Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with intracurricular learning that is more optimized for varied learning content. Provide sufficient time for students to explore knowledge concepts and strengthen their competencies. Learning with the concept of independent learning prioritizes students' interests and talents, so that learning outcomes can foster creative attitudes and the learning process becomes more enjoyable. The formulation of the problem in this research is the role of the independent curriculum to increase civic disposition and its level of success as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the independent curriculum through Civics learning. The aim of this research is to determine the level of success of implementing the independent curriculum in improving civic disposition and what supporting and inhibiting factors exist. The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The instruments used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the implementation of the independent curriculum to improve the civic disposition of class VII students can be said to be quite good because it has implemented the independent curriculum in accordance with the curriculum objectives and succeeded in increasing students' understanding of character and moral values, as well as making a positive contribution to the formation of students' character. Although there are still some things that need to be improved, such as teaching materials to provide wider sources of information and using more varied learning strategies to increase students' active participation in Civics learning, especially for students who are still passive. Thus, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Wahidiyah Karangrejo Middle School has provided positive benefits in improving students' character and morals through Civics learning.

Abstract

The advent of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 has had a profound impact on the global landscape, including Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the national economy, but a considerable number of them have yet to leverage e-marketplaces and social media as marketing tools. This has resulted in a digital chasm between MSMEs and larger corporations. Thus, it is imperative to provide adequate assistance and training to MSMEs to enable them to harness digital technology and enhance their competitiveness in the e-commerce market. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is employed, which involves training, account creation practice, and mentoring for MSMEs. The training is conducted in three phases, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of community service activities, MSMEs need to innovate their products and employ digital marketing strategies through platforms such as marketplaces and social media. Diligent preparation is essential to enable MSMEs to adapt to these changes and bridge the digital divide. Community service initiatives in Kedondong Village strive to encourage MSMEs to embrace marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce platforms as a means to increase revenue and expand businesses in the fiercely competitive digital era.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including socio-economic activities such as arisan (social gathering). Arisan, which was previously conducted conventionally, has now begun to transform into online arisan. This change offers several advantages, including ease of access, reduced time constraints, and a wider range of participation. However, behind this convenience, an equally important challenge lies the lack of regulation and oversight of online arisan practices, which are prone to legal threats. This study aims to examine the urgency of creating written agreements in the implementation of online arisan and examine their legal force as a form of legal protection for the actors, both organizers and members. Using a normative juridical method through a regulatory-statutory approach and case studies, this study emphasizes the importance of legal validity in civil relations formed through online arisan. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that written agreements in online arisan have legally binding force as long as they meet the requirements for a valid agreement according to Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The existence of a written agreement can increase legal certainty, strengthen the legal standing of the parties, and serve as valid evidence in the event of a breach of contract. Therefore, creating a written agreement is crucial to avoid losses and strengthen legal protection in online arisan (social savings and credit) practices. Furthermore, a written agreement also reflects the good faith of the parties in carrying out their commitments professionally and responsibly. This serves as an important foundation for building trust and creating a transparent and accountable online arisan system. Therefore, it is recommended that every online arisan participant create a clear written agreement and have it notarized to strengthen its legality.

Abstract

Ketimpangan gender dalam dunia kerja masih menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pekerja wanita di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Sebagai bentuk respon, Pemerintah Daerah menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 13 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perda tersebut serta mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perda telah diimplementasikan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan pemberdayaan, dan pengawasan kebijakan, namun masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan anggaran, rendahnya kesadaran pelaku usaha, dan budaya patriarki. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sinergi lintas sektor dan edukasi berkelanjutan guna mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang adil dan inklusif bagi perempuan.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mentransformasi metode pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan YouTube sebagai platform edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak metode pembelajaran berbasis YouTube terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa semester VI Program Studi PPKn Universitas Bhinneka PGRI. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif yang digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 57 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan YouTube terhadap minat belajar (T hitung = 15,176 > T tabel = 0,2609; Sig. 0,01 < 0,05; R² = 0,807). Kendala yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya literasi digital, akses internet tidak stabil, dan kesulitan menemukan konten edukatif yang relevan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi YouTube secara terstruktur ke dalam kurikulum serta peningkatan pelatihan literasi digital bagi mahasiswa dan dosen, dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran menggunakan media Youtube.
