Abstract

Kantor Kementrian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Selatan adalah sebuah lembaga pemerintah yang didirikandengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mengurus berbagai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengankeagamaan. Salah satu bidang yang penting dalam kantor ini adalah bagian kepegawaian, yang bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasiyang pesat, artikel ini mengusulkan sistem informasi modern untuk menggantikan metode manual yangtelah digunakan sebelumnya dalam pengelolaan surat-surat tersebut. Sistem informasi yang diusulkan akanmemanfaatkan teknologi informasi terkini dan praktik manajemen arsip yang baik untuk mempermudahproses pengelolaan, pencarian, dan pemeliharaan surat masuk dan keluar di Kementrian Agama ProvinsiSumatera Selatan. Tujuan utama dari perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah meningkatkan efisiensidalam pengelolaan surat-surat, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas data surat masukdan keluar. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan bahwa proses pengarsipan dan pencarian surat akan menjadilebih cepat dan efisien, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia dalam pengelolaan data. Sisteminformasi ini juga akan memungkinkan para pegawai di Kementrian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Selatanuntuk lebih fokus pada tugas-tugas mereka yang lebih strategis, sementara tugas-tugas administratif terkaitsurat-surat dapat diotomatisasi. Hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pelayanankepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Database, Administrasi, Sistem Informasi, Surat masuk dan Surat Keluar, Pengarsipan

Abstract

Documentation websites are a means for programmers to find solutions to the problems they face. Documentation websites that generally provide detailed information regarding how to use a particular framework. The documentation website used in this research is the documentation website from Tailwind CSS. Tailwind CSS is a CSS framework that has a utility-based component principle. With these principles, the website development process will be shorter, more flexible, responsive, and use code more efficiently. However, the convenience provided forces writing CSS code to be inline-CSS. This results in confusion arising from website programmers regarding CSS terms that are changed by Tailwind CSS. The Tailwind CSS website, which provides information related to the Tailwind CSS framework documentation, is in practice less intuitive, making it difficult for novice programmers to find solutions to the problems they face. This research aims to determine the usability of the Tailwind CSS website, from a student's perspective. The method used in this journal is SUS which is carried out by asking 10 questions related to the Tailwind CSS website to 30 respondents consisting of 87% men and 13% women. The selected respondents were students majoring in technology who used the documentation website from Tailwind CSS. The results of this research found that the Tailwind CSS website received a score of 70 on the SUS and could be categorized as Grade C or Fair.

Abstract

The management and assessment of internship participants are still done manually, namely by filling out paper forms which are then processed separately. This manual process results in various obstacles such as the potential for human error, delays in data processing, and difficulties in storing and managing assessment history. Digitalization of the internship assessment process is an urgent need for Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang. A website-based internship assessment system can be a solution that allows the entire assessment process to be carried out automatically and in an integrated manner. This system also allows for the availability of assessment history that is stored neatly and in a structured manner, which ultimately makes it easier for companies to select and evaluate prospective internship participants in the future. The results of the research are the design of a User Interface for the assessment system which is expected to increase efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the internship assessment process. This design can be a reference for further development, making it easier for admins to manage assessment data, and assisting supervisors and interns in a more structured evaluation process.

Abstract

This research proposes the development of a digital-based Internship Attendance Information System. This system is designed to make it easier to manage internship participant attendance data effectively and efficiently. By using this information system, it is hoped that the entire attendance recording process can be carried out automatically, attendance data is stored safely, and attendance reports can be generated quickly and accurately. This research will use a system development method (System Development Life Cycle, SDLC) with a prototyping approach. The stages in this method include gathering requirements, building a prototype, evaluating the prototype by users, refining the prototype, and implementing the final system. The data used in this research was collected through interviews with Perumda Tirta Musi staff, field observations, and study of related documents. It is hoped that the final results of this research will produce an information system that can be implemented and help Perumda Tirta Musi in managing internship attendance better, with a focus on meeting user needs through continuous iteration and feedback.

Abstract

Laptop merupakan perangkat elektronik yang umum digunakan oleh hampir semua lapisan masyarakat di sebagian besar belahan dunia [1]. Laptop merupakan komputer yang didesain untuk dibawa-bawa, dengan semua bagiannya terintegrasi menjadi satu kesatuan. Laptop menawarkan berbagai fungsi yang menarik, harga yang bervariasi, dan berbagai fasilitas tambahan. Dalam memilih laptop, ada beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti harga, kapasitas RAM, penyimpanan internal, daya baterai, jenis prosesor, dan ukuran layar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan guna membantu pemilihan laptop dengan prosesor Intel Core dan AMD Ryzen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pilihan yang lebih baik bagi konsumen dalam memilih laptop berdasarkan prosesornya. Sistem yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan berbasis objek dan menggunakan kuesioner (google form). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih laptop, sehingga konsumen dapat menentukan pilihan yang sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhannya, khususnya mengenai prosesor (CPU).
