Abstract

Penerapan Pengembangan Koperasi Perhimpunan Simpan Pinjam Mandiri (PSPM) Paroki Padre Pio merupakan hasil pengembangan dari aplikasi sebelumnya yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan koperasi, baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Awalnya, Aplikasi Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio hanya dioperasikan oleh para pengurus, seperti Ketua, Bendahara, Sekretaris, dan Kolektor, tanpa adanya wadah bagi pengawas dan anggota. Seiring dengan kemajuan koperasi, diperlukan pengembangan aplikasi yang melibatkan anggota dan pengawas. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah menerapkan pengembangan Aplikasi Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio melalui pelatihan kepada pengurus, kolektor, pengawas, dan anggota sesuai dengan ruang lingkup dan tanggung jawab masing-masing, sehingga proses dalam koperasi menjadi lebih transparan. Koperasi ini berlokasi di Jalan Beringin III No. 9, Helvetia Medan, dan meliputi wilayah Gereja Katolik Paroki Padre Pio Helvetia Medan, di bawah Keuskupan Agung Medan. Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio adalah wadah untuk menggalang kekuatan ekonomi rakyat yang perlu didorong dan dikembangkan. Koperasi ini memiliki Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga yang mengatur aturan, kewajiban, dan hak setiap anggota, pengurus, dan pengawas. Dengan semangat untuk menabung di antara para anggota, Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio Medan menciptakan modal bersama yang kemudian dipinjamkan kepada anggota untuk tujuan kesejahteraan, yang diatur sesuai dengan Anggaran Rumah Tangga. Penerapan Pengembangan Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio merupakan hasil dari penelitian Megaria Purba pada tahun 2020. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penerapan ini adalah dengan pendampingan terhadap pengguna aplikasi, yaitu pengurus koperasi, pengawas, dan anggota. STMIK Pelita Nusantara menjadi mitra dalam pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara tatap muka di lokasi Koperasi PSPM Paroki Padre Pio, Jalan Beringin III No. 9, Helvetia Medan. Hasil akhir yang akan dicapai adalah peningkatan keterlibatan anggota dan pengawas dalam operasional koperasi melalui aplikasi yang diperbarui, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih transparan dan efisien untuk mencapai tujuan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif bagi komunitas Paroki Padre Pio Helvetia Medan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader Posyandu di Desa Ujung Serdang dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Excel sebagai upaya digitalisasi administrasi dan pelaporan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal, mayoritas kader masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dan belum memiliki keterampilan dasar dalam mengoperasikan komputer. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan secara tatap muka dengan pendekatan praktik langsung (hands-on) dan metode learning by doing selama 2–3 hari. Pelatihan difokuskan pada penguasaan dasar Microsoft Word untuk pembuatan laporan kegiatan Posyandu dan Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data pertumbuhan balita. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap utama, yaitu: tahap persiapan (koordinasi dengan perangkat desa, identifikasi peserta, dan penyusunan materi pelatihan), tahap pelatihan (penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung), dan tahap evaluasi (simulasi pelaporan dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan dan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam pembuatan laporan digital. Evaluasi akhir juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari peserta terhadap isi dan metode pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam memperkuat kapasitas digital kader Posyandu serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru dan staf TK My Apple Tanjung Sari melalui pelatihan pembuatan video profil sekolah sebagai media promosi digital.Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada keterbatasan kemampuan mitra dalam menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mendukung promosi sekolah di era digital, meskipun kebutuhan akan media promosi visual yang menarik semakin meningkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan difusi ipteks. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui workshop yang dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi dan praktik langsung pembuatan video profil sekolah menggunakan aplikasi Dreamina AI dan CapCut sebagai alat bantu. Difusi ipteks dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknologi digital untuk menghasilkan video profil sekolah yang siap digunakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dan staf dalam pembuatan video profil sekolah serta terbentuknya satu video profil TK My Apple Tanjung Sari sebagai hasil utama kegiatan. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan rasa percaya diri dalam menggunakan media digital untuk tujuan promosi sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini penting karena mampu mendukung penguatan citra sekolah dan meningkatkan kesiapan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dalam menghadapi tantangan promosi di era digital.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged libraries to transform from conventional service systems to digital-based services to improve the quality of information access for users. One problem still frequently encountered in libraries is the limited access for users to quickly and accurately search for books, especially in libraries with growing collections. This study examines the implementation of a book tracking method in libraries using the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) as the primary means of searching collections. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of OPAC use in helping users find bibliographic information and book locations independently and efficiently. The research methods used included literature review, user needs analysis, digital catalog system design, and implementation of a web-based OPAC integrated with the library's collection database. The OPAC system is designed to support book searches based on various parameters, such as title, author, subject, and keywords, thus facilitating user access to relevant information. System testing was conducted through functional testing and usability evaluation to assess the accuracy of search results and user-friendliness of the interface. The results indicate that the implementation of OPAC can improve the speed and accuracy of the book tracking process, reduce search errors, and increase user satisfaction with library services. Furthermore, this system contributes to improving librarians' work efficiency and supporting more structured collection management. Therefore, the OPAC book tracking method can be a strategic solution to support the modernization of library services and the sustainable optimization of information access.

