Abstract

This library research article discusses child marriage in Indonesia usingcontent analysis of marriage regulations. It is also addresses consequences of child marriage. Marriage regulations open the possibility of childmarriage in case of necessity. This is an implementation of sad al-zari‟ahin order to prevent the bigger problems. However, child marriage oftenbrings negative impacts for the bride socially, economically andpsychologically.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the application of exemplary as a form of contemporary da’wah. Exemplary dakwah in modern society consist of: 1) Da’wah able to give example to society to life and noble civilization, so that human become dignified (akramal akramin); 2) Da’wah that able to motivate and facilitate society to live orderly and far of the pollution that damages his conscience; 3) Da’wah that produces high cultural products resulting from emulating noble behavior and deep reflection with the highest knowledge; 4) Da’wah that is able to bridge the diametric gap between the various orientations; and 5) Da’wah that becomes the solution and able to compensate for the various offers of non-propagation information. Execution of exemplary method in da'wah of a dai has at least two main requirements: (1) requirements of science, (2) personality requirements to be role models for society. Tulisan ini bertujuan menggali penerapan keteladanan sebagai bentuk dakwah kontemporer. Dakwah dengan keteladanan sebagai dakwah kontemporer dalam masyarakat modern adalah: 1) Dakwah yang mampu meneladani masyarakat dalam menapak jejak kemuliaan hidup dan peradaban yang tinggi, sehingga manusia menjadi bermartabat (akramal akramin); 2) Dakwah yang mampu memotivasi dan memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk hidup teratur dan jauh dari polusi yang merusak nuraninya; 3) Dakwah yang menghasilkan produk kebudayaan yang tinggi (tidak remeh-temeh) yang dihasilkan dari meneladani perilaku yang mulia dan perenungan yang mendalam dengan pengetahuan yang tinggi; 4) Dakwah yang mampu menjembatani kesenjangan diametral antara berbagai orientasi; dan 5) Dakwah yang menjadi solusi dan mampu mengimbangi berbagai tawaran informasi non-dakwah. Pelaksanaan metode keteladanan dalam dakwah seorang dai sedikitnya memiliki dua persyaratan utama: (1) persyaratan keilmuan, (2) persyaratan kepribadian untuk dijadikan suri teladan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Humans are holistic beings, aspects of human life can be classified into four main aspects, namely physical, mental, social, and spiritual. In this paper aims to find out the concept of holistic guidance and counseling services as an innovation in the field of counseling. As a counselor should make holistic counseling as a foundation for the development of counseling innovation, so that in counseling practice can view human as holistic in terms of humanity, problem complexity and cooperation among counselor team since searching data, and look for conclusions on the data (diagnosis), create a plan of action (treatment planning), and perform treatment measures (treatment), evaluation process, until termination (termination).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the integration of multikulturalism competence and sosial justice in counseling services. This research belongs to the type of library research, that is, by recording all findings and integrating all findings, both theories or new findings about the integration of the concepts of multikulturalism and sosial justice, analyzing all the findings from various readings and providing critical ideas about the integration of the concepts of multikulturalism and sosial justice in counseling services. The results showed that multikultural counseling is a relationship of counseling on different cultures between counselor and counselee while sosial justice counseling combines cultural responsiveness and understanding the cultural strengths of the client, and focuses on developing strength, empowerment and advocacy. In theoretical and philosophical perspectives that underpin the integration of multikulturalism competencies and sosial justice in counseling services provide a context for developing multikultural competencies and sosial justice counselors. The integration of multikultural concepts and sosial justice recognizes the following as important aspects of counseling practices for counselors and clients, including: (a) understanding the complexity of diversity and multikulturalism in counseling relationships, (b) recognizing the negative effects of sosial oppression on mental health and well-being humans, (c) understand individuals in the context of their sosial environment, and (d) integrate sosial justice assistance into various counseling services (eg, individual, family, sosial, group). So it is necessary to ground the integration of multikultural and sosial justice in counseling services, namely by making academic documents that will apply across populations, services, and client problems.

Abstract

Mapping Of Problem Learning Problem Vocational School 3 Yogyakarta And Its Completion (Class Srata Review). This study aims to uncover the mapping of students' learning problems at SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta and their resolution is reviewed from the classroom. Research on student learning problems was conducted using a qualitative approach with a survey method with a sample size of 292 for an error rate of 5%. The instrument used in uncovering student learning problems is a non-test instrument check list problem (DCM) and an open questionnaire for how to solve problems then analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results showed that students of SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta experienced learning problems with a process of more than 90% with class XII having the biggest learning problems with a process of 96%, class XI students at 95% and class X students at 92%. The factors that cause learning problems in SMKN 3 Yogyakarta students are the lack of students' ability to manage time, technological development so that learning time is spent playing games and social media, as well as the tight hours of study of SMK students. Learning problem solving by students of SMKN 3 Yogyakarta there are various styles of problem solving including; trying to solve problems, seek social support, with religion and unproductive solutions.Keywords: Problems, Learning, Settlement

