Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, especially computers that have entered various types of fields, one of them is the field of information using E-Learning learning. The internet is a way to get and deliver learning information quickly, wherever and whenever. This can be best utilized in the teaching and learning process using the E-Learning class method for an educational institution to minimize delays in the delivery of information, and as a basis for providing the best service for the quality of learning for students. In order to realize learning achievement, a development must be carried out in the process of learning activities for students to master the teaching materials provided by the teacher in school. In its improvement, it takes the development of learning methods and supporting decision-making in learning outcomes that can develop improvements in catching power, ways of learning, thinking of students, and the catching value of the material they get from the teacher, where this is found in the development of E-Learning class learning models . Students can learn and interact about instructional materials, difficulties that occur in schools using web-site media in pleasant internet access, flexible time, and students have a high appeal for the interest in learning to use E-Learning classes. The method chosen to solve problems with many criteria is SAW Simple Additive Weighting, one method that can be used to solve existing problems. This method is chosen because it can determine the weights for each attribute, followed by an alternative ranking that will be used as a decision making for student learning outcomes using E-learning.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya tuntutan pekerjaan, membuat berbagai Instansi perusahaan, baik perkantoran, pabrik, ataupun lainnya masing-masing memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang tidak bisa dibilang sedikit. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia tersebut, tidak sedikit para instansi perusahaan memberikan sebuah jaminan yang akan diberikan kepada para pegawainya setelah pegawai tersebut menyelesaikan masa purna bakti. Jaminan tersebut berupa Jaminan Hari Tua atau bisa disebut juga dengan Manfaat Pensiun. Pada penerapan yang ada, sistem pembayaran yang tepat dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi para pekerja maupun perusahaan itu sendiri, namun hal tersebut belum terlaksanan sesuai dengan sasaran pada sistem pembayaran pensiun terhadap karyawan. Pada analisa penelitian ini, penggunaan Aplikasi Sistem INTERDAP (Sistem Informasi Terpadu Dana Pensiun) bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat dan informasi dari sistem pengolahan data dan informasi pada suatu Dana Pensiun. Rancangan aplikasi sistem dengan menggunakan SQL server dan aplikasi Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, menjadi metode sistem yang digunakan untuk dapat terintegrasi (akuntansi, investasi, keuangan, sumber daya manusia & umum dan kepesertaan serta tata usaha) dan mendukung prinsip Tata kelola Dana Pensiun yang baik pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Dimana hal ini dapat mejadi pemecah masalah penyampaian informasi dari manfaat pensiun kepada para pegawai, untuk mengetahui proses pembayaran pensiun tersebut. Agar sampai tepat kepada para pesertanya yaitu, pegawai PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) setelah para pesertanya memasuki masa pensiun. Kata Kunci Jaminan Hari Tua, Manfaat Pensiun, Analisa pembayaran manfaat pensiun.

Abstract

Merokok di lingkungan sekolah merupakan pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah, dimana kegiatan tersebut bertolak belakang dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Posisi toilet sekolah yang tertutup serta berada di bagian pojok sekolah, membuat lokasi tersebut menjadi lokasi favorit siswa untuk merokok di lingkungan sekolah. Kurangnya efektifitas jangkauan guru dan petugas piket sekolah dalam melakukan monitoring terhadap lokasi toilet sekolah tersebut, menjadi masalah baru yaitu siswa merokok di toilet sekolah. Adanya rancangan alat dan sistem peringatan menggunakan sensor sebagai detector, merupakan langkah dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya aktifitas siswa yang merokok di toilet sekolah. Sensor MQ2 sebagai detector kontaminasi udara dari asap rokok, dan Arduino uno sebagai mikrokontroller yang mengatur sistem dari sensor MQ2 tersebut. Rancangan alat ini, dapat memberikan peringatan kepada guru dan petugas piket di sekolah, apabila ada siswa yang sedang melakukan aktifitas merokok di toilet sekolah setelah mendapatkan bunyi dari buzzer. Alat pendeteksi asap rokok dirancang menggunakan sensor MQ2 yang mendeteksi kadar asap rokok di udara toilet, dan Arduino uno sebagai pengendali melakukan validasi kadar asap dalam udara dengan membunyikan buzzer saat validasi kadar asap rokok di udara toilet tersebut terdeteksi oleh sensor. Peringatan buzzer yang berbunyi, menjadi salah satu indikator bagi guru dan petugas piket sekolah, bahwa ada aktifitas pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah yaitu merokok di toilet sekolah. Hal ini bisa mewujudkan efektifitas kegiatan monitoring guru dan petugas piket sekolah, serta menjadi efek jera untuk siswa yang melakukan kebiasaan merokok di toilet sekolah, karena adanya alat pendeteksi asap yang akan berbunyi dan memberikan peringatan terhadap pelanggaran tersebut. Dengan adanya masalah yang terjadi yaitu siswa merokok di toilet sekolah, maka di rancanglah alat pendeteksi asap rokok tersebut menggunakan sensor detector asap MQ2 dengan Arduino Uno yang menghasilkan bunyi buzzer sebagai acuan dari indikator adanya asap rokok di udara toilet tersebut.

