Abstract

Latar belakang: Kurangnya konsumsi buah dan sayur pada usia remaja akan menimbukkan resiko gangguan Kesehatan dimasa yang akan datang. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan konsumsi buah dan sayur yaitu dengan penyuluhan gizi.. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan gizi terhadap konsumsi buah dan sayur pada siswa SMP di Desa Langere Kabupaten Buton Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SATAP 3 Bonegunu yang berjumlah 74 anak dengan jumlah sampel 40 anak. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Test. Hasil: penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan siswa/i antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan, di mana diperoleh nilai probabilitas (P) = 0,000 (<0,005), atau dengan perkataan lain terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. 2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan sikap remaja antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan, di mana diperoleh nilai probabilitas (P) = 0,295 (P>0,005), atau dengan perkataan lain tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. 3) Terdapat perbedaan frekuensi konsumsi buah dan sayur siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan, di mana diperoleh nilai probabilitas (P) = 0,002 (P>0,005). Kesimpulan:. penyuluhan berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan frekuensi konsumsi buah dan sayur siswa, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap konsumsi buah dan sayur siswa

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prevalensi KEK pada wanita hamil di Sulawesi Tenggara sebesar 28,0% sedangkan di Kota Kendari, data pada tahun 2017-2018 khususnya di Pusekesmas Nambo mengalami peningkatan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK). Dalam laporan tersebut status gizi ibu hamil (KEK) meningkat. Pada tahun 2017 mencapai 65,8% sedangkan pada tahun 2018 mencapai 79,5%. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) berupa biskuit terhadap Status Gizi LILA Ibu Hamil KEK di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Nambo Tahun 2022. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quassy experimental dengan rancangan one group before and after design. Dalam desain penelitian ini, sampel akan diberi pre-test terlebih dahulu, setelah itu diberi intervensi, dan post-test dalam 1 kelompok tanpa kelompok control. Hasil: pemberian makanan tambahan dengan biskuit memperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan dengan biskuit terhadap status gizi ibu hamil KEK di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Nambo.

Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has opened up new opportunities for the preservation of cultural heritage, including endangered regional arts and languages. This study aims to analyze how the application of AI in the context of digital humanities can support efforts to document, revitalize, and disseminate local culture in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with a literature study approach and policy analysis of digital culture preservation projects that have been running, such as Google AI for Indigenous Languages and the Digital Culture program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The results show that the integration of AI through Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine translation, speech recognition, and digital archiving is able to accelerate the process of documentation and learning of regional languages and encourage the participation of the creative community in the preservation of traditional arts. However, the main challenges lie in the limitations of linguistic data, algorithmic bias, and technological gaps between regions. This study concludes that the successful implementation of AI-based digital humanities depends on multidisciplinary collaboration between governments, academics, cultural communities, and technology developers.

Abstract

Participatory democracy is one of the democratic models that emphasizes the active involvement of citizens in the public decision-making process. This concept was born as a criticism of procedural democracy which tends to be elitist and only emphasizes the formal aspects of elections. In Indonesia, the practice of participatory democracy began to develop in line with the 1998 political reform that opened up space for freedom of opinion and expanded public access to control the running of government. However, the ideal of participatory democracy is not always in line with the socio-political reality on the ground. Structural barriers, such as rigid bureaucracy, a culture of patronage politics, dominance of political elites, and limited public political literacy, often reduce the effectiveness of participation. This article aims to analyze the dynamics between the ideals of participatory democracy and the reality of its practice in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative approach by studying the literature, analyzing documents, previous research results, and regulations related to political participation. The results of the study show that despite significant progress in public engagement, participatory democratic practices are still characterized by unequal access, transactional practices, and weak institutionalization of participation spaces. The discussion emphasized the importance of strengthening civil society capacity, sustainable political education, and policies that support substantive participation. This article concludes that participatory democracy in Indonesia is at the intersection of normative expectations and complex practical realities, thus requiring adaptive strategies that integrate democratic ideals with local socio-political conditions.
