Abstract

Along with the development of the era and increasingly rapid technology today, it triggers every business player to create more value in their business. Moreover, there are many competitors who are one of the business threats that need to be faced. Therefore, to meet current market needs, there needs to be aware about how to apply suitable strategies for business. More over early business owner need to have more understanding about business model canvas, cobranding strategy, selling skills, and digital marketing application. The Ayo Kreasi Community is a forum and space for the young generation of future leaders, collaboration media, connections and synergies in developing solutions, creations and innovations based on student talent development to create a superior generation of character and benefit for the homeland and nation starting from the Higher Education Environment. Abstract

Sociopreneurship are one of the important goals in the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) related to overcoming poverty. Factors that influence the existence of poverty is the lack of jobs which causes many unemployed in Indonesia. In efforts to empower the workforce in overcoming unemployment, what really needs to be considered is the disabled workforce. Disabled workers have several obstacles and challenges in adapting to the world of work. These obstacles and challenges relate to the ability and knowledge of information technology. Information technology is currently very influential in the economy in Indonesia. Several industries, companies and businesses are digitizing with the aim of developing business in the current digital era. However, there are also businesses that still haven't implemented digitization. The low percentage of digitization implementation is a major challenge in growing and adapting to digital technology. Limitations and accessibility in studying, understanding and applying digitalization abilities and knowledge, support is needed in efforts to optimize technology in empowering disabled workers. This study aims to describe a digitalized business model that is appropriate by identifying the business model, internal factors and external factors, digitalization strategies in efforts to develop sociopreneurship businesses and strategies to increase information technology capabilities and knowledge for workers with disabilities in optimizing workforce empowerment in adapting to digital era in industry.

Abstract

In recent years, Indonesia has emerged as a powerhouse in the digital economy, aiming to become the leading force in South East Asia. In this digital era, the promotion of products and services has become a fundamental factor for businesses, largely attributed to the advent of digital marketing. The primary objectives of this study are to explore the reliance of digital marketing agencies on digital marketing and assess the success rate of this strategy, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has significantly increased productivity and sales. Additionally, the study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies for business sustainability and discuss future trends. To shed light on this phenomenon, this study employs qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, to collect data. Various analysis techniques such as EFE, IFE, CPM, IE, SWOT, and QSPM are employed. Based on the findings, this research demonstrates that digital marketing strategies have proven highly effective, particularly in terms of the promotional and advertising techniques employed. Based on the findings, SKI Digital Marketing's strategic focus on Instagram as its primary marketing platform, coupled with a commitment to content marketing, reflects a purposeful approach to engaging a broad audience and enhancing brand visibility. The adoption of a market penetration strategy underscores the agency's determination to thrive amid intense competition.
