Abstract

Coastal areas not only serve as the economic hub for local communities engaged in fishing but also for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Due to their geographic proximity to the sea, coastal communities involved in MSMEs face some challenges in marketing their products, thus limiting their market reach. One of the hurdles experienced by coastal communities is a lack of understanding of technology usage in digital marketing. The objective of this community service is to educate MSMEs in coastal areas about product branding. The method employed involves providing training sessions. By the end of the program, MSME operators will have designed logos for their products and can begin transitioning to online sales.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) study serves as a crucial indicator for enhancing teacher professionalism. Despite its importance, the competency of teachers in conducting CAR remains relatively low. Various factors contribute to this, including a lack of structured guidance and the burden of administrative tasks. This training program for teachers in Muhammadiyah schools on Belitung Island aimed to improve teachers' professionalism, particularly in understanding and responding to classroom dynamics. The method employed a four-stage training process: planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Following mentoring, the training yielded positive results, with participants successfully developing CAR titles based on their classroom experiences and expressing satisfaction with the acquired knowledge of CAR writing concepts. Furthermore, a portion of the participants expressed a desire for continued training to further enhance their professional capabilities as teachers.

Abstract

In the business world, marketing is a crucial aspect that cannot be overlooked. With the advancement of technology, marketing strategies have evolved towards a more modern approach. The villagers of Guntung still lack understanding of digital marketing, resulting in limited exposure of their products beyond their local area due to the reliance on word-of-mouth marketing. To optimize marketing efforts, a digital marketing training program is necessary to enhance the community's understanding of digital marketing. The primary objective of this program is to improve the community's ability to market their products through social media and the internet by creating engaging content. This program will employ a hands-on approach, involving direct training and simulations using computers and mobile devices. Upon completion of the training, participants are expected to acquire the knowledge and skills to conduct digital marketing, ranging from creating marketplace accounts to designing product logos.
