Penelitian ini dilakukan di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur dengan metodeperpustakaan. Tujuan dari itu bersedia untuk mengetahui donor korupsi oleh AnasUrbaningrum, mantan ketua partai Demokrat. Hal ini diambil pada tahun 2014 dariKaltimpost. Hasilnya bahwa ada beberapa proyek di Indonesia rusak oleh Anas danteman-temannya di antara adalah: proyek Hamblang Youth Centre, e-KTP, pesawatMerpati, bangunan pajak, East Kaltim listrik, pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan anggarantryliun. Proyek-proyek melibatkan beberapa petugas. (1). Beberapa suara dari korupsipenerimaan ilegal uang dan materi, (2). Untuk memenangkan pengadilan adalahkesempatan kecil (3). suatu akuntabilitas dedikasi untuk negara, kelompok atau individuluar biasa (4). bersalah akan terbukti di pengadilan. (5). Jika terbukti benar itu adalahtindakan yang buruk dari Anas. Saran-saran (1). The komisi korupsi harus memecahkanbenar-benar dengan mengambil bersalah dengan aktor, (2). Uang rusak harus diberikankembali ke negara tersebut, (3). Lembaga kontrol harus bekerja keras, (4). Para aktorharus dikirim ke penjara dan dihukum sekeras mungkin. (5). Jika ada bukti ia harusdirehabilitasi.

The aim of this research is to know the effect of the loss of Ahok and Jarot in the general election in DKI Jakarta. The method of the research is qualitative by taking the references from some books, newspaper and magazine namely Tribun Kaltim Kaltim Post,Gatra and the others .The results of the research are (1).The supporters including the support of the Political Party involves the religion domain,(2). The supports of the Political Party do not avoid the actors of the  religion followers who are the actors involved in the general election ;(3).The Voters should be given  the religion aspects.(4).The loss of the couple Ahok and Jarot caused by religion domain; (5).The couple who get the victory because  the religion centiment;(6).The winner will be gentlement because they      will end happily and fairly and the couple of Ahok-Jarot has to be ensured that the income does never  exchanged.The suggestions in this results are (1).The Political party supporters have to support based on political affairs ,(2). The Political party supporters not enter the religion affairs (3).The commisioners of KPU have to sentence to whoever relates the politics and religion in the compaign ,(4).The loss does not any relate with others but political affairs,(5).The supporters do not get any profit but to play fairly,(6).The all sides in the society has to keep it peaceful.,(7).General election is just competition not a war.

This research was conducted at Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. This study aims to determine the regulation and legal liability of cable TV business operators who establish businesses in public facilities in Samarinda City. The method that used in this research is a normative legal method that is studying document studies, using various legal materials such as statutory regulations, non-legal materials and in the form of opinions from scholars. The legal material in this study is sourced from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and non-legal materials.From the results of this study it can be concluded that the legal arrangements for businesses that set up cable TV businesses in public facilities in Samarinda City are contained in Law No.30 of 2009 concerning Electricity Article 48 Paragraph (1). The legal responsibility of cable TV business operators who establish businesses in public facilities in Samarinda against the Samarinda city government is that if an adverse incident occurs that results in pollution and / or environmental damage is considered an illegal act. To overcome various legal issues regarding cable TV business operators, the Samarinda City Regional Government should make a regional regulation specifically regulating the supervision of Cable TV business licensing in Samarinda City because with the regional regulation it is expected to minimize the number of violations of the law, and should Cable TV business operators no longer use electricity network supporting poles which are public facilities owned by the city government, it is far better if cable cable business operators are planted on the ground level, so as to minimize the existence of electrical zippers, fires due to short electrical current and do not disturb the aesthetic of this city.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keabsahan transaksi jual beli secara online pada toko online myrubylicious, dan mendeskripsikan perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi jual beli secara online pada toko online myrubylicious menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode normatif, yang akan meneliti tentang keabsahan transaksi jual beli online serta perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak yang terlibat dalam transaksi jual beli secara online pada toko online myrubylicious. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Kepustakaan yaitu dengan membaca dan mempelajari beberapa literatur, buku, maupun dokumen-dokumen lainnya guna mengkaji permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dan Penelitian Lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada para pihak yang terlibat dalamtoko online myrubylicious. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jual beli secara online pada toko online myrubylicious telah sesuai dengan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata tentang syarat sahnya jual beli sehingga dalam hal ini, jual beli secara online pada toko online myrubylicious dianggap tetap dapat berlangsung secara sah menurut hukum. Selain itu, jika konsumen menerima barang yang tidak sesuai dengan informasi yang diberikan kepadanya, maka selaku pemilik toko online myrubylicious bersedia memberikan ganti rugi berupa pengembalian uang yang sudah dibayarkan atau konsumen berhak memilih barang lain sesuai dengan harga barang yang dipesan sebelumnya. Hal ini sesuai dengan Pasal 51 Ayat (1) PP No. 82 Tahun 2012. Namun, dalam penerapan UU ITE masih terdapat banyak kendala, sehingga UU ITE belum bisa secara maksimal memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pihak yang merasa dirugikan khususnya dalam hal transaksi jual beli secara online.

