Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic is a major public problem that must be resolved by the government as its obligation to protect all citizens. Puskesmas as a national health system is a means of providing individual and community health services. This allows the puskesmas to provide vaccine services to all levels of society in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction with vaccination services at the Puskesmas. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive method, which was carried out from July to September 2021. The population in the study was people who received the first dose of vaccination at the Mandiangin Health Center, Bukittinggi City. The level of patient satisfaction was measured using the servqual method by distributing questionnaires to 89 people participating in the Covid 19 vaccine. Each statement was scored using a Likert scale of 1-4. In this study, the highest community satisfaction scores were produced in each dimension, namely; Appearance of health workers (87.6%), timely implementation of vaccines (78.6%), vaccine complaints handled properly (75.2%), patient confidentiality maintained (89.8%), and vaccine services do not discriminate differentiate community status (94.3%). Puskesmas need to maintain and improve existing achievements. Some things that need to be considered for further improvement include providing detailed information to the public regarding vaccines as a whole so that the public can receive clear and detailed information.

Abstract

The pandemic has hit Indonesia for more than two years, not only in the health sector, the education sector, the pandemic has also greatly impacted the economic sector, especially small economic actors, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are heavily affected, especially in the production process. This study aims to see an overview of MSME production during the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village, Sumedang Regency. This research is a descriptive study, to see a description of the production of MSMEs in Ujung Jaya Village during the pandemic period which was carried out in June - July 2021. The population in the study of all community groups who had MSMEs registered with the Cooperatives were 83 MSMEs. The picture of MSME production is measured by conducting interviews with the owners of each MSME. The results of this study indicate that a decrease in the number of MSME production during the Covid-19 pandemic, including rice stalls/food stalls experiencing a 40% decrease in production, a 54.2% decrease in the production of pastries/wet cakes, an 11.1% decrease in vegetable cultivation or the like. and a 70% reduction in artisan production during the pandemic. For this reason, things that need to be considered for further improvement include marketing with digital patterns both in the marketplace and on social media, in order to increase production and sales again.

Abstract

One of the quality health services from the health center can be measured by knowing patient satisfaction with the service. For Puskesmas Mandiangin Bukittinggi City, patient satisfaction is very important, considering the vision of this Puskesmas is to make Mandiangin District Health Center as a prime health service unit, equitable and affordable by the community to support the achievement of optimal health degrees. The purpose of this study was to determine patient satisfaction with the performance of health services at the clinic by measuring the level of patient satisfaction. This research is a descriptive study, to see a picture of patient satisfaction in the Mandiangin District Health Center which was conducted in August - October 2019. The population in the study was outpatients in the Puskesmas Mandiangin Bukittinggi District Health Center. The level of patient satisfaction was measured by the servqual method by conducting interviews with 73 patients at the public health center. Each statement was scored using the 1-4 Likert scale. In this study, the majority of respondents were satisfied with the service of health workers (doctors and nurses) at the public health clinic at Puskesmas Mandiangin (71.2%). The empathy dimension has a high percentage (75.3%). While responsiveness has a lower presentation compared to other dimensions (64.4%). The highest patient satisfaction value in each dimension namely; Nurse appearance (3.71), doctor's presence on time (3.71), nurse answers patient's questions clearly (3.64), patient believes in the medicine given by doctor (3.77) and doctor is able to communicate well with patients (3,81). Puskesmas Mandiangin needs to maintain and improve existing achievements. Some things that need to be taken into consideration to be further improved include the presence and skills of doctors at the clinic, the speed at which doctors solve problems, nurses 'experiences and nurses' attention to being good listeners.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the world, including Indonesia, and has had various impacts, including MSMEs. This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the UMKM of Ujung Jaya Village at this time. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using secondary data from research results and literature references regarding data and information related to research. The results of this study show the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs, the challenges of MSMEs during the Covid 19 Pandemic and the MSMEs Strategy in dealing with Covid 19 in Ujung Jaya Village. The impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village is quite strong, many MSME players have suffered losses due to a decrease in people's purchasing power and a reduction in the production process. It is recommended that to overcome the impact of the pandemic in Ujung Jaya Village, MSME actors can switch to the concept of going digital with the use of social media and other e-commerce to revive their MSME movement
