Abstract

A thin film is a material with optical properties highly dependent on the dielectric constant, refractive index, and gap energy. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends in thin-layer synthesis as electronic devices. This research is qualitative. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2014-2023 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed included the type of publication, author on thin layer synthesis, source of publication, and the title of research on thin layer synthesis that was widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer software. The results of the study show that the research trend in thin-layer synthesis has experienced a fluctuating increase from 2014 to 2020. The journal containing the most thin-layer synthesis articles is ECS Meeting Abstracts with 676. The results of the density mapping analysis show that the theme that is rarely researched is organic semiconductors, organic thin film transistors, and green synthesis.

Abstract

Research in the field of materials, especially the magnetic properties of materials, continues to increase. This is because Indonesia is one of the countries whose technological developments are developing very rapidly, where the amount of energy use is on a large scale, so that human needs for renewable energy sources must be met properly. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of doping for barium m-hexaferrite material composition. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2016-2025 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research doping for barium m-hexaferrite material composition that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend indexed by Google Scholar from 2016 to 2025 has experienced ups and down. There are many documents in the form of articles, chapters, preprints, monograph, proceeding and edited books that discuss research about doping for barium m-hexaferrite material composition. Key words that are often used in research about it are synthesis, characterization, permanent magnet, etc.

Abstract

In an era where innovation and problem-solving are central to scientific and technological advancement, education must equip students with the necessary skills to navigate complex challenges. Science literacy and critical thinking have become pivotal competencies in the 21st century. Integrating STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) into Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has emerged as a promising pedagogical strategy to nurture these skills. This research aims to identify and analyze research trends of STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills. This research method is descriptive and analytical. The data used in this research was obtained from documents indexed by Google Scholar from 2016-2025 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. Research procedures use PRISMA guidelines. The data identified and analyzed are the type of publication, publication source, and the title of research abaout the topic that is widely cited. The data analysis method uses bibliometric analysis assisted by VOS viewer software. The results of the analysis show that research trend on STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills indexed by Google Scholar from 2016 to 2025 has experienced a fluctuating increase. There are many documents in the form of articles, proceedings, chapters and preprints that discuss research into the STEM-integrated PjBL model to improve students' science literacy and critical thinking skills. Key words that are often used in research about it are systematic literature review, implementation, development, meta analysis, etc.
