Abstract

Tujuan Evaluasi Program ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan praktik pengalaman lapangan (PPL) mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Prodi Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini  (PIAUD) Universitas Cendekia Abditama. Evaluasi program ini menggunakan  model  CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product). Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan program (PPL) berjalan dengan lancar dan kondusif sesuai dengan kalender akademik telah ditentukan, 2) Organisasi penyelenggara PPL baik penasehat, panitia, maupun dosen pembimbing bekerja sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing, 3) pelaksanaan program PPL tidak ada hambatan yang berarti, namun untuk  ke depannya perlu adanya pertimbangan untuk memperpanjang waktu pelaksanaan program PPL, 4) Visi dan tujuan untuk menghasilkan sosok guru islami yang kreatif dan berkarakter telah tercermin dalam pelaksanaan program PPL 5) hasil penilaian keterampilan mengajar dinilai oleh guru pamong rata-rata 79,85 berada pada kategori B ( baik). Sedangkan hasil penilaian dari dosen pembimbing rata-rata 82,26 pada katagori A (sangat baik). Dan hasil penilaian keterampilan menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) diperoleh  dari guru pamong rata-rata 78,65 pada kategori B (baik). Dan hasil penilaian dari  dosen pembimbing rata-rata 82,35 pada kategori A (sangat baik).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor disiplin kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja upaya meningkatkan mutu perguruan tinggi Islam di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dan library research. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menyajikan beberapa teori dan penjelasan tentang pembahasan yang diteliti, sedangkan metode library research, digunakan untuk mempelajari berbagai artikel ilmiah, jurnal-jurnal penelitian, via internet, buku-buku, dan sumber-sumber data atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian atau yang terkait dengan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor disiplin kerja lingkungan, motivasi, prestasi kerja, kompensasi, kompetensi, pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja dosen sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Banyaknya faktor-faktor eksternal yang dapat menggangu kegiatan proses pembelajaran dapat berakibat pada tidak optimalnya kegiatan pendidikan. Melalui pembelajaran pedagogi kritis sebagai sebuah gagasan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi proses pembelajaran Taman Kanak-kanak dari perspektif pedagogi kritis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus jenis penelitiannya. Subjek penelitian yaitu seluruh civitas sekolah, terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan juga peserta didik TK Al-Fityan School Tangerang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa TK Al-Fityan School tergolong sebagai sekolah yang menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran proyek kolaborasi Leadership, Al-Qur’an, Science Innovation and Character (PROLASIC) yang memiliki kesesuaian proses pembelajaran dari perspektif pedagogi kritis. Setiap peserta didik dapat memilih apa yang akan dipelajari dan bagaimana cara peserta didik belajar.

Abstract

The study's overarching goal is to shed light on how educators might help their pupils grow spiritually by studying Islamic cultural history and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. The goal of this qualitative research is to provide a narrative description and explanation of the actions taken. Information gathered from class X (tenth grade) students' firsthand accounts of classroom instruction and classroom activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 in Tangerang Regency. According to the findings, educators can improve their own spiritual intelligence by studying Islamic cultural history through the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. By using the example method of instruction, we can learn about the qualities that the Prophet Muhammad possessed and taught, such as diligence, perseverance, accountability, patience, and unwavering commitment to spreading Islam. The next step is to incorporate bartering questions into student discussions as a means of encouraging them to be more receptive to new ideas and perspectives. This is because students work in groups to generate and respond to questions, as well as to explain and critique one another's answers. As a result of their involvement with the religion that the Prophet Muhammad battled for, pupils develop spiritual indicator intelligence, a strong feeling of caring, a tendency to be generous, and an enduring desire to be of service to others.

