Abstract

Huria Kristen Batak Protestan (HKBP) yaitu gereja protestan terbesar di kalangan masyarakat Batak, bahkan juga di antara Gereja-gereja Protestan yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu gereja HKBP yang berdiri di Sulawesi Utara di daerah kota adalah gereja HKBP Manado. Dengan memiliki jumlah jemaat hampir 700 jiwa, gereja HKBP Manado konsisten memberikan pelayanan sampai saat ini. Namun dalam pengolahan dan pencarian data jemaat, gereja HKBP Manado masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Sehingga dalam melakukan pencarian data jemaat sangat bergantung pada kriteria yang ada pada data jemaat. Sehingga diperlukan pendekatan atau metode pencarian untuk diimplementasikan pada pencarian data jemaat gereja HKBP Manado. Algoritma binary search merupakan sebuah teknik pencarian data dengan cara berulang kali membagi separuh dari jumlah data yang dicari sehingga memperkecil lokasi pencarian sampai menjadi satu data. Algoritma binary search ini sering digunakan dalam pencarian data karena kompleksitas dari algoritma ini adalah Ο(log n). Sistem yang akan dikembangkan adalah dengan penerapan algoritma binary search pada pencarian data jemaat. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Visual Basic for Application yang tersedia di Microsoft Excel. Sehingga nantinya, sistem yang dikembangkan ini akan memberikan tampilan yang lebih baik dengan berbasis Graphic User Interface dan juga lebih mempermudah untuk melakukan pencarian data dengan hasil yang lebih spesifik dan akurat.

Abstract

In order to guarantee the safety, security, order, and smoothness of traffic, it is necessary to carry out traffic management which includes the activities of planning, regulating, supervising, and controlling traffic. However, learning about traffic science, including the science of traffic control movements, is still very minimal among the public. Meanwhile, knowledge of traffic control movements is important for the public to understand in order to create a safe and orderly atmosphere when driving on the road, and to reduce the potential for traffic accidents. So a research was made that could develop an application for recognizing 12 traffic control movements by applying augmented reality technology to the public in an easy-to-understand way. The application developed uses augmented reality technology with the image target method. Application development is carried out using the Multimedia Life Cycle (MDLC) development method. This research succeeded in producing an application that is able to introduce 12 traffic control movements by applying augmented reality technology to the public in an easy-to-understand way.

Abstract

Aren trees are able to produce raw materials for the craft industry. Almost all parts of the date palm can be used or have a sale value. Aren cultivation is still rarely done due to a lack of attention to the development of Aren plants by various parties. This study aims to make an animated film introducing Aren cultivation which can introduce the process of Aren cultivation. Animations are made in Blender 3D, which is software for creating 3D objects and animations. The method of making animation consist of making storyboards, modelling and texturing, rigging, forming sets, animation and rendering, as well as editing and final rendering. The resulting 3d animation of cultivating Aren is loaded sequentially in the animation starting from geo-content of aren areas, cultivation and processing of the Aren juice until it is ready to be packaged
