Abstract

Perkembangan  pesat  teknologi  digital  mendorong  kebutuhan  akan  keterampilan  desain  antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) di dunia industri. Namun, kurikulum di tingkat SMK masih kurang  mengakomodasi  keterampilan  ini.  Kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  bertujuan  untuk meningkatkan  kompetensi  desain  UI/UX  siswa  SMKN  6  Tangerang  Selatan  melalui  pelatihan  berbasis praktik.  Metode  pelaksanaan  meliputi  asesmen  kebutuhan,  penyampaian  teori  dasar  UI/UX,  workshop pembuatan  wireframe  dan  prototipe  menggunakan  Figma,  serta  presentasi  hasil  proyek.  Evaluasi dilakukan  dengan  pre-test,  post-test,  observasi  praktik,  dan  kuesioner  kepuasan  peserta.  Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai peserta sebesar 67,3%, serta tingkat kepuasan lebih dari 90% terhadap  materi  dan  metode  yang  digunakan.  Pelatihan  ini  berdampak  positif  dalam  meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan teknis, serta kesiapan siswa untuk bersaing di dunia kerja kreatif digital.  Kegiatan  ini  membuktikan  bahwa  pendekatan  pembelajaran  berbasis  praktik  efektif  dalam memperkuat kompetensi vokasional di bidang desain digital.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing activities among high school teachers still face several challenges, such as the lack of collaborative platforms, undocumented knowledge, and insufficient technological support aligned with their daily teaching practices. This study aims to design a collaborative-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) that enhances knowledge sharing among teachers by integrating with a widely used learning platform, namely Google Classroom. The research uses a system design approach consisting of user needs analysis, functional design (use case diagram), and user interface visualization (wireframe UI). The result is a system design featuring four main components: knowledge uploading, discussion forums, content repository, and interactive dashboard—all integrated with teachers’ Google accounts. The system is designed to be user-friendly, contextually relevant, and to strengthen the culture of collaboration in knowledge management. Expert validation indicates that the design is feasible for further development, with recommendations to improve content moderation and user contribution management. This study concludes that a collaborative KMS integrated with Google Classroom holds strong potential as an innovative solution to strengthen the teacher knowledge ecosystem in secondary schools. Further implementation and pilot testing are recommended for future research stages.

Abstract

Integrasi Knowledge Management System (KMS) dalam dunia pendidikan kini menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran serta memperkuat kerja sama antar guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan KMS terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dan kolaborasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin yang dibagikan kepada guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi KMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran (β = 0,52; p < 0,01) serta kolaborasi guru (β = 0,36; p < 0,05). Efektivitas pembelajaran juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kolaborasi guru (β = 0,41; p < 0,01). Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung penerapan KMS terhadap kolaborasi melalui efektivitas pembelajaran sebagai variabel mediasi (β = 0,21; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan peran ganda KMS: meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran sekaligus mendorong terbentuknya budaya kolaboratif di sekolah. Penelitian ini memperluas kajian literatur KMS di pendidikan menengah dan memberi rekomendasi praktis bagi sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digital untuk berbagi pengetahuan, kolaborasi, dan inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Managing knowledge assets within a Knowledge Management System (KMS) often faces constraints during the manual document classification stage. Manual processes are not only time-consuming but also prone to subjectivity and inconsistent taxonomic labeling. This research aims to automate knowledge taxonomy classification in KMS by integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The methodology includes text preprocessing stages (such as case folding, tokenizing, filtering, and Sastrawi stemming) and feature extraction using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Test results on 100 Indonesian text documents indicate that the application of AI through classification algorithms achieves an average accuracy rate of 85%. Furthermore, efficiency analysis shows a significant reduction in document processing time, from an average of 120-300 seconds to less than 0.5 seconds per document. The stemming stage proved crucial as it increased system accuracy by 23% through a 72.2% reduction in word features. This study concludes that NLP integration effectively enhances the scalability and accuracy of organizational knowledge management while minimizing administrative workload.