Abstract

Di era revolusi industri 4.0, tuntutan kompetensi dosen semakin berat dan semakin sulit. Dunia kerja membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki soft skills yang baik, untuk itu dosen harus memiliki kompetesi dasar dosen dalam meningkatkan soft skills mahasiswa guna memenuhi tuntutan dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi kompetensi dosen dalam meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa untuk kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan library research. kualitatif deskriptif yakni suatu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menggambarkan serta menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, dan pemikiran, baik individu maupun kelompok. Sedangkan metode library research, digunakan untuk mempelajari berbagai artikel ilmiah, jurnal-jurnal penelitian, via internet, buku-buku, dan sumber-sumber data atau informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian atau yang terkait dengan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, dan data sekunder melalui bahan-bahan penelitian yaitu buku, artikel ilmiah, jurnal, majalah dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dunia kerja membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang mempunyai soft skill, maka kurikulum bermuatan soft skill di berlakukan di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu kemampuan soft skill yang di butuhkan di dunia kerja adalah: kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemampuan berkomunikasi, bernegosiasi dengan orang lain, kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah dan keterampilan bekerja sama. Sejalan dengan itu ada empat kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh dosen dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan soft skill diantaranya adalah kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi social. Implementasi kompetensi dosen tersebut dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan soft skill mahasiswa.

Abstract

The shift in religious and moral values in early childhood is influenced by the development of technology, social media, and parenting patterns, which impact children's behaviour and character. This study examines the inculcation of religious and moral values in early childhood through school activities. The research uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and surveys. Data were processed through condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation. The findings show an average score of 4.05, indicating the success of religious and moral value inculcation. Sitting while eating (5.00) was very good, while saying prayers before meals (3.40) and before entering the bathroom (3.00) still need reinforcement. Honesty (4.93), politeness (4.20), and social concern (3.65) were also significant. Children demonstrated good respect for parents (4.20), though misbehaviour was still low (3.40). Independence in hygiene (4.30), knowledge of religious holidays (4.45), and interfaith tolerance (4.40) were well achieved. Conclusion: The inculcation of religious and moral values in early childhood through school activities has proven successful. Children can apply values such as honesty, politeness, cleanliness, and tolerance in daily life, though some aspects still need improvement.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to map the trends in lecturer productivity research through VOSViewer-based bibliometric analysis. Theoretical Framework: This research explains the data analysis on the topic of lecturer productivity and its development using mapping tools on VOSViewer over five years. (2019–2024). Method: This method uses qualitative descriptive analysis to illustrate the performance of bibliometric analysis in forming a network visualization of the chosen theme. Results and Discussion: From the research results over five years (2019–2024), 1000 relevant published journals were found and classified into four clusters according to their publication years. Then, through the classification of journal data, a total of 66 articles published on the theme of lecturer productivity from 2019 to 2024 were identified. From the search results, there are 10 articles with the most or highest citations. It can be concluded that lecturer productivity is a field that can be combined with other fields to be studied. Research Implications: In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, bibliometric analysis is necessary to visually display mapping tools, especially in the education sector. The VOSviewer software application serves as a mapping tool to discover new items or trends, keywords, and the evolution process of the frequency of specific themes in research to obtain various information about scientific developments. Originality/Value: This analysis step is used to facilitate first-time users in accessing and utilizing VOSViewer. This research explains the data analysis on the topic of lecturer productivity and its development using mapping tools on VOSViewer over five years. (2019–2024). Thus, this research is expected to serve as a resource for researchers conducting studies and determining research titles.

