Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of OER, NIM, NPL, CAR, and LDR toward ROA at PT Regional Development Banks in Indonesia for the period 2016-2021. The population in this research is PT Regional Development Bank in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and gained 25 Banks. Secondary data is sourced from Financial Reports published by every Regional Development Bank in Indonesia during the 2016-2021 period and the official website of the Financial Services Authority. Method of data analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis technique uses the F test, t test, and the determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this research indicate that OER, NIM, NPL, CAR, and LDR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that OER and NPL have a significant effect and have a negative coefficient direction on ROA, NIM and LDR have a significant effect and have a positive coefficient direction on ROA. Meanwhile, CAR has no significant effect and has a negative coefficient on ROA. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the Adjusted R2 value of 0.945, this indicates that the independent variable contributes 94.5% influence on the dependent variable while the remaining 5.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Abstract Banten Jaya University has a website https://www.unbaja.ac.id which was created in 2018 to make it easier for students to access academic information. Although this website has grown rapidly over time, it does not yet provide campus weather information. Some official weather sites only cover sub districts, not taking into account campus locations. Therefore, this research develops an Internet of Things (IoT) based weather monitoring system using nodemcu and temperature, humidity and weather intensity data. This research uses the Waterfall Method and produces an effective tool that can monitor the weather situation on the Banten Jaya University campus using the DHT 11 sensor, LDR sensor and Raindrop sensor. This research is the first step in developing a weather monitoring system on campus.

Abstract

This study explores the design and development of applications to monitor student learning at TKQ Assyukuriyah. This research was conducted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, which was previously carried out conventionally and faced several obstacles, including loss or damage to books, and the ineffectiveness of providing learning progress reports from schools to parents. The formulation of the research problem is how the application provides access to questions for students and makes it easy to record reports on the results of evaluations of learning progress using the iqro' and juz amma methods with safe data storage and how parents obtain information on learning progress. This research aims to provide easy access to questions for students, teachers record the results of evaluations of learning progress in reading using the iqro and juz'amma methods with secure data storage and make it easier for parents to obtain information on learning progress. Using the waterfall method for software development. The results of this research show that this application has succeeded in simplifying the process of recording monitoring of students' learning progress by storing data safely, reducing the time and energy of teachers in preparing questions, and making it easier to provide information on learning progress to parents. Abstract

The training conducted by PT Veritrust Global Solusindo is organized online, offline, and blended. However, in its implementation, PT Veritrust Global Solusindo faces several obstacles in the form of materials still in the form of printed modules. Besides that, in training, there needs to be an interaction forum between participants and instructors, which makes training more interactive and participants more active. Therefore, how does this e-training application help the training implementation process, and can participants store and download materials besides this application as a medium for interaction and discussion between participants and instructors? The purpose of this research is to design applications that can help and optimize the training process through e-training applications. The method used to design the system in this study is the Waterfall method so that it is easier for system development, and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for visual system modeling. The e-training application is made web-based using the Laravel framework. With this e-training application, the training process at PT Veritrust Global Solusindo can run more effectively and interactively. Existence of this application instructors can upload material so that it can be stored and participants can download material and access it at any time, this e-training application also has a medium of interaction between participants with instructors and admins in the form of forums to share information and questions relevant to training.
