Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaranmasyarakat pada protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemi covid-19 sehingga mencegah penyebaran virusdi desa Gombang Sawit dan juga memberikan informasi yang valid terkait vaksinasi untuk mencapaikekebalan komunal. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan mengundang para tokohmasyarakat secara terbatas dan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Partisipasi dan antusiasme masyarakatdalam kegiatan tergolong tinggi, dimana warga aktif dalam bertanya mengenai vaksinasi dan informasiyang terkait lainnya. Dampak dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dankepedulian menjalankan protokol kesehatan dan menjadikan warga berani mengikuti vaksinasi dan tidaktermakan isu yang tidak benar. Kegiatan penyuluhan protokol kesehatan dan vaksinasi Desa Gombangsangat bermanfaat dalam meminimalisir penyebaran virus COVID-19.Kata Kunci : kesadaran, masyarakat, penyuluhan, vaksinasi, COVID-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of understanding and application of the will of cloning in coffee shops in Kedung baruk village. Green accounting is an accounting method that correlates environmental aspects and sustainability regarding the measurement of reporting and financial analysis of an organization aims to integrate environmental and social information into the financial statements of the decision-making process that allows a more comprehensive assessment of social and environmental financial performance. Techniques using observation questionnaires, interviews, documentation to bury research data. Data analysis in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are that the coffee shop actors in the new building understand the earthquake and apply it in their operational activities and understand the importance of considering the environmental impact of the coffee shop business taking steps to reduce negative impacts by reducing negative impacts in making handicrafts to protect the environment and there are still some Warkop who do not understand and apply it in their operations. In the way of providing environmental accountability that has gone through the stage of adjustment with various environmental objectives and corporate ideals, environmental costs can be in the form of costs of steps taken, or that must be taken to regulate various environmental impacts on company activities.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy relies heavily on the steel industry, making it an important sector. This study was conducted with the aim of understanding the comparison of financial ratios. iron and steel sector in Indonesia in 2019 to 2021. This study utilizes secondary information derived from the annual financial statements of steel industry companies in Indonesia. The findings indicate an overall improvement in the financial performance of the steel sector in Indonesia in 2021 compared to 2019, as evidenced by an increase in most financial ratios. Therefore, the study concluded that the financial performance of the steel sector in Indonesia experienced positive growth in 2021. However, certain financial ratios, such as current ratio and quick ratio, still require careful attention.

Abstract

Through Training on Making Snack Bouquet as an Alternative Business Idea, this activity seeks to teach one of the alternative business ideas that may be done by everyone from various backgrounds. The general public's ignorance of flower bouquets makes it challenging for business players to identify their target market, as teens continue to use food bouquets as presents for specific individuals. In order for the participants in this training to use the snack bouquet business as a reference business idea in the future, it seeks to provide information about the making process and the materials required to establish one. Both theoretical and practical methods are employed in this training.

Abstract

Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) is a technique of measuring the level of efficiency with a This study aims to review the role of green economy in improving people's social welfare. Green economy is defined as a sustainable and environmentally friendly economic model that balances economic, environmental, and social aspects. Social welfare is measured by various indicators, such as health, education, income, and security. Based on the literature review, the green economy has the potential to improve social welfare through various mechanisms, including: green job creation, poverty reduction, improved health, improved education quality, improved security. This research also discusses some of the challenges and opportunities in implementing the green economy to improve social welfare. In conclusion, the green economy has significant potential to improve people's social welfare. Effective green economy implementation requires collaborative efforts from various stakeholders, including the government, private sector and civil society.