Abstract

This study is based on the problems in the case study of PT INOVATIF TEKNIK MESINDO namely the increase in the number of customers that are not followed by the renewal of the customer data management system makes the existing performance ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an information system regarding the matter concerned with the customer so as to facilitate the company in reading the desires and habits of the customer through activities that occur in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and can make a decision to improve quality and company quantity. In this study there are 3 (three) main problems, 5 (five) research objectives, 4 (four) research benefits. Also explained the relevant data collection methods including the observation method, UML (Unified Modelling Language) to describe the running system and the design of the prototype to be built. Abstract

Media visualization of the digital era, is a significant development in the industrial and educational world. Where in packaging the results of the report are required to be a visualization that can be received quickly, briefly, and can be received efficiently to the recipient of information. In the application sector, processing data into information can be displayed with a graph model. This graphical model is able to help recipients of information to be able to capture various information quickly, efficiently, and provide information needed to determine future decision development. The use of business intelligence in implementing the viewboard on learning, supports the creation of complicated information delivery, so that it can be consumed and accepted easily. In the communication, the viewboard model becomes a link between data from Rinfo spreadsheets, to be displayed as a form of graphical information that can facilitate recipients of information in increasing the motivation to make decisions from the graphical information displayed. In processing data into Rinfo spreadsheet information, the calculation uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, in the process there is cluster division and weighting of values. The results will be used as decision support information on the graphical viewboard that is displayed attractively, will produce a decision making system of information that is faster, easier and more efficient. Abstract

Adaptive learning systems powered by AI have transformed education by offering personalized learning experiences tailored to individual student needs, enhancing engagement and outcomes. This study examines the impact of AI-driven adaptive learning systems on educational outcomes across diverse settings using a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data were collected through pre- and post-assessments, surveys, and system analytics, while qualitative insights were obtained via interviews. Participants included 300 students and 50 educators spanning primary to higher education. Findings revealed a substantial improvement in student performance, with average post-assessment scores increasing from 68.4 to 82.7. AI tools such as Smart Sparrow and IBM Watson Education demonstrated higher course completion rates and increased student engagement. Comparative analysis confirmed the superior effectiveness of adaptive systems over traditional methods. These results highlight the potential of AI-driven systems to enhance educational quality and equity. The study also identifies challenges, including institutional technical readiness, educator training, and infrastructural needs, which are critical for successful implementation. Future research should explore long-term impacts, algorithmic optimization, and ethical considerations, addressing issues such as potential biases and data privacy concerns. Standardizing references, citations, and formatting is recommended to ensure professional presentation. By examining the practical barriers and offering insights into their resolution, this research provides a foundation for the broader adoption of adaptive learning systems, underscoring their transformative potential in creating inclusive and effective educational environments. These findings advocate for continued exploration and development of AI-driven tools to advance learning outcomes globally.

Abstract

Technological advances in today's digital era are the latest breakthroughs that are a way out of many existing problems. The community is a part that needs technological updates, which can facilitate large and small daily tasks. Like gardening tools in ancient times required a complicated process in caring for plants, but now caring for plants can be easy because of the existence of technological tools that can help care for the plants. Like the simplest thing is watering plants, if you forget it can make the plants wilt and look stale or even die. The Mini soil moisture sensor is designed to provide a warning of soil dryness in potted plants indoors. This tool provides a warning to the owner of the ornamental plant pot, that the soil in their favorite plant pot is dry. The design of the humidity detection sensor tool is used to detect a lack of water in the soil and send voltage to the LED. So that if no water is detected in the soil that is embedded in this tool, the LED will light up. The warning light from the LED on this tool is part of the Mini soil moisture sensor design to be able to provide a warning to the owner of ornamental plants about their plants. So that plants that are cared for indoors can safely get enough water from the Mini soil moisture sensor warning design.

Abstract

Penggunaan media digital dilingkungan siswa sekolah menengah ke atas hanya baru sebatas media hiburan, pembelajaran dan informasi saja. Kebanyakan siswa sekolah menengah atas belum banyak mengetahui jika media digital dapat dipergunakan untuk melakukan pemasaran produk maupun jasa bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Ketika lulus sekolah menengah atas diharapkan mereka menjadi entrepreneur dibidang digital marketing. Oleh karena itu digital marketing menjadi keharusan ketika menghadapi perubahan metode perdagangan dari metode konvensional menjadi berbasis digital. Dimana menjajakan barang atau jasa tidak lagi pintu ke pintu akan tetapi dilakukan secara digital menggunakan berbagai macam media digital dimulai dari marketplace, media sosial sampai dengan aplikasi berbagi video seperti youtube, tiktok dan lain-lain. Tim Pengabdian Masyarat termotivasi untuk melakukan pengenalan tentang pentingnya digital marketing untuk pengembangan usaha dan bisnis terutama dilingkup siswa sekolah menengah atas. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat kepada siswa/siswi SMKS 11 PGRI Serpong berdampak positif kepada mereka para peserta yang berpartisipasi. Ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan, keterampilan para peserta dengan dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dengan nilai A sebanyak 62,96% dan nilai B sebanyak 37,04%.
