Abstract

This research discusses Compensation as Social Capital in Building a Productive Organization. The Compensation Policy has been listed in the Perpu in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation in Chapter IV of Manpower Part Two of Article 61A. The research used by the author uses a descriptive qualitative method with theoretical data collection techniques, in the sense of a method based on descriptions in the form of sentences that are orderly, coherent, logical and effective. The results of this study show that compensation has a significant effect as capital in improving employee performance and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Compensation management is an important aspect of human resource management which aims to reward employees for their contributions to the organization. Compensation can be financial or non-financial and increases employee motivation, performance and job satisfaction. This article discusses compensation policies, the factors influencing them, and the implications for employee productivity. Using a literature review method, this article presents various theoretical and empirical perspectives related to compensation management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and non-physical work environment on employee work productivity. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire dissemination. The research population consists of 63 employees of the Bogor Regency Manpower Office who come from the secretariat sector, the field of placement and transmigration of job training, the field of training and work productivity, and the field of industrial relations and working conditions. This study uses a total sampling technique, where the entire population is used as a research sample. This study concludes that the work productivity of employees of the Bogor Regency Manpower Office is partially and significantly influenced by internal communication and non-physical work environment. Effective internal communication improves performance while a conducive non-physical work environment encourages employee comfort and motivation.