Abstract

Early marriage remains a concerning social phenomenon in various regions, especially in rural areas, where cultural norms and social pressure still strongly influence people's mindsets. Many teenage girls marry at a young age without being mentally, physically, economically, or socially prepared, putting them at risk of facing various problems in their married lives. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of early marriage counseling on the village community's awareness. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with the following steps:1) Conducting initial mapping, 2) Building communication between KKN students and adolescents in the village, 3) Determining the service topic and mapping problems, 4) Preparing the technical activities, 5) Conducting the service activities, 6) Holding group discussions, 7) Reflecting. The participants in the counselling session consisted of 35 adolescents, aged 13-17 years. Data was collected through direct observation, open interviews, and the completion of pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure changes in adolescents' understanding and attitudes before and after the counselling was conducted. The research results show that counselling activities have a significant impact on raising awareness among adolescents in the village, but there are still obstacles in the awareness process, such as lack of open communication between parents and children, limited access to information, and the strong influence of culture and the surrounding environment, which considers early marriage to be commonplace. Counseling should be conducted continuously and involve all parties, such as family, teachers, religious leaders, and village officials. The novelty of this service activity lies in the application of a community-based counselling model with a participatory approach that not only measures knowledge improvement but also behavioral changes in adolescents through pre-test and post-test evaluations. Additionally, this activity serves as a practical intervention model that can be replicated in other villages, taking into account local social and cultural norms. This effort can also be a strategic step in building collective awareness so that young generations have a better future and are protected from the social risks caused by early marriage.ABSTRAKPernikahan dini masih menjadi fenomena sosial yang memprihatinkan di berbagai daerah, terutama di lingkungan pedesaan, di mana norma budaya dan tekanan sosial masih sangat kuat memengaruhi pola pikir masyarakat. Banyak remaja perempuan yang menikah di usia muda tanpa kesiapan secara mental, fisik, ekonomi, maupun sosial, sehingga berisiko menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak penyuluhan pernikahan dini terhadap kesadaran masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan Langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1) Melakukan pemetaan awal, 2) Membangun komunikasi mahasiswa KKN dengan remaja di desa, 3) Menentukan topik pengabdian dan memetakan masalah, 4) Penyusunan teknis kegiatan, 5) Melakukan kegiatan pengabdian, 6) Melakukan diskusi kelompok, 7) Refleksi. Peserta penyuluhan terdiri dari 35 remaja, pada usia 13–17 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terbuka, serta pengisian kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pemahaman dan sikap remaja sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan memberikan dampak yang cukup besar dalam meningkatkan kesadaran remaja di desa namun masih terdapat hambatan dalam proses penyadaran, seperti komunikasi yang tidak terbuka antara orang tua dan anak, keterbatasan akses informasi, serta kuatnya pengaruh budaya dan lingkungan sekitar yang menganggap pernikahan dini sebagai hal yang lumrah. Penyuluhan sebaiknya dilakukan berkesinambungan dan melibatkan semua pihak, seperti keluarga, guru, tokoh agama, dan perangkat desa. Nilai kebaruan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada penerapan model penyuluhan berbasis komunitas dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang tidak hanya mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan, tetapi juga perubahan perilaku remaja melalui evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menjadi model intervensi praktis yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain dengan mempertimbangkan norma sosial dan budaya lokal. Dan upaya ini juga dapat menjadi langkah strategis dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif agar generasi muda memiliki masa depan yang lebih baik dan terlindungi dari risiko-risiko sosial yang ditimbulkan oleh pernikahan usia dini.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the value of Islamic education and the value of character education of leaders through the traditional song Lir-ilir by Sunan Kalijaga. This study used descriptive qualitative methods and library research. Data was collected from language objects or primary sources using Lir-ilir songs studied. Researchers used documentation methods, namely seeking information about existing variables in words, sentences, and implicit or explicit messages from written and non-literary documents from various literary sources. Secondary data sources include books, scientific articles, magazines, and journals. The technique used in this study is semiotic analysis; the words of the Lir-ilir song are placed in a position as a sign system which the meaning needs to be analyzed. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implied meaning of Lir-ilir song on Islamic educational values is as follows: shari'ah values, creed values, moral values to Allah SWT, moral values to others, moral values to the environment. 2) the implied meaning of Lir-ilir song on the value of character education of leaders are discipline values, religious values, creativity, environmental care, communication, responsibility, honesty, hard work, the spirit of control and support, and democracy.

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization and technology forces the awareness of digital literacy to be in a strategic and vital position as a tool to enhance the academic productivity of lecturers. This study analyzes the relationship between digital literacy and academic productivity among lecturers at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Tangerang Raya. Digital literacy encompasses access, processing, and utilization of information technology to support academic tasks. This research employs biometric analysis methods to gather data on lecturers’ digital behaviour, including the frequency of digital device usage and access to online academic resources. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation, where lecturers who frequently use digital devices experience a 25% increase in academic productivity in scientific publications. Additionally, the study highlights that active participation in webinars and online courses contributes to improvements in the quality and quantity of research output. Recommendations for institutions include the importance of providing comprehensive training programs focused on data analysis software, reference management, and online academic writing to enhance research efficiency. Furthermore, improving access to online academic resources and providing adequate digital devices will strengthen academic performance. Increasing digital literacy focused on technological capabilities not only significantly enhances the academic productivity of lecturers but also serves as an effective solution for improving other competencies, such as research productivity and scientific collaboration, to achieve more optimal institutional outcomes.
