Abstract

Village development based on community empowerment is the desired objective of the P3MD programme, in which the state participates by providing human resources for assistance, known as Technical Assistance Personnel (TPP). TPP, as a transformation of village facilitation, carry out community empowerment activities by assisting, organising, guiding and facilitating villages to develop community self-reliance and welfare by improving knowledge, attitudes and skills. This study aims to describe the performance of local village facilitators in achieving the objectives of the P3MD programme in Lebong Regency. This research is descriptive, combining quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. The data analysis method used involves organising and sorting the collected data by dividing the research variables into several frequencies and percentages, then analysing and interpreting the obtained data by explaining it in easily understandable sentences. The results show that the majority of local village facilitators have performed their duties well, actively participating in various stages of village development and successfully mobilising community participation. However, some local village facilitators still face challenges such as the lack of clear work plans and inconsistencies in the execution of tasks. It was found that most local village facilitators have a high frequency of visits according to their work plans, but there are still some who are not yet providing optimal support.

Abstract

The management of health workers in Lubuklinggau City still faces various challenges in equitable distribution and meeting the needs of health workers in several fields. To overcome this, the Lubuklinggau City government formulated a policy on the management of health workers to improve the quality and equity of health services. This study aims to analyze actors' interaction in formulating health worker management policies in Lubuklinggau City. Using the descriptive qualitative method, this study examines the interaction between actors in five stages of policy formulation, namely problem identification, preparation of academic papers, internal discussion of the Regional Representatives Council, public consultation, and discussion with the executive. Data was collected through interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the policy formulation process involved complex interactions between various stakeholders, with the Regional Representatives Council and the Health Office as the key actors. The research also revealed power dynamics and negotiations in each policy formulation stage. Despite efforts to involve various parties, it was found that there are still challenges in integrating diverse interests into the final policy. Based on these findings, it is recommended that local governments improve coordination among stakeholders, develop a more structured mechanism to integrate inputs from various actors and devise a comprehensive strategy to address health workforce distribution gaps, including incentives for placement in underserved areas.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of fuel self-service at SPBU Pertamina Station Rawa Makmur, Bengkulu City, using bibliometric analysis. Self-service is designed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in the refuelling process. Through bibliometric analysis, this research identifies current research trends and evaluation results from studies related to the implementation of self-service technology. Data were obtained from scientific publications, industry reports, and case studies. Results show that self-service implementation can reduce waiting time and increase customer satisfaction, although challenges such as technology adaptation and user training need to be addressed. The findings provide valuable insights for service development in the fuel industry, especially in the local context. This research is expected to guide service improvement strategies in petrol stations and the like. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas layanan self-service bahan bakar di SPBU Stasiun Pertamina Rawa Makmur, Kota Bengkulu, menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Layanan self-service dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam proses pengisian bahan bakar. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian terkini dan hasil evaluasi dari studi-studi terkait implementasi teknologi self-service. Data diperoleh dari publikasi ilmiah, laporan industri, dan studi kasus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan self-service dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, meskipun tantangan seperti adaptasi teknologi dan pelatihan pengTemuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan layanan di industri bahan bakar, terutama dalam konteks lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memandu strategi peningkatan layanan di SPBU dan sejenisnya.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to inform the public that population data is essential. Birth certificates, family cards, and identity cards (after the age of seventeen) are the three fundamental components that every Indonesian citizen must have. This data is crucial for the continuity of a country, as it directly impacts policymaking and the development of government programs. From birth, a person already requires population administration. In this service activity, we emphasized that beyond the creation of these documents, the archiving and maintenance of population administrative records must also be taken seriously. While the creation process is fully managed by the government, guidance is needed for archiving and maintaining these documents so that the public becomes more aware of the importance of complete population administration. Based on this rationale, we conducted a socialization session for all members of the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) in the Surabaya, Sungai Serut, Bengkulu. Surabaya is considered quite complex, consisting of a total of 29 neighborhood associations (RTs). The method we used in this community service was to conduct a socialization session while also highlighting the negative impacts of incomplete population administration. Through this session, it is hoped that the public will become more aware and concerned about their population documents, enabling Indonesia to carry out development more effectively as its citizens are well-identified. Abstract

Program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan adalah salah satu program dari BKKBN yang memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran kepada remaja untuk menikah diusia yang ideal agar terhindar dari pernikahan dini, dari banyaknya faktor penyebab pernikahan dini sehingga perlu diatasi melalui program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan, dalam implementasi program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan di DP3AP2KB teridentifikasi bahwa ada beberapa kendala dan permasalahan dalam implementasi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam teknik analisis data menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa implementasi program pendewasaan usia perkawinan belum tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan karena pertama pencapaian sasaran belum teratasi, hal ini dilihat dari kurangnya partisipasi kelompok dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi, kedua keterlambatan dalam pelaporan dan pencatatan sehingga banyak dari anggota BKR dan PIKR, ketiga pelatihan untuk kelompok BKR belum terlaksana ditingkat Kota Bengkulu karena terbatasnya anggaran untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan program pendewasaan usia perkawinan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena masih ada kendala dalam implementasi program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan sehingga nantinya akan diidentifikasi terkait masalah dan penyebab dari belum tercapainya tujuan yang ditetapkan dari implementasi program Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan di Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

One of the important instruments that form the basis for the performance of the village government is the Structure of Organisation and Work Procedure (SOTK). Permendagri No. 84/2015 is the main reference for the establishment of the SOTK of the village government. Therefore, to overcome this lack of understanding, it is necessary to empower the village officials through training and mentoring. In the implementation of this activity, the concept of participatory learning and action was adopted (Theresia in Hasanah & Saruri, 2018). This approach is implemented by emphasizing lectures, discussions, and brainstorming activities that are carried out interactively with the village head and village apparatus of Bioa Sengok, and continued with real actions or activities related to community empowerment material. This community service activity was carried out and produced knowledge for the Bioa Sengok village government in the form of capacity building in recognizing villages through the Village Law, understanding village government management, and understanding basic concepts of SOTK. However, in the future, more specific training for the village government is needed to organize good village governance.
