Abstract

Nowdays, along with the  development of electronics and computers, the crime rate increases  rapidly.  today almost all systems and security tools are using electronic devices such as computers and  microcontrollers. Every electronic device always has weakness, such as camera needs the light to capture images, Passive InfraRed (PIR) sensor only has ability for human body temperature detection, Short Message Service (SMS) which its services depend on prepay credit and cellular operator signal range.  Based on the problem, a radio-based doppler radar detection tool was developed using RCWL 0516 module. In this research will be discussed the use of RCWL 0516 sensor as main module to detect the movement of the object by measuring the microwave wave value that displayed on the user gadget by using Blynk application. The digital communication is used and implemented on Arduino Uno microcontroller. The data is sent and will be displayed on the gadget through Blynk application in the form of graph in real time and connect to the internet using ESP8266 as a connection receiver. The results obtained that the RCWL 0516 module has a better accuracy level in detecting movement than other motion detection sensors such as PIR sensors and ultrasonic sensors.

Abstract

Each association or organization must have an official site that is useful to provide accurate information about the organization to its members and the wider community. Official site is used as a medium of information, communication media and educational media for its members, students and the wider community. However, the current membership area of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities (APTISI), amounting to 13 regions has not had official official site so that the delivery of information is still using the manual way. In this case the official site APTISI Pusat can become the main website to make official membership site by using sub directory. In this research, using descriptive research method. Supported by technique 3 (three) data collecting technique that is observation, literature study and impelementasi. In the system development stage using waterfall method which is one of the method of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle). The alternative problem solving is the official site of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities (APTISI), an official site used as a container / place and media information that is devoted to its members and can display and improve the performance of association activities

Abstract

Informasi absensi yang dilakukan mahasiswa saat ini dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh dosen pembimbing. Namun, ada 3 (tiga) kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh dosen pembimbing, salah satunya yaitu menyajikan informasi dengan tabel membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan ketelitian yang sangat tinggi untuk mengukur perbandingan suatu informasi yang ada di dalamnya. Guna memudahkan dosen pembimbing dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengukuran absensi mahasiswa bimbingan belajar yang ditangani, sistem PenA (Penilaian Absensi) akan menyajikan informasi berupa grafik dengan menggunakan Highchart. Penyajian informasi berupa grafik pada PenA (Penilaian Absensi) akan menyajikan informasi berupa Nim (Nomor Induk Mahasiswa), dosen pembimbing, dan waktu bimbingan. Informasi waktu bimbingan yang ada di dalam grafik dapat dijadikan perbandingan untuk mengukur tingkat aktivitas mahasiswa dalam mengikuti bimbingan. Sistem PenA (Penilaian Absensi) menggunakan website berbasis YII Framework karena ringan juga mudah untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi web dan YII Framework memiliki tingkat keamanan yang bagus. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat 5 (lima) keuntungan dan 1 (satu) kekurangan pada sistem PenA (Penilaian Absensi). Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan agar sistem PenA (Penilaian Absensi) dapat meningkatkan mutu absensi mahasiswa dalam proses bimbingan belajar pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Abstract

As we know now, Indonesia has begun to enter the era of revolution 4.0 which in that era had a lot of changes in all fields. Including in the field of education, the changes that occur in the world of education today are so significant with the abandonment of teaching methods that still use conventional methods. Track tasks with books, face-to-face communication, collect hard copy assignments, which of course will cause a lot of losses in a certain period of time, like many long-stored tasks that are hard to find when needed. Learning methods are considered a boring way, where students cannot explore learning searches for the number of files that have been collected. So from now on the application of learning methods is done with the concept of gamification. Gamification learning methods are made to follow the era when students prefer to play games rather than learning, therefore the gamification method can be applied to management of education at a higher level of education. It is hoped that this method can increase students' interest in learning so that it motivates to explore abilities in the learning process.Seperti yang kita ketahui sekarang, Indonesia sudah mulai memasuki era revolusi 4.0 yang di era itu banyak perubahan yang terjadi di semua bidang. Termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, perubahan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan saat ini begitu signifikan dengan mulai ditinggalkannya metode pengajaran yang masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Melacak tugas dengan buku, komunikasi tatap muka, mengumpulkan tugas dalam bentuk hardcopy, yang tentu saja akan menyebabkan banyak kerugian dalam jangka waktu tertentu, seperti banyak tugas yang lama tersimpan dan sulit ditemukan ketika dibutuhkan. Metode pembelajaran dianggap sebagai cara yang membosankan, dimana siswa tidak dapat mengeksplorasi dalam pencarian pembelajaran untuk jumlah file yang telah dikumpulkan. Jadi mulai sekarang penerapan metode pembelajaran dilakukan dengan konsep gamification. Metode pembelajaran gamification dibuat untuk mengikuti era ketika siswa lebih memilih untuk bermain game daripada belajar, oleh karena itu metode gamification dapat diterapkan untuk manajemen pendidikan pada tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Diharapkan bahwa metode ini dapat meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar sehingga memotivasi untuk mengeksplorasi kemampuan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

