Abstract

This study aims to review the interests of student entrepreneurship from contextual factors and personal factors. The population in this study was students in East Java with a total sample of 125. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling and data analysis using SEM. The results of this study are: 1) there is an influence of the contextual factors on the interest in entrepreneurship. This is based on standardized output parameter coefficient of 0.524 with p= *** (significant at p = 0.001). 2) There is an influence of personality factors on the interest in entrepreneurship. This is indicated by the standardized output parameter coefficient of 0.472 which is significant at p = 0.001 (p = ***). The conclusion of this study is contextual factors and personality factors influence the interest in student entrepreneurship.Keywords: interest in entrepreneurship, contextual factors, personality factors, student’s entrepreneurship, improve student competency

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention among students college still low, this is a challenge for all people including academics. Entrepreneurial education is expected to give positive stimulus to encourage entepreneurial intention among students. The aim of this study is to examine whether Adversity Quotient (AQ), attitude toward entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education affects entrepreneurial intention. Sample for this research is to students from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya. The linier regression analysis was used to examine the hypothesis and it was in condition supported. The result shows that attitude toward entrepreneurship influences entrepreneurial intention positively (β:0.342, p kurang dari 0.05), while entrepreneurial education has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention. One of the dimensions of Adversity Quotient, controls gave significant effect on entrepreneurial intention (β: 0476, p kurang dari 0.05). This indication shows that attitude toward entrepreneurship is appropriate indicators in order to encourage entepreneurial intention among students, positive attitude in entrepreneurship will increasing entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan bagi UMKM di Kecamatan Wonokromo Kota Surabaya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pendampingan pemasaran produk UMKM yakni handycraft serta makanan dan minuman. Untuk lebih meningkatkan pemasaran produk UMKM, selain dapat menggunakan media promosi dari mulut ke mulut, sekarang lebih banyak memakai media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakt ditujukan bagi 12 UMKM yang terdapat di Kecamatan Wonokromo Kota Surabaya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diawali dengan identifikasi masalah pemasaran yang terjadi di UMKM Kecamatan Wonokromo, selanjutnya diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran produk UMKM serta tidak lupa melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dirasakan oleh UMKM dengan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang mengenal produk UMKM dan meningkatnya pendapatan UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of a company's Price to Earnings Ratio. This research is a quantitative descriptive study utilizing secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of publicly listed non-financial companies in Indonesia, obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted on publicly listed companies in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Return on Equity and Debt to Equity influence the Price-to-Earnings Ratio. Good company financial performance will send a positive signal to the capital market, leading to an increase in the company's stock.