Abstract

Monitoring adolescent faith development requires an objective and data-driven approach, whereas existing practices remain largely manual, subjective, and weakly documented. This study proposes a web-based expert system as a decision support tool for classifying levels of adolescent faith development. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of a rule-based inference engine using forward chaining with a structured, indicator-driven assessment framework. The system was developed using a structured software engineering approach, including UML-based functional modeling and an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for database design. The expert system processes assessment data derived from four validated indicators: prayer practice, participation in communal activities, social attitudes, and faith reflection. Data were collected from 30 respondents through a web-based assessment module and analyzed using expert-defined inference rules. The classification results indicate that 33.3% of respondents were categorized as having good faith development, 46.7% moderate, and 20.0% low. Functional testing using black-box methods confirmed that all system features operated according to specifications, while expert validation confirmed the relevance and consistency of indicators and inference rules. These findings demonstrate that the proposed system produces measurable and consistent classification outcomes, contributing to the application of expert systems and web-based decision support technologies for objective adolescent development monitoring.

Abstract

This document introduces a combined framework for validating digital images in forensic contexts by merging Error Level Analysis (ELA) with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The innovation of this research resides in the direct integration of a conventional explainable forensic method alongside a datadriven deep learning approach to ensure both clarity and enhanced detection efficacy. ELA serves to identify JPEG compression irregularities as forensic indicators, whereas CNN is employed to extract significant hierarchical features for robust image categorization. Trials were performed on the CASIA v2.0 dataset, which comprises 10,002 authentic and altered images. The suggested two-stream architecture concurrently processes original images and ELA-generated maps, facilitating synergistic feature acquisition. The hybrid model secures an accuracy rate of 74.32%, illustrating a 7.2% enhancement over isolated ELA. Furthermore, the framework diminishes the false positive rate from 50.2% to 34.8% while maintaining high sensitivity (0.84) in identifying altered regions. From a machine learning angle, this research illustrates how manually crafted forensic attributes can boost CNN capabilities when merged at the input stage. From an image processing viewpoint, it confirms ELA as a potent preprocessing strategy for directing deep feature extraction. The proposed framework provides an equilibrium between precision and forensic transparency, making it ideal for real-world digital forensic practices, including application in environments with limited resources.

Abstract

The large volume and informal nature of Indonesian social media text make manual sentiment analysis slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. This study evaluates a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model for classifying public comments from X/Twitter into positive, neutral, and negative sentiment. A balanced dataset of 3,000 public Indonesian-language posts collected from January to March 2026 was manually labeled into three equal classes. Duplicate, irrelevant, advertising, and empty posts were removed; the remaining text underwent case folding, noise removal, tokenization, and padding. The data were stratified into 2,400 training and 600 testing instances. The model used a 10,000-word vocabulary, 100-token sequences, a 128-dimensional embedding, 128 LSTM units, dropout of 0.5, and a softmax output layer. On the held-out test set, the model obtained 87.00% accuracy, 86.80% precision, 86.50% recall, and 86.60% F1-score. Positive sentiment produced the strongest class-level performance, whereas neutral comments were more difficult because factual, ambiguous, and mixed expressions provide weaker affective cues. The findings show that LSTM provides a useful baseline for three-class Indonesian social media sentiment classification. However, generalization remains limited by the single-platform, topic-dependent dataset and the absence of repeated or cross-domain evaluation.

Abstract

This study develops an integrated approach for measuring and forecasting the revenue performance of a small laundry business using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), simple linear regression, and a dashboard prototype. The dataset consists of operational records from one Indonesian laundry enterprise covering January–June 2024. Daily records were validated, anonymized, and aggregated into six monthly observations containing transaction volume, customer count, laundry weight, revenue targets, and actual revenue. The KPIs comprised total revenue, month-to-month revenue growth, average revenue per transaction, and target achievement. A chronological holdout was used to evaluate the regression model: January–April formed the training set, whereas May–June formed the test set. The holdout evaluation produced MAE of Rp1,287,500, RMSE of Rp1,319,209, and MAPE of 6.31%. After validation, the model was refitted to all six observations, resulting in Ŷ = 13,216,666.67 + 1,235,714.29X with R² = 0.9198. Total observed revenue was Rp105,250,000; the highest monthly revenue was Rp21,000,000 in June; average revenue per transaction remained Rp50,000; and overall target achievement was 105.25%. The model forecast revenues of Rp21.87 million, Rp23.10 million, and Rp24.34 million for July, August, and September, respectively. The dashboard consolidates the KPI and forecast results into a concise decision-support view. Because the analysis uses one business and only six monthly observations, the forecasts should be interpreted as an exploratory trend estimate rather than a generalizable long-term model.

Abstract

School meal programs require reliable records to determine whether meals are distributed and consumed as planned. At the observed school, consumption was recorded manually, creating risks of incomplete entries, delayed recapitulation, and difficulty retrieving historical data. This study developed a web-based nutritious food consumption monitoring system using the Waterfall model. Requirements were identified through observation, stakeholder interviews, and document review, then translated into Unified Modeling Language and database designs. The implemented modules cover role-based login, student records, food menus, daily consumption entries, and period-based reports. Functional verification used predefined black-box scenarios for authentication, data management, consumption recording, reporting, and logout. All seven primary scenarios produced the expected outputs, while two focused authentication cases correctly accepted valid credentials and rejected invalid credentials. These results show that the prototype satisfies the tested functional requirements and centralizes previously fragmented records. However, the 100% functional success rate applies only to the specified test cases and does not establish usability, performance, security, nutritional adequacy, or effectiveness in improving student health. Field deployment with representative users, measured task performance, security assessment, and validation of nutritional indicators is therefore required before operational adoption.
