Abstract

This study aims to identify the Co-Management PSPBM, on review of socio-economic dynamics and conflict management of traditional fishermen, in the city of Bengkulu. The nature of this study used qualitative methods-phenomenalogis with research sites in the city of Bengkulu. Data collection techniques include collecting secondary data and primary data through the determination of the informants, observation, depth interviews, FGDs. Results of research found a patron-client relationships are still very dominating this region, and once the economy of social security for fishermen. Kinship relations are generally good. Social solidarity is still high but not a guarantee, and survival strategies of fishermen are still relatively traditional sort because only starting point on the sea fishing only and does not extend to other areas that still use of marine resources. Results of analysis of conflict in general can be seen conflict among fishermen that happened in the three study sites are: class conflict, or vertical conflict and agrarian conflict.

Abstract

Strategi Smartphone Xiaomi untuk tetap unggul dan mempertahankan market share di posisi ke 2 setelah samsung, menjadikan kondisi sebagai latarbelakang dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel merek (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap pembelian (Y) pada smartphone xiaomi di Bekasi Cyber Park. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 responden pengguna smartphone Xiaomi di Bekasi Cyber Park. Metode penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang berfungsi membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Secara parsial Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil perhitungan secara parsial variabel Merek di peroleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,854 sedangkan t tabel 1,984. Dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Hasil perhitungan uji t secara parsial variabel Harga di peroleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,757 sedangkan t table 1,984. Dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Uji F yang dilakukan menyatakan bahwa variabel merek dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dalam pembelian. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,680 yang menunjukkan bahwa 68% variansi pembelian bisa dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to address the numerous complaints received by PTRT management concerning the production process of V-Neck t-shirts in six divisions during 2023. The goal was to redesign the layout, particularly the process-oriented layout, to improve the efficiency and reduce operational costs.Methodology: The management employed a quantitative approach to redesign the layout. The analysis involved calculating and comparing the total number of movements in the production process before and after the redesign. The methodology focused on reducing the number of movements required to enhance the efficiency.Results: The redesigned layout resulted in a reduction of 300 movements per week, equating to a 1.8% decrease from the initial total of 16,800 to 16,500 movements. This reduction also led to a corresponding decrease in the cost of movement, thereby reducing Rp. Three hundred per week, a 1.8% reduction in costs.Conclusions: The new design obtained fewer movements, namely 300 movements per week or 1.8% lower compared to the initial total movements.Limitations: The study is limited by the scope of data, which is specific to the production of V-Neck t-shirts in 2023 within the six divisions. The results may not be generalizable to other products or time periods, and the analysis focused solely on movement efficiency without considering other potential factors, such as employee productivity or material flow.Contribution: The redesign of the layout contributes to the overall competitiveness of PTRT management by streamlining the production process, reducing costs, and potentially minimizing complaints related to the production of V-neck t-shirts. This process-oriented approach to layout design can serve as a model for future improvement in other production areas.

Abstract

In the past five years, PLO fertilizers in the Southern Sumatra (Sumbagsel) operational area, which covers six provinces, have experienced 11 complaints originating from customer complaints (PBSN, retail market, and government), related partners such as trucking companies, warehouse parties, as well as internal PLO Fertilizer parties. These complaints have not been optimally managed because there is no PLO fertilizer branch office in the Sumbagsel working area. This has impacted the last five-year period, during which there has been a decline in PLO fertilizer sales in the Sumbagsel work area, with a decrease ranging from 10% to 15%. The aim of this research is to encourage the availability of PLO fertilizer branch offices in the Sumbagsel work area. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with source triangulation through in-depth and structured interviews conducted repeatedly with informants who meet specific criteria. The research results identified six key success factors in determining strategic locations for PLO fertilizer branch offices in the Sumbagsel working area. These six factors were obtained from processing and analysis using the rating factor method. The processing results show that South Sumatra Province, with its capital Palembang, received the highest ranking weight compared to other provinces, which is 77.77. It is recommended that the city of Palembang be designated as the location for a branch office that manages and serves PLO Fertilizers in the South Sumatra working area. With six key success factors inherent in the city of Palembang, it is expected that operational productivity in the South Sumatra working area will grow and improve.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi adalah mempertahankan karyawan yang potensial dan  berkinerja baik untuk terus berada di organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT XYZ Bekasi, sebuah perusahaan swasta di bidang property developer yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2004 dan berkembang sangat pesat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, PT XYZ mengalami turn over karyawan yang cukup tinggi dan dari hasil exit interview yang dilakukan, kebanyakan karyawan ke luar karena merasa tidak ada kejelasan dalam kariernya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan menyusun Sistem Manajemen Karier yang jelas bagi PT. XYZ agar dapat meretensi karyawan yang potensial dan berkinerja tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu melakukan studi dokumen, wawancara dengan manajemen puncak dan tum SDM, serta melakukan diskusi dengan perwakilan setiap departemen. Berdasarkan karakteristik PT. XYZ sebagai property developer,  maka pekerjaan yang dilakukan kebanyakan berdasarkan proyek (project based). Artinya seorang karyawan dapat berperan sebagai team leader di satu proyek, dan kemudian menjadi anggota tim di proyek yang lain. Oleh karena itu Sistem Manajemen Karier yang disusun akan mengakomodir tidak hanya pekerjaan-pekerjaan struktural yang memerlukan kemampuan manajerial, namun juga mengakomodir pekerjaan-pekerjaan fungsional/spesialis, yaitu pekerjaan-pekerjan yang tidak memerlukan kemampuan manajerial, namun lebih memerlukan peningkatan kemampuan teknis. Jalur karier struktural dan jalur karier fungsional dibedakan dalam persyaratan kenaikan golongan. Jalur karier struktural didasarkan pada peningkatan kemampuan manajerial, sedangkan Jalur karier fungsional berdasarkan peningkatan kemampuan teknis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of queuing and service quality (servqual) on consumer satisfaction in the private banking service industry in Bekasi City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach in analyzing and describing the influence of queuing variables and service quality variables (servqual) as independent variables on dependent variables (customer satisfaction). Sampling from the population using random sampling technique. The samples obtained are then tested using the SPPS version 26 tool which includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. Analysis of data processing shows that the queue variable (independent variable) has a partial effect with a positive direction expressed with a t-count value of 5.254 > t-table 1.984 and significant (0.000 < 0.05) to consumer satisfaction (dependent variable). For the variable of service quality (independent variable) partially also affects in a positive direction where the value of t-count is 16.655 > t-table 1.984 and significant (0.000 < 0.05) to consumer satisfaction. Both independent variables (queues and service quality) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (customer satisfaction) where F-count is 13.890 > F-table is 3.09 and significant is 0.000 < 0.05.
