The sampling technique uses the quota sample method. Data was obtained from secondary data from the monthly report of the Arta Makmur Rejoso Nganjuk Cooperative with canonical correlation with the SPSS version 25 program. The canonical weight shows the highest variable results, namely bad credit 1.08872 and profitability 0.88710. The canonical loadings show the highest variable results, namely bad credit 0.95348; liquidity 0.94779 and profitability 0.99907. Canonical cross-loading shows the highest variable results, namely substandard credit 0.65801; bad debt 4.21658 and profitability 4.09189. The results of the hypothesis research show that the variable that has no influence is doubtful credit. From the results of canonical weights, canonical loadings and canonical cross-loading, it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between substandard credit and liquidity. There is no significant influence between doubtful credit and liquidity. There is a significant influence between bad credit and liquidity. There is a significant influence between substandard credit on profitability. There is no significant influence between doubtful credit on profitability. There is a significant influence between bad credit and profitability. There is a significant influence between non-performing loans on liquidity and profitability.

Abstract

One thing that attracts people to make purchases is product photos. Producing excellent and attractive product photos requires extra effort in designing and editing them. An application is needed that can help entrepreneurs, especially "UMKM," to be able to create product photos more quickly, practically, and with excellent and attractive results. The community service team introduces and trains the use of the Canva application to answer the needs of these business actors. The team also introduced and trained on maximizing the use of the Google Drive application on cellphones to help "UMKM," store document or photo files. The activity was carried out at the UMKM Corner Gallery in Madiun City using lecture, discussion, and practice methods. Participants who are "UMKM" in the Madiun Regency area support this activity, as seen from those willing to attend during busy activities. The activity ran well and smoothly; the participants' enthusiasm for participating could be seen from the design of the product photos, which were produced in more than one photo and shared on their social media. Active discussions and questions and answers are also a form of their enthusiasm. This training activity lets the service team know what “UMKM”business actors need.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamic relationship between the Regulatory Quality Index (RQI), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and Bank Capital to Assets Ratio (BCAR) in Indonesia from 2002 to 2022, utilizing the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach. The model captures both short-term dynamics and long-term equilibrium relationships among the variables. The results reveal that all variables are integrated of order one (I(1)) and share a cointegrating relationship, supporting the use of VECM. Empirical findings indicate that GDP has a significant and positive impact on regulatory quality in both the short and long run. FDI exerts a limited positive effect, while BCAR does not have a significant short-term influence on RQI. The statistically significant error correction term (ECT) confirms the existence of an adjustment mechanism toward long-run equilibrium. These findings highlight the crucial role of economic growth, foreign investment, and financial system stability in enhancing regulatory and institutional quality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose of the study (Tujuan): The purpose of this study is to analyze the judge's judgment on the corruption decision of the social aid for COVID-19 disaster mitigation from the perspective of anti-corruption principles. Methodology (Metodologi): This research method employed normative research, sourced from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and non-legal materials. Results (Temuan): anti-corruption principles which include accountability, transparency, fairness, policy, and policy control, are to prevent external factors causing corruption. Regarding the COVID-19 disaster mitigation, early prevention and disaster mitigation are required as a series of efforts to reduce disaster risk, through both physical development and awareness and capacity building to encounter the threat of disasters. One of which is through social aid to the community due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the review of the judge's decision No.29/Pid-Sus/TPK/2021/PN Jkt. Pst, what incriminated the defendant who was sentenced to 12 years in prison is a crime of corruption undertaken when the country combated the disaster emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that the defendant was a state official who is supposed to be a good role model. Meanwhile, the mitigating factor is that the defendant has suffered enough due to the insults he received from the community even though the defendant is not necessarily guilty. Thus, this has hurt the sense of justice in society. Learning from the corruption case of social aid during the pandemic, judges considered that a leader should not violate the principles of anti-corruption morality so that the integrity of the anti-corruption leadership does not match expectations. Applications of this study (Kegunaan): It is to give law enforcers insight on what types of judicial decisions may hurt society’s trust and sense of justice. It is to give a non-exemplary case of judicial decisions that failed to provide a deterrent effect to criminal actors.  Novelty/ Originality of this study: It provides an analysis on the judge's judgment on the corruption decision of the social aid for COVID-19 disaster mitigation from the perspective of anti-corruption principles