Abstract

Kecemerlangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada zaman modern memang membawa kemajuan yang luar biasa. Namun seiring dengan itu semakin terkotak-nya antara sains dan agama yang mengakibatkan ditinggalkannya nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Tulisan ini mencoba menggali bagaimana reposisi Bimbingan Konseling Islam dalam sebuah keilmuan. Pada dataran teori, psikologi konseling memiliki empat grand theories, yaitu psikoanalisis, behavioristik, humanistik dan transpersonal. Maka kiranya perlu Konseling Islam bergerak menjadi mazhab kelima dari disiplin psikologi dengan cara mengembalikan paradigma ilmuwan kepada orientasi dunia dan akhirat. Karena sejatinya Fitrah manusia diciptakan mempunyai naluri beragama yaitu agama tauhid. Dalam hal ini perlu ditekankan kajian keagamaan, baik hal itu berasal dari perspektif Indigenous Counseling yang cross cultural dan mengungkap variabel budaya lokal maupun Konseling Agama itu sendiri terhadap pembentukan karakter individu. Bisa dilihat dari konteks sejarah konseling agama yang dijumpai pada zaman klasik Islam dikenal dengan nama hisbah. Maka perlu melakukan pengembangan Bimbingan Konseling Islami yaitu Proses pemberian bantuan terhadap individu sesuai asas yang pelaksanaan, agar mampu hidup selaras dengan ketentuan dan petunjuk Allah, sehingga dapat mencapai kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan di akhirat.

Abstract

Implementation of Islamic Spiritual Guidance for People with Mental Disorders at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation. This study aims to reveal the implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance for people with mental disorders at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation. This research on the implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance for people with mental disorders was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research) with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation. The research subjects or informants in this research are the Chairperson of the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation, nurses, and spiritual mentors of the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation. The results showed that the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation in carrying out spiritual guidance for people with mental disorders. Methods. Spiritual guidance for people with mental disorders was carried out by the individual method (direct) and the group guidance method. The stages and materials for spiritual guidance for people with mental disorders are in three stages, namely: (1) the initial stage is by introducing Fiqh Worship, (2) the intermediate stage is the seriousness stage, namely by providing religious lecture guidance, and the final stage is the stage of ending the guidance process ( termination). Suggestion It is necessary to have a permanent spiritual guide who is assigned to carry out spiritual guidance at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation so that the implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance can run continuously.Keywords: Guidance, Islamic Spirituality, Mental Disorders

Abstract

Cyber Counselling: A Model of Counselling in the Online-Based Society Context. A decade lately the virtual world appears to be one of the most important aspect in human life. Virtual reality, one of which developed from the evolution of the internet creates a virtual space that can be a representation or simulation of real life, including in the field of guidance and counselling called cyber counselling. Cyber counselling services are one of the virtual counselling service strategies or counselling that takes place by using an internet connection. Cyber Counselling is the alternative way when today, almost everyone who has a smartphone, also has social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, Path, Instagram, and so on. Nevertheless, the counselling process can occur separately between counsellors and counselees in different time and place. In implementing cyber counselling a number of issues such as ethical issues and issues of developing counselling relationship may arise and must be considered. Therefore, cyber counsellors should have the ability of cyber counselling.

Abstract

Purpose -  This study aims to investigate the optimization of the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.Method - This research is a type of library research, namely, by recording all findings and integrating all findings, both theories and new findings about the religious extension, analyzing all findings from various reading and providing critical ideas about optimizing the role of religious instructors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.Result - The results of the study show that various issues in all sectors emerged as a result of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to optimize the role of religious instructors who play a very strategic role in the framework of mental, moral, and value development devotion of the people and also contribute to improving the quality of life of the people in various fields both in the field of religion and development amid COVID-19 pandemic by carrying out informative and educative functions, consultative functions, and advocacy functions.Implications - To optimize the role, several things need to be done by religious instructors.Originality - The framework of mental development with optimization of religious extension role in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. Tujuan -  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi peran ustadz di tengah pandemi COVID-19.Metode - Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pustaka yaitu dengan mencatat semua temuan dan mengintegrasikan semua temuan baik teori maupun temuan baru tentang penyuluhan agama, menganalisis semua temuan dari berbagai bacaan dan memberikan gagasan kritis tentang optimalisasi peran penyuluh agama di tengah-tengah. dari pandemi COVID-19.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai permasalahan di semua sektor muncul sebagai akibat dari merebaknya pandemi COVID-19, maka diperlukan optimalisasi peran ustadz yang berperan sangat strategis dalam kerangka mental, moral, dan pengembangan nilai pengabdian kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat di berbagai bidang baik di bidang keagamaan maupun pembangunan di tengah pandemi COVID-19 dengan menjalankan fungsi informatif dan edukatif, fungsi konsultatif, dan fungsi advokasi.Implikasi - Untuk mengoptimalkan peran tersebut, beberapa hal perlu dilakukan oleh para penyuluh agama.Originalitas - Kerangka pembinaan mental dengan optimalisasi peran penyuluh agama di tengah pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Islam is da’wa religious, its mean obey muslim to preach Islam to other people everytime, everywhere. Dawah can efective if use good method. Dawah method is ways that did by dai (communicator) to mad’u for purpose based hikmah and love. Base on developing religious civil sociaty, implementation of da’wa need significant motivation, methodology and institution. One of them is dawah have to implement with semiotic skill and imagology, with organize sign elements so its interesting and can be mobile everyone to receive Islam and implemen mision of dawah, its remain to do al-khair, ma’ruf and reject al munkar in every dimention. Da’wa like this, summary in word hikmah. Al-hikmah is skill of dai to choose and do technique of  dakwah acording to objective  condition of mad’u and explaine Islamic doctrine and reality in logic argumentation and comunictaive language. Al-Hikmah as a system that unity theoritic and practice skill in da’wa.
