Abstract

The study's overarching goal is to shed light on how educators might help their pupils grow spiritually by studying Islamic cultural history and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The goal of this qualitative research is to provide a narrative description and explanation of the actions taken. Information gathered from class X (tenth grade) students' firsthand accounts of classroom instruction and classroom activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 in Tangerang Regency. According to the findings, educators can improve their own spiritual intelligence by studying Islamic cultural history through the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. By using the example method of instruction, we can learn about the qualities that the Prophet Muhammad possessed and taught, such as diligence, perseverance, accountability, patience, and unwavering commitment to spreading Islam. The next step is to incorporate bartering questions into student discussions as a means of encouraging them to be more receptive to new ideas and perspectives. This is because students work in groups to generate and respond to questions, as well as to explain and critique one another's answers. As a result of their involvement with the religion that the Prophet Muhammad battled for, pupils develop spiritual indicator intelligence, a strong feeling of caring, a tendency to be generous, and an enduring desire to be of service to others.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia sehingga setiap kita pasti akan memprioritaskan diatas kepentingan yang lainnya, hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan dapat mengubah pola pikir seseorang dan memperbaiki tarap hidupnya. Oleh karenanya keputusan dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan khususnya pondok pesantren dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang saling berkaitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan orang tua dan calon peserta didik dalam memilih Pondok Pesantren Daarussalaam Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada orang tua peserta didik serta pihak pengelola pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam faktor utama yang berperan signifikan dalam keputusan pemilihan, yaitu mutu dan kenyamanan pesantren, inovasi serta dukungan layanan pendidikan, esensi keunggulan pesantren, keterjangkauan dan aksesibilitas, dukungan finansial dan fasilitas, serta interaksi sosial dan akses informasi pesantren. Dari keenam faktor tersebut, mutu dan kenyamanan pesantren menjadi aspek yang paling dominan dalam menentukan pilihan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kualitas layanan mereka agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of the students (santri) at the Hidayah Tahfidz Orphanage through a dimsum making training program. The activity was carried out using a hands-on method, in which the participants practiced making dim sum under the guidance of the community service team. The ingredients, equipment, and step-by-step instructions were provided by the team. The final outcome of this activity was the successful preparation of cooked dim sum, which was then evaluated by the community service team. Based on the evaluation, Group 1 received a final score of 88.33, Group 2 scored 78.33, Group 3 scored 80, and Group 4 scored 78.33. Furthermore, regarding the results of the dim sum knowledge test, the overall final score of the students at the Hidayah Tahfidz Orphanage was 73.5, which falls into the 'fairly good' category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the students at the Hidayah Tahfidz Orphanage are reasonably capable of making dim sum based on the knowledge they have acquired.

Abstract

Menghadapi dunia yang serba modern ini tentunya diperlukan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. Salah satu langkah yang harus segera dilakukan adalah dalam hal literasi membaca. Literasi membaca memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Indonesia masih berada di peringkat rendah dalam hal membaca. Seperti yang dapat kita lihat saat ini, generasi muda enggan menyempatkan waktunya untuk sekadar membaca beberapa halaman buku. Dalam hal ini, konteks membaca yang dimaksud adalah membaca untuk pemahaman suatu teks. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut tentunya dibutuhkan tenaga pendidik yang juga mendukung dalam hal memahami teks. Dukungan tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan adanya metode khusus yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu anak-anak dalam memahami suatu teks. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kelompok PKM ini ingin ikut berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan peningkatan pemahaman membaca pada anak usia dini, khususnya di Taman Baca Pekan Karya (PEKA) di Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Jadi, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teks bacaan kepada masyarakat khususnya anak-anak sekitar Taman Baca Pekan Karya (PEKA) di Tangerang Selatan melalui majalah digital. Subjek penelitian dalam PKM ini adalah masyarakat sekitar Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Pengabdian dilakukan secara tatap muka. Target luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah publikasi di jurnal nasional terindeks SINTA. Kata Kunci: Literasi, Membaca, Majalah Digital

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness and efficiency of local government budget implementation in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review of 26 empirical studies published between 2016 and 2023. Guided by the PRISMA framework, the review analyzes Value for Money (VfM) performance and the use of management accounting information in local governments. Findings indicate that while Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) effectiveness is generally high—often exceeding 100% in several regions—expenditure efficiency remains inconsistent, characterized by under-spending, overspending, and significant regional disparities. Moreover, management accounting information is predominantly used for compliance and reporting purposes rather than for strategic decision-making. Institutional constraints, fiscal dependency, and limited analytical capacity hinder the substantive use of performance information. The study identifies a systematic gap between formal system adoption and meaningful utilization, highlighting the need for stronger integration between accounting practices, governance processes, and public value outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines how provincial governments in Java Island performed financially during the post-pandemic period of 2021–2024 and whether meaningful differences exist across provinces. The study plays a comparative and inter-temporal role by evaluating fiscal capacity and expenditure structure using regional financial ratios derived from Budget Realization Reports of six provincial governments. The data show that fiscal independence and the effectiveness of local own-source revenue generally improved after the pandemic, but large disparities among provinces persist. Dependency on intergovernmental transfers remains structurally significant. The analysis discusses the results through descriptive comparison across provinces and annual trends, focusing on the interaction between revenue recovery and expenditure management. The main finding indicates that post-pandemic fiscal recovery in Java’s provincial governments is driven primarily by revenue performance, while expenditure quality and capital spending structure have not improved proportionally, suggesting that fiscal strengthening has not yet been translated into more development-oriented budget allocation.
