Abstract

Hospitality merupakan kesan ramah yang ditimbulkan seseorang yang dapat dirasakan oleh orang lain, hospitality biasa dijumpai perusahaan yang menyediakan dibidang barang atau jasa. hospitality atau kualitas pelayanan memiliki peran penting terhadap dampak dari kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh hospitality terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berkunjung ke Jonas Photo Cimahi sebanyak 57 responden yang diambil dengan mengisi kuesioner yang telah disebar menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif dan observasi. guna memahami peristiwa, tindakan, dan proses dalam kondisi kehidupan. Informan menjadi sumber dalam penelitian ini, informan kunci ialah mereka yang memiliki peran penting dalam masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dampak yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan atau hospitality terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Namun dampak dari dilakukannya kualitas layanan atau hospitality yang maximal bukan hanya kepuasan konsumen saja melainkan menimbulkan dampak lain yang ditimbulkan, yakni terjalinnya loyalitas dengan konsumen dan meningkatnya profit Perusahaan. Abstract

Research Method This research uses qualitative methods so that researchers are able to think and build their own knowledge. This research raises a deep phenomenon, until it finds logical answers from the research results and questions in the research. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the Go-Kart Lembang Speedway Owner and Lembang Speedway Go-Kart Supervisor as follows: Customer Complaints, Types of Customer Complaints, Causes of Customer Complaints, Customer Complaint Handling System, Benefits of Handling Complaints. So the researcher can draw the conclusion: Complaint handling at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway has been effective. Complaints submitted by customers at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway are regarding height and weight, queue line problems, customers who do not comply with regulations, expensive prices, In handling complaints at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway which acts as a media for customer complaints. Steps taken: receiving complaints, following up on complaints.

Abstract

This type of research is observational analytic in the form of a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all junior high school students in Bandung Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The total sample was 30 students taken using Cluster Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data processing was carried out computerized and analyzed using the Chi-Square test at α=0.05. Results: 32.30% of students were smokers, 10.4% had low knowledge, and 7.3% had negative attitudes. There is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=1,000) and attitude (1,000) with smoking habits among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. Conclusion: there is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.155) and attitudes towards smoking among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. It would be best to educate junior high school students in Bandung Regency about the chemicals in cigarettes and cigarette smoke and their impact on health.
