Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the development of MSMEs based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On Souvenirs Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak). 2) To find out what factors influence the development of MSMEs based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On Souvenirs Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak). This study uses a descriptive method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events according to the research problem as it is. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. (Case Study On By By Sijunjung Kalamai Urang Awak) are as follows; a) Increasing market access and increasing market share, the Kalamai urang crew distributes their products to various distributor areas, even to Palembang and Jambi. b) Increasing access to capital sources and strengthening the capital structure, the business capital of Kalamai Urang crew came from one owner and no outside help. c) Improving organizational and management capabilities, They sent its members to attend trainings held by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency such as product marketing, product pachaging training, product quality training, and product development training. d) Increasing access and mastery of technology, that the marketing technology used by SMEs is kalamai urang crew with social media such as Instagram and Facebokk. Technology for the production of MSMEs still does not use sophisticated technology.2) Factors influencing the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on creative economy by the Department of Trade, Industry, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of Sijunjung Regency. Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the process of providing People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sungayang Unit, Sungayang District, Tanah Datar Regency, 2) To find out how the obstacles are faced, 3) To find out how efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles encountered.This study uses a descriptive method. Based on the result of analysis data authors draw the following conclusions: 1) The process of granting People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Sungayang Unit, Sungayang District, Tanah Datar Regency consists of: Credit Application Stage, Credit Analysis Stage / Examination Stage , Stage of Giving Credit Decision, Stage of Credit Disbursement/Credit Agreement and Stage of Repayment of Credit Facilities. 2) Obstacles faced include: non-performing loans and the decreasing number of debtors of People's Business Credit (KUR). 3) Efforts are being made to overcome the obstacles faced, including: conducting continuous collections and tightening credit analysis and carrying out socialization of People's Business Credit (KUR) to the public and related parties, that people's business loans are for productive businesses that emphasize feasibility. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia, and has had various impacts, including MSMEs. This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the UMKM of Ujung Jaya Village at this time. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using secondary data from research results and literature references regarding data and information related to research. The results of this study show the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs, the challenges of MSMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic and the MSMEs Strategy in dealing with Covid 19 in Ujung Jaya Village. The impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village is quite strong, many MSME players have suffered losses due to a decrease in people's purchasing power and a reduction in the production process. It is recommended that to overcome the impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village, MSME actors can switch to the concept of going digital with the use of social media and other e-commerce to revive their MSME movement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate public perceptions of the use of the BRIZZI e-money card on the Trans Padang Bus as a means of payment. Since it was socialized and implemented in 2019, the use of BRIZZI e-money has been implemented and used as a means of payment for public transportation for the Trans Padang Bus, but there are still some passengers who have difficulty making payments such as not having a BRIZZI e-money card or balance in an e-card. - empty BRIZZI money. This research method uses descriptive. Data collection tools using interviews and observations of 36 informants consisting of 30 passengers and 6 people who are Trans Padang Bus stewards. The results of data analysis show that the public has a positive perception of the use of this BRIZZI e-money card as a means of payment on the Trans Padang Bus. Their positive perception is seen from the factors of convenience, benefits, and security. However, negative perceptions are also directed at passengers with certain characteristics such as elderly passengers who find it difficult to use BRIZZI e-money and also passengers who rarely use public transportation on the Trans Padang Bus, so they feel that having BRIZZI e-money is not something that is useful for them considering that its use is only for payments for Trans Padang buses.
