Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi yang memudahkan proses pengolahan nilai dan pelaporan hasil belajar siswa secara komputerisasi. Hal ini untuk menjaga terjadinya pekerjaan yang berulang dan menghindari pemborosan terhadap biaya yang butuhkan untuk menggunakan kertas. Selain itu juga dapat membantu menyampaikan informasi perkembangan siswa kepada orangtua agar menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dimana hal ini menggambarkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan berurutan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada perancangan aplikasi meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis, tahap perancangan dan implementasi serta teknik pemodelan yang digambarkan dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi pengolahan nilai raport berbasis web yang memudahkan guru dalam melakukan proses penginputan nilai terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara online, membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk penginputkan data nilai siswa dan pembuatan raport berdasarkan nilai yang didapatkan dari guru setiap kelas, membangun sistem informasi pengolahan nilai Raport di SMP Negeri 1 Petir  secara terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mempermudah guru dalam pengolahan nilai raport SMP Negeri 1 Petir .Kata kunci : Nilai Rapot, Pengolahan data, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Web This research aims to develop an information system that facilitates the process of processing grades and reporting student learning outcomes in a computerized manner. This is to prevent repetitive work from occurring and avoid wasting the costs required to use paper. Apart from that, it can also help convey information about student progress to parents to make it easier and more efficient. This research uses the waterfall method, which describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development. The research methods used in application design include the planning stage, analysis stage, design and implementation stages as well as modeling techniques described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This research produces a web-based information system for processing report card grades which makes it easier for teachers to carry out the process of inputting grades for student learning outcomes online, building a web-based information system for inputting student grade data and making report cards based on the grades obtained from teachers in each class, building a system information on processing report cards at SMP Negeri 1 Petir is computerized so that it can make it easier for teachers to process report cards at SMP Negeri 1 PetirKeywords: Data Processing, Information Systems, Waterfall, Web

Abstract

This study explores the design and development of applications to monitor student learning at TKQ Assyukuriyah. This research was conducted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, which was previously carried out conventionally and faced several obstacles, including loss or damage to books, and the ineffectiveness of providing learning progress reports from schools to parents. The formulation of the research problem is how the application provides access to questions for students and makes it easy to record reports on the results of evaluations of learning progress using the iqro' and juz amma methods with safe data storage and how parents obtain information on learning progress. This research aims to provide easy access to questions for students, teachers record the results of evaluations of learning progress in reading using the iqro and juz'amma methods with secure data storage and make it easier for parents to obtain information on learning progress. Using the waterfall method for software development. The results of this research show that this application has succeeded in simplifying the process of recording monitoring of students' learning progress by storing data safely, reducing the time and energy of teachers in preparing questions, and making it easier to provide information on learning progress to parents. Abstract

The laboratory in higher education institutions is one of the facilities that must be available, usually used for practical and trial purposes. At the Bina Husada Banten Midwifery Academy, lecturers and students use the laboratory according to the schedule of certain courses. However, due to limited human resources and the large number of tools used, borrowed tools are often not returned on time, and the recording is still conventional through borrowing and returning books, so it cannot be controlled properly. Therefore, the author tries to design an information system that can monitor the borrowing and returning of laboratory equipment so that it is used and returned according to schedule. Observations, interviews, and literature studies were conducted to collect the necessary data. At the same time, system development was done using the waterfall model and modeling using unified modeling language (UML), PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Through this system design, the borrowing of laboratory equipment can be monitored properly so that the use of equipment can be regulated properly and accurately. The limitation of using a website-based system is that when the internet resource is disconnected or there is no electricity, transactions cannot be carried out, therefore it is necessary to develop a system that can be implemented online or offline.