Along with the development of the digital-based era, licensing has also undergone a revolutionary evolution with the holding of an electronic licensing system to facilitate licensing management. This is expected to provide convenience to the business community to be more enthusiastic in managing permits so that with the increasing number of business actors who take care of permits, it will also be easier for government supervision efforts so that business activity does not cause negative effects on the community and the environment. Business Actors through an integrated electronic system as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronic Integrated Business Licensing Services. With the issuance of PP No. 24/2018, all laws and regulations are hierarchically lower than Government Regulations. Researchethode is a type of normative legal research or research using the rules in existing laws and regulations and research carried out by collecting data directly in the field from competent parties related to the object studied because it is in the form of secondary data such as legislation and literature books. Restructuring is carried out in the service system, and regulations in accordance with the demands of the business world, technological developments, and global competition. The rearrangement of the service system is carried out mainly in the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP). This is because based on Article 25 paragraph (4) of Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, investment companies that will conduct business and/or activities must obtain licenses in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations from authorized agencies unless otherwise stipulated in the law.

An auction is a form of creative buying and selling transaction, where one party commits to give up ownership of goods and the other party agrees to pay the agreed price. This research aims to analyze the legal certainty and protection given to buyers of auction goods, as well as to understand how the auction mechanism can protect the rights of buyers from third party claims. This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely assessing and evaluating formal legal regulations relating to auctions. This method is carried out by analyzing positive legal norms and regulations governing the auction process in Indonesia. The results showed that legal protection for auction buyers is guaranteed through provisions in the Auction Regulations which state that goods purchased through auctions are free from third party claims. Auction buyers have absolute rights to the auction goods they buy, which can be defended from the demands of any party. Preventive legal protection is guaranteed by applicable regulations, which provide legal evidence in the form of auction minutes as the basis for the transfer of ownership rights. This is important to reduce legal risks and ensure fairness in auction transactions. Legal certainty for auction buyers is essential to ensure that the goods purchased are protected from third-party claims

Land is an economic driving object for humans and the state whose use cannot be separated from politics and law, as well as the function of realizing mutual benefit. Conflict over customary land is a social phenomenon that can be explained through various sociological bases. This sociological foundation helps us understand the root causes, dynamics and implications of conflicts related to customary land ownership and use. Customary land disputes can vary depending on the culture, traditions and value systems of the indigenous peoples concerned. resolving customary land disputes often requires a deep understanding of the culture and values of the community, as well as respect for their rights in the context of national and international law. In this case, what legal measures can be taken in relation to disputes regarding customary land from a positive legal perspective in Indonesia The research method is a type of normative legal research or research using the rules in existing laws and regulations and research carried out by collecting data directly in the field from competent parties related to the object under study, because it is in the form of secondary data such as laws and regulations. literature books . The court decision will regulate the land rights and obligations of each party. disputes over the sale and purchase of customary land can trigger reconsideration of customary regulations or land law in Indonesia. This could mean changes in the practice of buying and selling customary land as a form of implementing agrarian reform with settlement. Settlement of land disputes using the ADR mechanism is carried out based on Law no. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, in conjunction with Law no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, and various other legal provisions such as Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 1 of 2008 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court, which has been replaced by PERMA No. 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court and Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 2011 concerning Management of Assessment and Handling of Land Cases which has been replaced by Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2016 concerning Case Settlement Land. Mediation is carried out according to the agreement between both parties using the help of a mediator as an intermediary.
