Abstract

This research is aimed (1) to find out the level of Employees’ Initiatives and performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang, (2) to determine the effect of the Initiative on Employee Performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang.This research uses the Initiative quantitative method as an independent variable and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all employees working at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang. The statistical method uses simple analysis, by testing the t-test hypothesis.From the results of this study the following conclusions are obtained: 1). Level of Employee Initiative in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average score of Initiative Variables was 12.1 with a Total Initiative Respondent Achievement (TCR) of 75.32% at 61% -80 % with Good criteria. This means that the Respondent gave a Good rating from the Initiative, 2). Level of Employee Performance in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average Employee Performance Variable score was 7.73 with a Total Respondents Achievement (TCR) of 77.25% at 61% - 80% with Good criteria which means the respondent gives a good Employee Performance rating, 3). There is a positive effect of the Initiative Variable on the Employee Performance Variable in the Koto Tangah District Head Office.

Abstract

Based on the description in the previous chapters, the author draws the following conclusions: 1) The role of public relations at the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency is as a Communicator, Relationship Builder, as Image Builder. 2) Constraints faced in relation to the role of public relations in the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency include the Coordination Pattern, Position, unprofessional public relations human resources or placement not in accordance with their competence, lack of support for facilities and infrastructure in the Public Relations Board. Regional Representatives (DPRD) of Solok Regency due to the lack of availability of funds. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the constraints faced in relation to the role of public relations at the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency include the commitment of the leadership to provide space for PR to work according to their functions so that the pattern of coordination between public relations and other parts can be bind up with good. The position of public relations needs to be maintained even its role must be increased. One of them is by establishing good cooperation and coordination with other parts of a government environment in terms of providing accurate information. Improving the quality of public relations human resources so that professional human resources are born who are placed according to their competencies by providing education and training to the personnel involved in public relations. Providing trainings related to website management for several public relations staff at the Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Solok Regency. The Head of the Public Relations Section coordinates with the head of the Solok Regency DPRK skariat in terms of fulfilling and fulfilling the needs of the public relations department for facilities and infrastructure or infrastructure in the PR field and optimizing the existing budget as a supporter in carrying out the PR role

Abstract

Tanjung Harapan sub-district is one of the two sub-districts in the city of Solok. Judging from the existing village standards in the city of Solok, the level of community education in the Laing sub-district of Tanjung Harapan sub-district is still low, where many school-age residents attend school and their average education level is middle level. Based on the results of observations in the field, that the level of community participation in the village of Laing, Tanjung Harapan sub-district, the city of Solok on rural / urban development is not optimal, one of which is caused by the factor of community education levels that are still relatively low The success of the implementation of government programs in the framework of national development is very dependent on the participation of all levels of society. Community involvement is very important in the success of programs owned by the government. The community has a large potential of resources and if local governments are able to generate and manage them, many activities can be carried out without much involvement from the government. The government only needs to stimulate the community and subsequently the community themselves work hand in hand to solve it. However, this can be achieved if the human resources possessed have the quality, so they are able to compete and answer all development challenges.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengan jumlah 50 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji koefisien determinan.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar adalah 4.085 dengan tingkat capaian respondens (TCR) 81,7% berada pada 80% - 89,9% dengan kategori baik. 2) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) adalah 4,14 dengan tingkat capaian responden (TCR) adalah 82.2% yang berada pada 80% - 89,9% kategori. 3) Variabel kualias produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,008 > 2,010 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hali ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Apollo Kuliner. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinansi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,417 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 41,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. Dengan peramaan regresi Y= 5,625+0,330X.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) To find out how the acceptance of new students (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 2) To find out what factors affect the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. 3) To find out what is the impact of the results of the selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB) on the academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang, Solok Regency. This study uses a qualitative method, where the researcher tries to describe all phenomena, symptoms, events in accordance with the research problem as it is. The nature of the qualitative approach is intended to present information or information arranged in such a way that it is able to provide a clear and real picture of the object of research. Some data uses are only used as a support for the descriptions used, so as to provide a clear and concrete picture. Based on the descriptions in the previous chapters, the authors draw the following conclusions: 1) Online Selection for New Student Admissions (PPDB) at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang Solok Regency includes: a) Provisions for the Selection of New Student Admissions (PPDB), b) New Student Admissions Mechanism (PPDB), c) The number of applicants accepted at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Talang. 2) The obstacles faced include: a) There are still people who do not understand (lay) in terms of procedural or technical problems regarding PPDB Online, b) Availability of Internet Connection during the implementation of PPDB Online, c) The number of PPDB Online operators is not proportional to the number PPDB online participants. 3) Efforts made in overcoming the obstacles faced include: a) Carrying out extensive socialization for the community so that they can clearly understand the PPDB online procedure, b) increasing the number of PPDB Online operators
