Abstract

This research aims to understand in depth the process of improving the quality of madrasahs through implementing a leadership system to strengthen human resource capacity at one of the Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in Banyuwangi Regency. In exploring the meaning behind school quality assurance practices, researchers used a qualitative approach in the form of case studies. Various data collection methods, such as interviews, observation, and documentation, were used to ensure the accuracy and validity of information related to this research theme. Research data was collected, reduced, presented, and conclusions drawn. The results of this research highlight that efforts to improve the quality of madrasahs through implementing a leadership system to strengthen human resource capacity at Tsanawiyah Madrasahs in Banyuwangi Regency consist of several strategic steps, including policy analysis, organizational commitment, management support, workforce development, and increasing innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of effective leadership management and capacity building to improve individual competence and quality of performance and strengthen their commitment and loyalty to the madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implikasi transformasi budaya organisasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidikan Islam di Madrasah Diniyah Al Amiriyah Blokagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dan sumber informal penelitian dilakukan kepada kepala madrasah, guru, TPM (Tim Pengendali Mutu) dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan dan workshop, program mentoring dan coaching, serta kegiatan spiritual dan keagamaan. Pelatihan dan workshop yang fokus pada metodologi pengajaran berbasis Islam dan teknologi pendidikan meningkatkan kompetensi guru, sementara mentoring dan coaching memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan profesional dan kepemimpinan. Selain itu, kegiatan spiritual dan keagamaan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen guru terhadap nilai-nilai Islam. Sehingga, integrasi ketiga pendekatan ini membentuk fondasi kokoh untuk transformasi budaya organisasi dalam pendidikan Islam, meningkatkan kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja guru. Kata kunci : Sumber daya Manusia, Pendidikan Islam, Budaya Organisasi.

Abstract

Objective study This is formulate and test framework management source Power integrated human resources with optimization scholarship education advanced use transform paradigm welfare lecturer multidimensionally at UIMSYA Blokagung Banyuwangi . Research This use approach qualitative with design studies case single and purposive sampling techniques for 8–11 informants key , consisting of from lecturer recipient scholarship and team HR manager . Data collected through semi- structured interviews , observation participatory , and documentation , then analyzed in a way thematic . Research results show that success of the scholarship program No only depends on the aspect funding , but also on the existence mentoring spiritual academic support mental and spiritual resilience of lecturers . In addition that , collaborative model human resource management that involves proven leaders , managers and spiritual companions increase effectiveness program implementation . Abstract

Education is a major pillar in the development of society and individuals, especially in the era of complex globalization. This study examines educational management from Al-Ghazali's perspective, which emphasizes the importance of integrating moral and spiritual values in education. Al-Ghazali argued that the purpose of education is not only to develop intellectually, but also to form good character and bring individuals closer to God. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this study identified Al-Ghazali's concept of educational management, including the purpose of education, the role of educators, learning methods, educational environment, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that holistic education must include teaching moral values, spiritual awareness, and character development. In addition, a positive educational environment and community support are essential to support the learning process. The implications of Al-Ghazali's thoughts in modern educational management include the need for integration of moral values in the curriculum, training for educators as moral role models, and holistic evaluation. By adopting this approach, it is hoped that education can produce individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have good morals and deep spiritual awareness, ready to face life's challenges wisely. This research provides new insights for the development of an educational curriculum that is more oriented towards character and spirituality.
