Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA) untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan kepuasan nasabah BSI KCP Sutoyo. Data peneitian berasal dari kusioner yang diisi oleh 150 responden dengan teknik sampling Rascoe. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dihitung gap jawabanyan dan dianalisis diagram kartesius. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus meningkatkan pelayanan yang berada di kuadran 1. karena memberikan pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan bagi nasabah dan dianggap penting oleh nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI KCP Sutoyo Kota tegal perlu memperbaiki dan mempertimbangkan semua fitur yang dianggap kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the selection of Islamic banks in Generation Z. The research method used is a quantitative method using SmartPLS version 3.0. The population in this study is generation Z in Surakarta City with a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study is the measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test and the Reliability test, the structural model (inner model) includes: the determination coefficient test or R-Square (R2), and the hypothesis test with the t-statistical test. The results of the study show that Product Knowledge has a positive but not significant effect on Generation Z's Interest in Saving, while Facilities and Religiosity have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z's Interest in Saving. In addition, the variable of Product Knowledge needs to be further researched because a deep understanding of Islamic banking products also has the potential to influence the decision of Generation Z in choosing Islamic Banks as a place to save.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic became a major problem for BMT because it restricted interaction with customers. Therefore, trust in BMT also decreased. This study aimed to assess customer satisfaction of BMT Syariah Sejahtera Boyolali used service quality, trust, and customer value. The population in this study were regular customers of the BMT Syariah Sejahtera Boyolali. The questionnaires were distributed to 109 BMT customers. The data tested by validation tests, reliability tests, tests of classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicated that customer trust and value significantly influenced customer satisfaction. However, service quality didn't influence to customer satisfaction.