In today’s disruptive era, in addition to the technology that keeps developing and innovating, educational instruments are also required to have thinking skills as agent of change. Learning methods develop following the dynamic mindset from all perspectives and students are the main research object in the success of learning method application. Unfortunately, there has not been a suitable learning method to be used during the advising process so that the entire progress of the project under study cannot be effectively super-vised. After the implementation of vasTmind as the collaborative learning method, the project was resolved structurally, systematically, and effectively with the help of mindomo tool that can be accessed online by the students. VasTmind instruments include center (research title), branch in the form of a work list equipped with serial ID number, project objectives, and contributors. VasTmind application offers four benefits including systematic neat thinking, collaborative learning, project mapping, and gamification efficiency. The re-search found that collaborative learning using vasTmind improved the effi-ciency and effectiveness of students’ project completion outcomes.Memasuki perkembangan pendidikan pada era disruptif saat ini, selain teknologi yang terus berkembang dan mengalami inovasi. Para instrumen pendidikan juga dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan keterampilan dalam berpikir, khususnya bagi mahasiswa sebagai agent of change. Metode pembelajaran terus berkembang mengikuti pola pikir dinamis dari seluruh sudut pandang, dan mahasiswa adalah objek penelitian utama dalam keberhasilan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Salah satu bentuk inovasi metode pembelajaran adalah metode vasTmind yang merupakan metode penyelesaian project secara struktural, sistematis, efektif menggunakan alat mindomoyang dapat diakses secara online oleh mahasiswa bimbingan tingkat akhir. Terdapat 4 (empat) instrumen vasTmind, yaitu center (berupa judul penelitian), branch berupa list pekerjaan dilengkapi dengan nomor urut ID, tujuan project, serta kontributor. Memiliki 4 (empat) manfaat dalam penerapan vasTmind yaitu, sistematika pemikiran rapih, collaborative learning, project mapping, dan efisiensi gamifikasi. Telah dilakukan pengamatan proses penelitian pada 1 (satu) kelompok mahasiswa dengan fokus penelitian yang sama, dan terbukti dengan adanya implementasi pola collaborative learning ini, kualitas capaian penyelesaian proyek tiap mahasiswa juga memiliki perbedaan persentase. Sehingga, metode vasTmind untuk diimplementasikan pada proses penelitian dirasa sangat efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Entering the disruptive 4.0 era, information technology is increasingly needed in the education sector. In presenting information, it should be up to date and have a sophisticated information technology breakthrough. At Higher Education there is an online attendance system that is using PenA (Attendance Assessment). However, the process of guidance activities is not yet maximal in the presence of guidance students. There are 2 (two) problems in this study, namely the absence of a system that is able to motivate the presence of student guidance and the results of the guidance time. To solve these 2 (two) problems, the existence of gamification techniques on the Attendance Assessment (PenA) website system in order to increase student motivation in the tutoring activities of the supervisor so that students are more diligent in the presence of guidance. The gamification can be said to be a reward in the Attendance Assessment (PenA) system. From the application of the gamification technique on Attendance Assessment (PenA) 7 research methods were used and 7 (seven) review literature. Attendance Assessment (PenA) now has the advantage of logging in using SSO, and also being absent by scanning Qr Code. With the gamification technique on Attendance Assessment (PenA) it is able to provide a level of motivation for students in their attendance. As well as visible achievements of students in craft attendance in guidance.Memasuki era disruptif 4.0 kini teknologi informasi semakin dibutuhkan dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam menyajikan informasi semestinya sudah up to date dan memiliki terobosan teknologi informasi yang canggih. Pada Perguruan Tinggi terdapat sebuah sistem kehadiran secara online yaitu dengan menggunakan PenA (Penilaian Absensi). Namun proses kegiatan bimbingan dirasa belum cukup maksimal dalam kehadiran mahasiswa bimbingan. Terdapat 2 (dua) permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu belum adanya sistem yang mampu memotivasi kehadiran mahasiswa bimbingan dan hasil capaian waktu bimbingan. Untuk menyelesaikan 2 (dua) permasalahan tersebut maka adanya teknik gamifikasi pada sistem website Penilaian Absensi (PenA) guna meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan bimbingan belajar terhadap dosen pembimbing sehingga mahasiswa lebih rajin dalam kehadiran bimbingan. Gamifikasi tersebut dapat dikatakan sebagai reward pada sistem Penilaian Absensi (PenA). Dari penerapan teknik gamifikasi pada Penilaian Absensi (PenA) digunakan 7 langkah metode penelitian dan 7 (tujuh) literatur review. Penilaian Absensi (PenA) kini memiliki keunggulan yaitu login menggunakan SSO, dan juga absen dengan melakukan scanning berupa Qr Code. Dengan adanya teknik gamifikasi pada Penilaian Absensi (PenA) mampu memberikan tingkat motivasi mahasiswa dalam kehadiran yang dicapainya. Serta terlihat capaian mahasiswa dalam kerajinan kehadiran dalam bimbingan.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology management has touched every part of human life. The combination of these two factors will become a new innovation in the management of education. At Raharja College, the entire academic community has a facility in the form of an official e-mail, Rinfo, which functions as a communication medium. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the use of RinfoApps which is used as a discussion medium for online learning. Mailing Groups is one of the Google System features that can be used as a formal media for the online learning discussion management process. By creating a forum called the class mailing list on Mailing Groups, students and lecturers can discuss anytime, students can share about learning material, and lecturers can also monitor the activeness of student discussions, this certainly has an important influence on learning motivation college student. Supported by 2 (two) research methods, namely library research and observation methods. The final results of the research that has been achieved are the formation of a discussion media that is easily accessible anywhere and anytime so that the discussion process between students and lecturers becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The blockchain system uses hash functions. Hash is used in the blockchain to mark each block of data. Hash function algorithms map a string that is usually hexadecimal of any size to a sequence of fixed-size bits. This journal will discuss the distributed hash model for immutable blockchain node storageThe methodology used in the preparation of this research is mind mapping and literature review, namely the collection of scientific journals, articles and ebooks. Storage of nodes on the blockchain using a distributed hash model. The distributed hash model only stores a portion of the block data at each node, and the block data is taken as a resource. A hash connects each block with the previous on the blockchain, so the entire blockchain transaction cannot be changed or deleted. For further research will expand the research topic regarding storage immutability on the blockchain so that it becomes more complete and detailed.
