Abstract

Abuan Village, Susut District, Bangli Regency is a village where most of the residents are SME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises). The main problem faced by SME actors in Abuan Village is the problem of limited insight and knowledge possessed related to simple bookkeeping records in their MSME businesses. Therefore, the purpose of the service of Group 11 KAT Ngurah Rai University is to help improve the ability of SME actors to record books that are simple and easy to understand. The method used in the implementation of community service in Abuan Village is the approach method by conducting door-to-door socialization regarding recording simple financial statement bookkeeping to MSME actors around Abuan village, Susut District, Bangli Regency. The result of the activities carried out by Group 11 KAT of Ngurah Rai University is that business actors state that implementing bookkeeping in businesses has a positive effect and is very important to be used for businesses to know how to calculate business profit or loss and measure their business capabilities. For this reason, this activity is expected to contribute to how to compile books between income and expenditure, and it is expected that MSME actors can practice directly so that it can facilitate the process of recording cash flow and performance obtained by SME

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the restorative justice approach in the contemporary criminal law system and examine public perception of its application. Restorative justice is an alternative approach to the retributive criminal law system that emphasizes the restoration of relationships between perpetrators, victims, and society through dialogue, mediation, and shared responsibility. In recent decades, this approach has been widely adopted in various countries in response to the limitations of the conventional criminal system in resolving conflicts in an ongoing manner. The research methods used include qualitative studies through legal policy analysis, case studies, and empirical literature review on restorative justice programs in a number of jurisdictions. The results of the study show that the restorative justice approach has significant effectiveness in reducing recidivism rates, increasing victim satisfaction, and strengthening social cohesion. However, public perceptions of this approach still vary, influenced by factors of legal culture, the level of public trust in law enforcement agencies, and the understanding of the concept of inclusive justice. This study recommends the need for strengthening regulations, training for law enforcement officials, and public education as a prerequisite for the effective integration of restorative justice in the modern criminal justice system

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Terjadinya Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga di Kota Denpasar dan (2) Upaya Perlindungan Hukum Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga di Kota Denpasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara studi dokumen, wawancara. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Non Random Sampling. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data secara kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terhadap anak ataupun perempuan yaitu dikarena faktor internal yang terdiri dari kontrol diri dan komunikasi yang kurang baik serta faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari faktor perselingkuhan, ekonomi dan budaya patriaki. (2) Upaya perlindungan hukum yang telah dilakukan Unit PPA Polresta Denpasar dan P2TP2A Kota Denpasar maka dapat digolongkan kedalam dua upaya perlindungan hukum yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif yang terdiri dari pemberian edukasi dan sosialisasi dan represif yang terdiri dari penyelesaian melakukan jalur mediasi dan jalur hukum oleh Unit PPA Polresta Denpasar. Selanjutnya P2TP2A Kota Denpasar telah melakukan pendampingan terhadap korban, pelayanan konsultasi hukum dan psikolog serta home visit.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is getting increasingly used in digital services such as recommendation systems, scoring engines, and conversational agents, thus prompting important issues concerning consumer protection. The present study maps the research domain of consumer protection in AI by means of bibliometrics on the Scopus database. Search was conducted in one database using title/abstract/keyword terms, which returned 3,307 documents (retrieval date: 27 June 2026). These documents were filtered based on titles to identify the works that explicitly focused on consumer protection in AI, yielding a core of 192 documents that were published in 2018-2026. Bibliometric analysis of the core was conducted to analyze its output display, document types, sources, citation impact, influential documents, authors, and open access. The annual growth rate of output display has been consistently high, rising from few papers before 2020 to 63 documents in 2025. Unlike other research fields, this set of consumer protection-related publications is primarily represented by journal articles (44.8%) and not conference papers (37.5%). 192 documents have been published in 155 sources by 603 authors and received a total of 1,542 citations, amounting to an average of 8 citations per paper and corpus h-index of 19, the most productive source being IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics. Most of the highly cited papers address such topics as consumer trust and privacy, fairness and explainability, ethical use of consumer data, and protection of consumers from malicious AI pricing. 23.4% of the corpus is open access. The results show that the research area is relatively new, actively developing and fragmented but thematically consistent. It provides researchers and policymakers with empirical foundation, including in countries like Indonesia.
