Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the work environment, communication on employee performance mediated by Team Work study at DPUPR Karanganyar office. The population in this study was 181 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-propability sampling approach with Saturation Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique using a total population of 181 employees. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that direct influence without going through mediating variables of the work environment affects employee performance, communication affects employee performance, Team Work affects employee performance. While the influence of variables through work environment mediation variables on employee performance with Team Work mediation has a significant effect and communication variables on employee performance mediated by Team work has a significant effect. Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove both simultaneous and partial influence of HNI herbal product purchase decisions in terms of trust, word of mouth and reference groups. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population of all consumers of HNI herbal products in Surakarta with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling technique using random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, F and R2 Test.The results showed that, based on the F test of product quality, word of mouth and reference groups simultaneously and significantly affect the decision to purchase herbal products HNI in Surakarta. These results prove that the better the trust, word of mouth and Reference Group then the purchase decision at halal mart Surakarta will increase significantly. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of repurchase intention in terms of word of mouth, customer experience and innovation (a study on shopee customers at Singosaren Plaza Surakarta). Total population of this study 170 people, the number of samples of this study 118 respondents. A questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measuring tool is the data collection method used in this study. The analytical tools used are Multiple Linear Regression, F Test, t Test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results obtained in this study, the most dominant variable is the customer experience variable. Based on the results obtained in this study that there is a simultaneous and partial influence between word of mouth. Abstract

Study aims to determine, the partial and the simultaneous influence of security, crime prevention and the use of technology on the decision to use Close Circuit Television (CCTV) in Surakarta City. Types of quantitative descriptive research. The population is all consumers Close Circuit Television (CCTV) In Surakarta with an unlimited number. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling with 100 of respondents. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t-tests, and R2.
