Abstract

Several problems that arise from the Entrepreneurship Education program at UNNES: 1) inadequate knowledge and understanding of student entrepreneurs of FT Unnes in the area of Digital Marketing, 2) only 50% of student entrepreneurs of FT Unnes were knowledgeable in product marketing technology . Based on the above-mentioned descriptions, the community services being conducted were: 1) Introduction of several media related to social media and marketplaces. 2) Demonstrating simulations in the use of digital business marketing applications. The program was attended by student entrepreneurs of FT Unnes who had a business for at least 1 year; a total of 48 persons. This program was held on July 18, 2023, at Building E7 FT UNNES. The resource person in this occasion was the owner of CV Bapak Pucung. The program outcome indicated an increase in students’ knowledge from the average pre-test score of 68 to 82 in the post-test. The assessment illustrated that 40% of students’ works were in the very good category, 40% were in good category, and 20% were in quite good category.

Abstract

The issue of social reintegration and rehabilitation, particularly for women in correctional institutions (Lapas), remains a significant challenge in Indonesia. Female inmates often face negative stigma, limited access to education and skill training, and significant economic hardship upon release. Their unpreparedness for life outside often leads them to relapse into criminal behavior. Therefore, a strategic approach is needed that can provide skills and build their self-confidence, so they can live productively and sustainable in society. One skill that can be developed is hairdressing and makeup, which has broad market potential in Indonesia. With the increasing demand for beauty services, skills in this field not only open up job opportunities but can also become a sustainable independent business. Based on initial observations at Semarang City Prison, it was discovered that knowledge of certain skills was urgently needed, as the inmates had never received training in these areas. This community service program aims to utilize hairdressing and makeup skills, with a focus on creating more productive and sustainable skills, both during their sentence and after returning to society. This program is expected to build self-confidence and increase economic opportunities for women’s success, so they can become independent and useful individuals both inside and outside of prison. This training was held at the Semarang City Women’s Prison on May 8-9, 2025, and used lectures, reflection, practice, and evalution methods. The training results showed that the participants developed skills and high levels of motivation and received full support from the prison administration. The program provided economic resources, self-confidence, and opportunities for independent entrepreneurship as compensation after serving their sentence.

Abstract

Pembelajaran praktik rias fantasi Underwater World pada pendidikan vokasi seringkali menghadapi kendala karena kurangnya panduan visual yang sistematis, sehingga mahasiswa kesulitan dalam menguasai teknik kompleks dan aspek keselamatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kevalidan media pembelajaran berupa e-book tutorial berbasis digital guna meningkatkan kompetensi praktik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) yang berfokus hingga tahap validasi produk. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi dan ahli media menunjukkan bahwa produk e-book ini mencapai persentase kelayakan yang tinggi dan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-book tutorial rias fantasi Underwater World layak digunakan sebagai panduan pembelajaran yang efektif untuk membantu mahasiswa vokasi menguasai teknik tata rias secara sistematis.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses yang dirancang secara sistematis untuk membuat lingkungan belajar yang memungkinkan siswa mencapai potensi terbaik mereka. Pendidikan memberi orang kesempatan untuk menjadi lebih baik dalam moralitas, kepribadian, kecerdasan, kekuatan spiritual, dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran berbasis Google Sites pada mata pelajaran Nail Art di SMK Printis 29 Ungaran. Untuk penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (R&D) dan model pengembangan ADDIE, model ini terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga validator ahli media dan ahli materi, serta dua puluh empat siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam uji kepraktisan. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa materi pendidikan berbasis Google Sites yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kualitas yang sangat tinggi. Hasil validasi media menghasilkan persentase sebesar 97,08 % sedangkan, hasil validasi materi menghasilkan persentase sebesar 92,00 %. Berdasarkan pada kedua hasil rekapitulasi validitas ahli materi dan ahli media memperoleh persentase sebesar 95,00% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan, hasil uji kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari tanggapan siswa menunjukkan persentase 92,70 % yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulanya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pendidikan yang dikembangkan mudah digunakan dan dapat membantu peserta didik memahami materi pelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran berbasis Google Sites Pada Mata Pelajaran Nail Art di SMK Printis 29 Ungaran sangat valid dan praktis, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai materi pendidikan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah.
