akreditasi baru yang dikenal dengan Akreditasi RS versi 2012. 1 Rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan one group pretest postest design dengan pretest, intervensi, dan postest. Metode penentuan sampel secara accidental, meliputi pasien rawat inap, perawat, bidan dan penunjang medis, melalui kuesioner, wawancara, pengamatan dan FGD. Hasil dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi pasien belum dilakukan dengan baik, sesuai hasil kuesioner dan pengamatan masih ditemukan pasien rawat inap yang belum menggunakan gelang identitas, 100% petugas belum memberikan edukasi tentang manfaat penggunaan gelang identitas pasien, dan 85% petugas belum melaksanakan identifikasi secara benar. Pelaksanaan identifikasi berdasar nama dan nomor kamar pasien. Walaupun sosialisasi, ronde patient safety, pemasangan poster identifikasi pasien telah di lakukan dan semua dokumen tentang identifikasi pasien telah lengkap. Kesimpulanya pelaksanaan identifikasi di RS PKU Muhmmadiyah Yogyakarta belum berjalan sesuai standar. Saran yang disampaikan peneliti diantaranya ialah untuk memperbesar dukungan pihak managemen terutama dalam pemenuhan SDM, perubahan kebiasaan yang mendukung program patient safety oleh petugas.

Abstract

Background : Issues of ASEAN Free Trade Area ( AFTA ) and globalization of the world economy demands which is every profit and non-profit organizations to compete in marketing and resource. The changes, requires hospitals to survive among competitors that would appear at any moment. Therefore , Human Resources (HR) hospitals must be able to respond it. HR needs proper planning in accordance with the service requirements of each unit in accordance with the classification of hospitals based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health ( Permenkes ) number 56 of 2014 as well as national accreditation standard version of the Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals 2012 ( KARS ). So the RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II will head the hospital type B and accreditation .Methods: The study design was qualitative used in-depth interviews and quantitative method for analyzing a plan about between condition HR today and the need for hospital accreditation of type B and KARS version 2012. While quantitative data obtained through questionnaires Need Assessment journal guidelines on Managerial Competency Development at Provincial and District HospitalsResults : Based on the research results, there is a shortage of human resources about the type and number according to hospital type B and for the accreditation of 99 elements document ratings are 96 % complete . As for performance assessment PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II responsibility for the examination and treatment, training, science and research, issues of hospital management which is indispensable. To support the referral level, in terms of both treatment and prevention. As well as for international cooperation needs to be improved. While the assessment of training needs at the level of priority on the entire item, respondents give a high priority level assessment.Conclusion : There is a shortage of the type and quantity of human resources between the condition of human resources today and the provisions of hospital type B and there are some completeness of documents for the accreditation of qualifications assessment and education staff KARS 2012 version.
