Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aims to examine the innovation of local tax services to increase local revenue at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sleman Regency. This research is motivated by the innovation of tax services carried out by Sleman Regency in order to facilitate the community in paying taxes. However, in 2020 the number of realized budgets obtained has decreased. There are 5 people who can be used as respondents in this study, namely: Head of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of Sleman Regency; Sub Division of Planning, Evaluation & Reporting; General Affairs and Personnel Section; Community users of the e-billing system; and Taxpayer Society. From the results of the interview, it was said that the SOPs that were carried out were in accordance with the rules and mechanisms, but in terms of realization, the taxpayers still often paid past the time limit specified in the SOP. Some of the inhibiting factors for this service innovation are the covid pandemic, lack of awareness of taxpayers, human resources who are still concurrently double jobs so that services to taxpayers are still lacking.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of market orientation and innovation on SME’s performance and market orientation and innovation on SME’s performance mediated by competitive advantage in the batik SME’s of Mukti Manunggal Batik Association. The phenomenon in this research the inability of the batik SME’s of Mukti Manunggal Batik Association to understand market orientation, innovate, and competitive advantage. The methods in this study use descriptive and quantitative analysis. The population in this research amounted to 35 batik SME’s. Sampling technique use census techniques that make all SME’s as sample. The analytical techniques uses Partial Least Square with loading factor and AVE > 0.5, composite reliability and cronbach's alpha > 0.7, compares cross loading value with the cross loading value on the affected variable, and original sample in determining relationships direction as well as p values < 0.5 in determining significance. Data collection using observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the analysis showed that: 1). Market orientation and innovation has positive and significant effect on SME’s performance, 2). Market orientation and innovation influence positive and significant SME’s performance mediated by competitive advantage.

Abstract

KJPP Toto Suharto and Partners is one of the companies engaged in the financial industry that provides appraisal services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the company's internal and external conditions and formulate a business strategy in the face of intense competition. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, surveys and questionnaires conducted on related parties within the company's internal and external. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using IFE, EFE, CPM, SWOT, IE, Grand Strategy and QSPM Matrix. The results of the IFE Matrix are 3.31 and the EFE Matrix are 2.61. The results of the SWOT, IE, Grand Strategy analysis show that the alternatives that can be applied by the company are horizontal integration strategies, market penetration strategies and product development strategies. The final result of this study concludes that the recommendation or proposal for the right business strategy for the company is obtained based on the results of data processing through the QSPM Matrix is a penetration strategy.

Abstract

This study was made to examine the effect of the influence of corporate reputation, service quality and perceived convenience on the loyalty of users of the Bank BPD DIY Mobile Banking application mediated by user satisfaction. This study is quantitative, based on using the Non-Probability Sampling method, namely by taking the opportunity, the considerations in taking the selected sample in this study are: using the BPD DIY mobile banking application for at least 3 months, aged at least 17 years, and has an ID card domiciled in Yogyakarta. The sample size that will be taken in this study is 100 respondents. The data taken is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. And this study will clearly affect the loyalty of users of the BPD DIY mobile banking application.
