Abstract

Inti dari kandungan Q.S. Al-Kahfi ayat 60-82 adalah nabi Musa as. yang diperintahkan oleh Allah untuk berguru kepada nabi Khidhr as. merasa kesulitan untuk memahami pola kinerja ilmu ladunnî. Keilmuan syari’at yang dimiliki oleh nabi Musa as. tidak mampu memahami apa yang telah dilakukan oleh nabi Khidir as.. Nabi Musa as. yang berjanji untuk bersabar ternyata tidak mampu untuk melakukannya. Sehingga pada akhirnya, nabi Musa as. yang selama perjalanan tidak dapat bersabar menyebabkan perpisahan diantara keduanya. Nilai yang dapat diambil dari kisah tersebut adalah mengenai penjelasan ilmu ladunnî yang hanya dapat diperoleh dengan penyucian jiwa yaitu dengan membersihkan hati dari kotoran-kotoran nafsu.

Abstract

Modern education, as it develops within contemporary educational discourse, is often secular in nature, lacking an adequate understanding of the spiritual-transcendental dimension that is the essence of Islamic education. Integrating Islamic educational philosophy and theory can be a solution to fill this gap, offering an approach that not only integrates knowledge (an integrated curriculum) but also harmonizes the relationship between humans, nature, and their creator (a tauhidic worldview). This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Through a qualitative approach with a literature analysis method, this study will examine key concepts in Islamic educational philosophy, Islamic learning theory, and its relevance to the development of an educational model that combines aspects of aqliyah (intellectual), qalbiyah (spiritual-emotional), and amaliyah (practical-social). The results of this study indicate that to understand the meaning and essence of education itself, it needs to be supported by a philosophical approach, especially in the context of understanding the philosophy of science which contains ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Therefore, a theory or approaches are needed to find out more about what education should be studied in Islam. However, the discussion in Islam itself is very broad in context and scope, so a development theory is needed that is in accordance with the needs of the times, so that Islam itself is not left behind and is not considered a backward religion.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop bilingual expressions pocketbook. This research used the type of research and development (RnD) that applied the ADDIE model, which employed five steps, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product of the research was bilingual expressions pocketbook. The contents of the pocketbook consist of a cover, vocabularies of each topic, and the expressions of each topic. This research was conducted in ALC’s Secondary Students at Assalafiyah, which contained 27 students. In collecting data, the researchers employed some techniques like interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The result of this research showed that the validation result from the material expert was an average of 3.5. It was categorized as very good. The validation result from the media expert was average, which is 3.6. It was categorized as very good. Therefore, it can be concluded that developing bilingual expressions pocketbook is appropriate to be implemented at ALC. Also, the development of a bilingual expressions pocketbook for Secondary Students at Assalafiyah Language Center (ALC) holds significant promise for enhancing language learning and communication skills. The design phase focuses on creating clear and measurable learning objectives, selecting appropriate instructional strategies, and devising assessment methods that cater to the unique bilingual context. The pocketbook provided students with a handy reference for learning and practicing common bilingual expressions. Also, it can increase students’ motivation and engagement in learning vocabularies.

Abstract

This study examines the issue of the use of village treasury land in Madurejo, Sleman, which is used for chicken farming, causing environmental impacts such as strong odours, air pollution, and disturbance to residents' comfort. Although the contract for the use of village treasury land has expired and the village government has issued three warning letters to the farm owner, farming activities continue without strict law enforcement. This study uses a normative qualitative approach with analysis based on Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory, as well as reviewing the principles of ubi societas ibi ius and the philosophical, sociological, and juridical foundations in the formation of law. The results of the study show that the lack of law enforcement is caused by a weak legal structure (the indecisiveness of officials), the community's economic dependence on livestock farming, and a low culture of environmental law. The conclusion of this study confirms that the law has not functioned optimally as a means of ecological justice and social control. Therefore, consistent enforcement of environmental law, evaluation of village land management oriented towards sustainability, and increased public legal awareness are needed so that the law truly lives and protects shared ecological interests.
