Abstract

Di era zaman modern ini persaingan bisnis sudah semakin tajam. Hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari strategi promosi, pelayanan yang baik hingga harga dan lain sebaginya. Para pemasar tidak hanya menjual produk, melakukan promosi dan memasarkannya kemudian mendapat keuntungan tetapi juga harus memperhatikan dengan detail dari kualitas produk, kesesuaian harga, dan lain sebagainya untuk bisa tampil sebagai pemenang dalam persaingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian CGV Cinemas Slipi Jaya. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Sampling Insidental. Adapun sampel berjumlah 97 responden, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di CGV Cinemas Slipi Jaya. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance on CV. Genta Jaya Steel in Bogor. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by means of nonprobability sampling. The sample amounted to 102 respondents, using multiple linear analysis. The results of the regression test show that 42% of employee performance factors can be explained by leadership style, motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 68% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the analysis results being the value Fcount (25,141) > Ftable (2,460). The results of the t test show that the Leadership Style variable shows the results of tcount (3.650), the Motivation variable shows the results of tcount analysis (3.852), the work discipline variable shows the results of tcount analysis (3.094), where ttable (1.98350), then partially these three variables have an effect positive and significant on employee performance at CV. Genta Jaya Steel. The dominant variable influencing employee performance is motivation.

Abstract

Research approach carried out with the aim of solving problems by teachers in the context of learning, with the benefits of improving the quality of learning, improving teacher profesionalism, adjusting learning methods, creating a better learning environment and as a means of teacher evaluation and self-reflection. The purpose of this community service activity in addition to the Tri dharma activities of lecturers is to provide teachers with a deep understanding of, and provide teacher skills on making learning modules at SMK NIBA Business School. This activity method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with a lecture approach, discussion with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) strategy by involving the participation of activity participants, namely teachers, education personnel and students. This community service activity is carried out with 4 steps which include (1) providing material about PTK, (2) providing discussion opportunities for participants, (3) participants are given practice in making learning modules and (4) participants are given guidance on compiling reports on the results of class action research activities. The results of this community service activity are (1) the achievement of goals about teachers understanding in depth about classroom action research and understanding about the PTK cycle. (2) teachers are able to create creative learning module designs with the SAM (Successive Approximation Model) design model (3) Teachers are able to create constructivism-based learning. The conclusion of this community service activity is that educators (teachers) at SMK NIBA Business School are able to understand improve teacher competence in making creative learning modules.
