Abstract

MoU or memorandum of understanding is a memorandum of understanding, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement, or preliminary agreement. This term is actually not known in the Civil Code (KUHPer). However, in practice Memorandums of Understanding are always drawn up primarily for business contracts and are based on Article 1338 of the Criminal Code. The purpose of the MoU or Memorandum of Understanding made by STIA Bengkulu and PMI Bengkulu Province is to enter into a legal relationship as a letter made by one of the parties whose contents contain a will. The letter is addressed to other parties involved in the agreement. Blood donation is an activity of someone who voluntarily donates blood for the benefit of humanity. The purpose of carrying out this blood donor activity is to create a sense of solidarity among people, increase satisfaction with health services, assist the government in providing blood needs for healthy people, and overcome the impact of the spread of disease. Blood donation activities carried out by a person are considered very important, because the need for blood in the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross, hereinafter written as UTD PMI in Bengkulu City, has only been fulfilled around 50% of the existing need, especially for referrals from several private public hospitals and private hospitals. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on credit decision-making at Bank BRI Bengkulu City, focusing on credit risk and banking policies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a financial ratio analysis approach for the 2022–2024 period, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and credit risk ratios. The results show that the financial performance of Bank BRI Bengkulu City positively and significantly affects credit decision-making. Improved liquidity and profitability increase management’s confidence in extending credit, while credit risk control through the 5C principle helps reduce potential non-performing loans. Therefore, good financial performance serves as a strategic foundation in strengthening sustainable credit decision-making.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong pemerintah untuk melakukan transformasi digital dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi desa. Namun demikian, sebagian besar desa masih menggunakan sistem pelayanan secara manual yang menyebabkan proses administrasi berjalan lambat, kurang efisien, serta membutuhkan biaya operasional yang relatif besar. Kondisi tersebut juga masih ditemukan di Desa Aturan Mumpo yang sebagian besar pelayanan administrasinya masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur desa dalam memanfaatkan media Google Form sebagai sarana pelayanan administrasi desa berbasis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 18 Juni 2026 di Kantor Desa Aturan Mumpo Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik langsung, simulasi penggunaan layanan, dan pendampingan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa perangkat desa mampu membuat dan mengelola berbagai layanan administrasi berbasis Google Form seperti pengajuan surat keterangan domisili, surat keterangan usaha, surat pengantar, formulir pengaduan masyarakat, serta pendataan kependudukan. Pemanfaatan Google Form terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan, mempercepat proses administrasi, mengurangi penggunaan dokumen fisik, serta mendukung terwujudnya pelayanan publik yang transparan dan mudah diakses masyarakat.
