Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the direct or indirect impact of corporate size on firm value, with corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure serving as an intervening variable. The research employs a purposive sampling method with specific criteria, selecting 50 companies as samples to represent all those listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method utilized in this research is SPSS. The findings indicate that the size of the industry does not significantly influence CSR disclosure positively. However, the effect of CSR on firm value is significantly positive, while the impact of size on firm value is significantly negative. Additionally, CSR disclosure, as an intervening variable, is substantiated in this research.

Abstract

One of the digital media frequently used by business practitioners for promotion is Instagram. Instagram is utilized as a promotional medium due to its more appealing interface compared to Facebook or Twitter. Instagram is an application for capturing, editing, and sharing photos within the Instagram user community. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. Research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed randomly to 99 respondents who were followers of the "Fanaya Catering" social media account. The research results indicate that the use of social media has a positive impact on increasing the sales revenue of catering products.

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang pesat menuntut keterampilan UI/UX, terutama di wilayah dengan akses terbatas seperti Kabupaten Tegal. Sebagai solusi, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menyelenggarakan pelatihan UI/UX menggunakan Figma untuk siswa SMA. Tujuannya adalah mengatasi kesenjangan keterampilan, meningkatkan literasi teknologi dan mendukung pengembangan produk digital lokal. Metode hands-on training mencakup materi dasar, praktik langsung dengan Figma dan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan untuk proyek nyata. Target luaran meliputi peningkatan kompetensi peserta, pembuatan desain untuk mitra lokal, modul digital dan pembentukan komunitas berkelanjutan. Evaluasi program mengukur pemahaman Figma, kemampuan membuat wireframe, prototyping serta penerapan desain responsif. Diharapkan program ini dapat meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat Tegal, memperkuat kolaborasi dan berdampak jangka panjang pada ekosistem digital lokal, sejalan dengan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan dan inovasi teknologi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The community service activities in Talok Village aim to empower small-scale chicken farmers to support local food security and the achievement of the National Nutrition Master Plan (MBG). The method used is a participatory approach through problem identification, extension, training, demonstration, mentoring, and joint evaluation involving Golden Egg Farm (600 chickens) and Amanah Farm (500 chickens) as partners. The results of the activities showed an increase in egg productivity from 65% to 72% at Golden Egg Farm and from 60% to 68% at Amanah Farm, with a total contribution of around 23,160 eggs/month (139 kg of protein), feed cost efficiency of 15-17%, and a 3-4% reduction in mortality rates. In addition, farm waste was processed into ±45 kg of compost per month, while pre-test and post-test results showed an average knowledge increase of 33.1% in the areas of maintenance management, biosecurity, waste management, marketing, and food security. Thus, this programme has proven effective in enhancing farmers' capacity, producing a productive and environmentally friendly chicken farming model, and making a tangible contribution to the supply of animal protein in support of the SDGs, particularly zero hunger and good health and well-being.   Keywords: Empowerment of chicken farmers; Food security; Poultry biosecurity; Farm waste management; Digital marketing of livestock products