Abstract

Usaha warung gemoy war adalah tempat yang sering dikunjungi oleh masyarakat berbagai latar belakang, sosial budaya untuk berkumpul, diskusi, ngobrol santai,dialog warga, opini masyarakat berbagai macam latar belakang, minum bersama untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi bermanfaat yang didapatkan. Gemoy war berdiri sejak 6 Juni 2022 awal mula berdiri iseng iseng membuka warung setelah keluar dari tempat kerja daripada menganggur bersamaan dengan libur kuliah serta ada modal sedikit membuka warung didepan rumah . Untuk omset nya pun lumayan yang didapatkan tiap hari sekitar 100.000-200.000 serta ada pesanan mulai dari per es an nya , jajanan gorengan tusuk maupun dimsum dan mie nya. Gemoy war ini memiliki perkembangan dan pesanan setiap hari nya yang mereka sukai dai kedai kopi tersebut yaitu karena produk, harga, dan juga lokasinya yang nyaman untuk bersantai sembari berkumpul bersama teman-teman. Meminum kopi kini semakin trending dan berkembang pesat, minuman berkafein tersebut kini menjadi terkenal dan terus merebak hingga ke semua kalangan masyarakat. Minuman berkafein ini, bukan lagi menjadi sebuah segelas kopi akan tetapi juga menambah inspirasi ketika para insan membutuhkan sensasi merenungkan ide yang akan di tuangkan dengan meminum kopi terlebih dahulu, dan hingga saat ini menjadi kebiasaan dari para penikmat kopi. Warung kopi sendiri adalah tempat yang sangat mudah di jumpai. Gemoy war adalah tempat yang sering dikunjungi oleh masyarakat berbagai latar belakang, sosial budaya untuk berkumpul, diskusi, ngobrol santai,dialog warga, opini masyarakat berbagai macam latar belakang, minum bersama untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi bermanfaat yang didapatkan (Prabowo, 2013). Gemoy war adalah jasa usaha minuman yang bertempat sebagai atau seluruh bangunan yang permanen atau semi permanen, dilengkapi dengan peralatan dan perlengkapan untuk proses pembuatan, penyimpunan, penyajian, dan penjualan minuman bagi umum di tempat usahanya kecuali minuman berakohol.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important aspect in achieving company goals. Factors such as work discipline and work motivation play a key role in determining the quality of performance. This research focuses on PT. Indomarco Prismatama Manyar Rejo Branch is a consumer goods distribution company in Surabaya, Indonesia. Several problems identified included attendance not being on time, completion of work that was not on target, poor use of work equipment and a lack of discipline in work attitudes. These factors can hinder employee performance and therefore efforts are needed to increase work discipline and motivation. The literature review involves the concepts of management accounting, human resources (HR), work discipline, and work motivation to support an understanding of the factors that influence employee performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. Data was collected through literature studies, including books, scientific articles and research journals as well as through interviews with PT employees. Indomarco Prismatama Manyar Rejo Branch. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using an inductive method. The research method shows that the application of discipline and work motivation in companies needs to be improved. Employees stated that the implementation of discipline was still not strict enough and work motivation was not optimal. Based on interviews, recommendations for improvement involve clarifying work regulations, consistent supervision, fair rewards and punishments, creating a conducive work environment and employee training.

Abstract

Birds are ecosystem components that can adapt to human-dominated landscapes. Therefore, they can be found in various man-made landscapes. The Sawarna Beach Tourism Area (SBTA) is a combination of natural and rural landscapes and is developing as a tourist destination. This research aims to analyze the diversity of birds in SBTA. The study was conducted in June 2023 in three types of habitats (beach, farm, and paddy fields). Bird data was taken using the point count method, while habitat data was described according to the main components are vegetation and substrate. Bird data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively with (1) species Diversity Index (H'), (2) species Evenness Index (E), and (3) community Similarity Index (IS). There were 32 birds species found from eight orders and 18 families. Of all the species, nine are protected species under Indonesian law, and one species is listed in Appendix II on the CITES-listed animals. The birds found are seabirds e.g. White tern (Gygis alba); shorebirds e.g. Little ringed plover (Charadrius dubius); water birds e.g. Great egret (Ardea alba); as well as terrestrial birds e.g. Streaked weaver (Ploceus manyar) and Javan-green magpie (Cissa thalassina). Variations in bird groups result from differences in habitats. The H' value is 2.39, which is classified as a medium category, and the E value of 0.68 is also classified as a medium category. The IS value indicates that the farm and paddy field habitats have a greater IS value than the beach habitat.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain diversification and portfolio risk and the impact of diversification on portfolio risk and determine the number of stocks that make up the optimal portfolio. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and the sample is taken from 5 stocks of the IDX Energy Sector industry. The analysis tool uses a correlation matrix, expected return and risk for individual stocks and portfolios (5 stocks) and the Unknown Population Standard Deviation (σ) Hypothesis Test. The results of this study are: 1)                The correlaion matrix table shows that stocks have a positive correlation, meaning that the stock price movement is in the same direction, that is, when the price of one stock rises, the price of the other stock will rise. Of the five correlations that occur, the correlation between AKRA and ADRO stocks has the largest positive correlation coefficient. And the correlation between MEDC and ADRO stocks has the smallest correlation coefficient. 2)                In general, the expected return and risk performance of the portfolio is better than the performance of individual stocks. So by applying stock diversification, the return performance can be optimized, and risk can also be minimized. 3)                From the results of the Hypothesis Test Population Standard Deviation (σ) is Unknown. The t statistic value of - 5.334 is in the area > - 0, 1771. Then the decision is that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means H1 is accepted, i.e. the risk of stock diversification is smaller than the risk of individual stocks.
