Abstract

In Indonesia, land or agrarian issues usually confront local communities with the power of capital or corporations and state instruments. If we look back, land problems usually start from monopoly policies on land ownership by the state and are then commercialized by the state to gain profits, which is still very difficult to resolve. Providing proof of ownership of land, or a land title certificate, is a way to organize assets in this case. On the other hand, managing access means providing support or infrastructure, such as infrastructure, market support, capital, technology and other assistance, so that the subject of Agrarian Reform can develop. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a literature approach. Literature study is defined as a series of activities related to collecting information relevant to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched from library sources, reading, taking notes and processing research materials. Thus, this article aims to provide a deeper understanding of agrarian conflict in rural areas, challenges and hopes (Bingkawan-Rambung Baru Village Study, Sibolangit subdistrict, Deli Serdang district).

Abstract

Kemajuan pesat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah merevolusi cara masyarakat berinteraksi, menciptakan fenomena masyarakat jaringan di mana relasi sosial berlangsung melalui media digital yang melampaui batas ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika solidaritas dan kohesi sosial dalam konteks masyarakat jaringan, menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena sosial yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial secara daring memiliki dampak yang kompleks dan beragam. Di satu sisi, media sosial memungkinkan solidaritas terbentuk lebih luas dan lintas batas, memfasilitasi koneksi dan mobilisasi. Namun, di sisi lain, interaksi digital juga memunculkan tantangan seperti polarisasi, atomisasi, dan konflik antar kelompok akibat konten provokatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang seimbang untuk mengelola interaksi daring, dengan mengoptimalkan teknologi digital sambil tetap memperkuat hubungan sosial secara langsung guna membangun solidaritas yang kokoh dan inklusif di era digital ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to foster student character through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile values ​​at SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The main focus of the study is on the formation of discipline and cooperation characters. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, with resource persons consisting of curriculum teachers, PPKn teachers, and grade VII students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile has been carried out through various daily habituation activities, such as Duha prayer, congregational Friday prayers, rotating class duty, nutritious Friday, clean Friday, Ramadan recitation, as well as community service and group discussions in learning. The character of student discipline is evident from the habit of being on time, carrying out responsibilities without being told, and following school rules. Meanwhile, the character of cooperation is reflected in group activities that foster an attitude of helping each other, respecting opinions, and sharing tasks. Despite obstacles such as excessive use of gadgets and minimal parental involvement, character building through daily habits has proven effective and in line with the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona. Overall, daily habituation activities based on the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile can be a strategic means in shaping students' character as a whole.
