Abstract

Naive Bayes model analysis to evaluate teacher quality based on the grades given by students with the variables of communication, mastery of material, teacher involvement, and teaching methods have an important role in determining student satisfaction assessments. The analysis results from the naive Bayes model show that student satisfaction tends to be higher for teachers who have good communication skills, strong mastery of the material, active involvement in the teaching and learning process, and the use of effective and innovative teaching methods. Therefore, to improve the quality of education, it is necessary to increase teacher competence in these four variables. In addition, the application of Naive Bayes model analysis can be an effective tool for identifying students who need improvement and development in analyzing student satisfaction. Naïve Bayes model analysis is used to predict the probability of student satisfaction based on the attributes involved. The results of the research show that analyzing and classifying student satisfaction assessments with good accuracy using the Naive Bayes model makes it easy to estimate the probability of satisfaction based on the attributes given. The results of research using the naive Bayes model with a probability of yes 0.0576 with a likelihood of yes and no getting a value of 0.6 while the probability of no is 0.0384 with a value of 0.4. for Normalization results 1 and Probability Value YES > Probability Value NO, Then Student Satisfaction with Teacher Performance is Satisfied with Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengembangan model pembelajaran kelayakan bangunan sekolah dengan model k-nears neighbort dalam menerima bantuan atau tidak. Analisis klasifikasi guna menentukan kelayakan sekolah dengan variabel kondisi fisik, infrastruktur, dan kinerja akademik sekolah. Penilaian kesesuaian sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Banyak lembaga pendidikan dan lembaga pemerintah telah menyadari pentingnya elemen-elemen ini dalam melakukan penelitian yang berfokus pada kualitas gedung sekolah karena kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kesejahteraan siswa dapat  dipengaruhi secara langsung. Fokus penelitian ini adalah ketersediaan fasilitas, keamanan, tingkat aksesibilitas, dan kenyamanan. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan komponen yang sangat penting dalam menentukan apakah sebuah bangunan sekolah layak atau tidak berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data dari sekolah-sekolah terpilih, pengolahan data, dan pelatihan model KNN untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola yang mengindikasikan layak atau tidaknya sebuah sekolah menerima bantuan. Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) ini menggunakan atribut dan karakteristik gedung sekolah yang sudah terklasifikasi sebagai layak atau tidak layak. Oleh karena itu, metode KNN dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan gedung sekolah. Hasil penelitian model KNN ini dapat membantu dalam pemberian rekomendasi dalam pemberian bantuan sekolah pada bidang fasilitas pendidikan yang tersedia memenuhi persyaratan yang diperlukan dan keterbaharuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengambilan Keputusan dalam penilaian kelayakan sekolah, yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan di bidang pendidikan.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja evaluasi materi pendidikan dan kewarganegaraan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pembelajaran materi perkuliahan dalam pemberian materi dengan menggunakan metode profile matching. Model ini memungkinkan analisis kesesuaian antara profil kinerja guru dengan standar ideal yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai indikator seperti pemahaman materi, metode pengajaran, interaksi dengan mahasiswa, dan penggunaan teknologi model decision, model ini membantu manajemen sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Dengan memanfaatkan model teknologi informasi dan sistem pendukung keputusan, lembaga pendidikan dapat mengoptimalkan proses evaluasi dan pemilihan materi pelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini melihat kriteria pemahaman materi memiliki kesenjangan terkecil. Hasil pemeringkatan menunjukkan bahwa metode profile matching efektif dalam memberikan evaluasi yang akurat, objektif, dan transparan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen dalam memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh melalui pengelolaan kinerja guru yang lebih baik
