Abstract

Resilience is a crucial ability for late adolescents with divorced parents to face daily life post parental issues. In this context, social support and self-efficacy have a relationship and role with resilience. Therefore, this research aimed to show the simultaneous relationship between social support and self efficacy with resilience using a quantitative method. Data collection tools used were The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES). The subjects were 105 late adolescents with divorced parents in Indonesia. Furthermore, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were adopted. The results showed that social support and self-efficacy had a significant positive influence on resilience. The higher the role of social support and self-efficacy, the greater resilience of late adolescents with divorced parents. The results had implications for managing social support with self-efficacy to increase resilience in late adolescents with divorced parents.

Abstract

Shalat is an obligation for Moslems. It is written in Al Qur’an and Hadith. This study examined the psychophysiological aspects of those who perform obligatory shalat. The subject of this study was a 22 years old male student. The data was obtained from chronobiology devices named Stress Pilot and Smardwatch. Subject was measured by stress pilot two times: 2 hours after shalat and 20 minutes after shalat. Subject also measured by Smardwatch within 24 hours. Furthermore, the data from smardwatch were transfered to the computer. This study found that subject had a good stress regulation (quality of regulation was in level 31: concentration-relaxation, RSA: 34 & 35, age comparison: 61% - 70% and 71% - 80%). These findings prove that shalat give a good pychophysiological effect for subject.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan satu variabel penting penentu kesehatan manusia. Pentingnya kesehatan mental telah mendorong banyaknya penelitian untuk mengetahui determinan kesehatan mental. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agama merupakan modalitas yang cukup baik untuk mempromosikan kesehatan mental di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah dalam bentuk psikoterapi Islam. Penelitian mengenai psikoterapi Islam di Indonesia telah banyak dilakukan, namun menunjukkan inkonsistensi hasil. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah psikoterapi Islam efektif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental. Metode metaanalisis diterapkan terhadap 18 penelitian (20 angka sumbangan efektif). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa psikoterapi Islam efektif untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan mental baik positif dan negatif. Kata Kunci: Psikoterapi Islam, Kesehatan Mental, Meta-Analisis

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lansia di Indonesia menimbulkan berbagai tantangan psikososial, salah satunya adalah kebosanan akibat berkurangnya aktivitas bermakna dan dukungan sosial. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kelompok Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL) Padukuhan Tanjungsari, Kalurahan Sukoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman. Metode asesmen yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebosanan muncul akibat perilaku pasif, kegiatan monoton, keterbatasan fisik, serta menurunnya dukungan keluarga dan sosial. Lansia juga menunjukkan kebutuhan akan makna hidup, daya guna, dan keterlibatan sosial yang lebih besar. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirancang program intervensi psikoedukatif partisipatif untuk menstimulasi aktivitas bermakna dan memperkuat hubungan sosial. Riset ini menegaskan bahwa penanganan kebosanan lansia perlu melibatkan pendekatan psikososial yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

There was no conclusions about the concept of Islamic psychotherapy in Indonesia. This conclusions is important in the building of paradigm of Islamic Psychology that was fit with Indonesian culture. This study tried to synthesis the qualitative research of Islamic Psychotherapy to describe real experience of Islamic psychotherapy in Indonesia. Methods of this research was qualitative metasynthesis. The approach used in this research was reciprocal translation which adapted from metaethnography. From the result, Islamic psychotherapy was defined as Techniques to solve the clients problems and treating illness both mental, spiritual, moral, or physical by increasing the awareness of Allah and getting back the client to Allah, in Islamic approach through guidance of Quran and hadits. Three varians of Islamic psychotherapy in Indonesia was sufism, worship psychotherapy, and religious guidance. Basic assumption about fitrah and tauhid found underlying all of the concept and practice of Islamic psychotherapy in Indonesia.
