Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik pada Era Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan cara melakukan survei kepuasaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik dengan melihat Indeks Kepuasaan Masyarakat (IKM). Tempat penelitian yaitu di Sumatera Barat dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi google form kepada 110 responden. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan indek kepuasan masyarakat (IKM) yang dihitung dengan menggunakan nilai rata-rata tertimbang masing-masing unsur pelayanan. Dalam penghitungan IKM terhadap 14 unsur pelayanan yang dikaji, setiap unsur pelayanan memiliki penimbang yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Kantor Pelayanan Publik Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada era Covid 19 sesuai dengan ketentuan kepmenpan Nomor 25 Tahun 2004 per indikator pelayanan berada pada kategori baik, hal ini berdasarkan hasil Nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat yaitu 66,95 dengan kategori Baik. Kepada para penyelenggara pelayanan publik, untuk kedepannya bisa beradaptasi dengan keterbatasan kegiatan di era Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya penggunaan fitur PayLater pada Platform Shopee dan Rendang Asese sebagai pelopor rendang kemasan yang telah menggunakan fitur PayLater pada transaksi penjualan onlinenya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa secara mendalam proses keputusan pembelian Rendang Asese Padang menggunakan fitur PayLater. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan 35 orang pembeli tetap Rendang Asese luar kota Padang yang telah melakukan transaksi pembelian Rendang Asese menggunakan fitur PayLater lebih dari dua kali. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan proses keputusan pembelian online Rendang Asese pada Platform Shopee menggunakan fitur pembayaran PayLater, diantaranya Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Penggunaan. PayLater merupakan fitur pembayaran yang sangat membantu ketika membeli makanan secara kredit. Disamping itu, sistem yang tidak rumit dan tidak ada jaminan dalam mengaktifkan fitur ini, membuat PayLater semakin diminati. Selanjutnya, PayLater merupakan fitur yang aman, minim resiko kesalahan dan mudah digunakan.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Banuaran tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga sehingga dengan diadakannya sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga ini dapat memberikan masukan ataupun pengalaman kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Banuaran tentang mengelola sampah rumah tangga menjadi barang yang berguna. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan yaitu tentang sampah organik dan sampah anorganik, pengelolaan sampah organik memiliki intensitas yang cukup tinggi dibanding dengan sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah non organik. Hal ini terjadi karena pengelolaan sampah organik memiliki tingkat kompleksitas mekanisme yang lebih dibanding sampah anorganik. Faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Banuaran Kota Padang adalah: (1) Kesadaran Masyarakat Masih Kurang (2) Peran pemerintah/tokoh masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is aimed (1) to find out the level of Employees’ Initiatives and performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang, (2) to determine the effect of the Initiative on Employee Performance at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang.This research uses the Initiative quantitative method as an independent variable and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all employees working at the Koto Tangah District Office in Padang. The statistical method uses simple analysis, by testing the t-test hypothesis.From the results of this study the following conclusions are obtained: 1). Level of Employee Initiative in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average score of Initiative Variables was 12.1 with a Total Initiative Respondent Achievement (TCR) of 75.32% at 61% -80 % with Good criteria. This means that the Respondent gave a Good rating from the Initiative, 2). Level of Employee Performance in the Padang Koto Tangah District Office based on the results of a questionnaire that researchers distributed at the Padang Koto Tangah District Office, the average Employee Performance Variable score was 7.73 with a Total Respondents Achievement (TCR) of 77.25% at 61% - 80% with Good criteria which means the respondent gives a good Employee Performance rating, 3). There is a positive effect of the Initiative Variable on the Employee Performance Variable in the Koto Tangah District Head Office.

Abstract

The application of the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) is expected to reduce the problems faced by Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ), increase public trust, raise Zakat, Infak and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds more optimally, and target distribution is more precise and meaning for those who deserve it. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Amil Governance in BAZNAS Payakumbuh. Using a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data and information from interviews and documentation, which is then analyzed using interactive methods. The results of the study show that overall all the instruments from the principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) have been applied in a good category at BAZNAS Payakumbuh. However, in the implementation of each instrument of the Principles of Good Amil Governance (GAG) there are still complex obstacles that must be faced by BAZNAS Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

The purpose of the research carried out is 1. To find out the level of work motivation of Sijunjung District Civil Service Police employees, 2. To find out the level of Job Satisfaction of Civil Service Police Unit Sijunjung District, 3. To find out the Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Satisfaction of Civil Service Police Unit employees Sjaja Regency Praja. For this reason the research method is a quantitative approach. The results of the study provide the following conclusions: 1. Work Motivation Variables in this study were measured by the number of 20 question items by producing an average accumulation of a score of 3.45 with the achievement of the TCR percentage reaching 69.70%. So the Work Motivation of Satpol PP employees is relatively good. 2. Job Satisfaction Variables in this study were measured using 28 statement items to produce an average accumulated score of 3.37 with the achievement of the TCR percentage reaching 67.44%. So job satisfaction with Satpol-PP employees is relatively good. 3. Based on the regression test Y = a + bX obtained Y = 10,587 + 0.773 (Work Motivation), this shows the positive influence generated by Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. This means that if Work Motivation (X) is increased by 1 point, it will have an effect on Job Satisfaction of 10,587 + 0.773. From the results of the determinant coefficient test through SPSS 21.00, the value of the determinant coefficient (R-Square) of Work Motivation (X) is equal to 0.662 or 66.2%. Thus variations in the increase and decrease in Job Satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the variable Work Motivation by 66.2%, while the remaining 33.8% Job Satisfaction is influenced by other factors not included in the studied variables. Based on the hypothesis test (t test) obtained the value of t count is 11,616 while the t table is equal to 2,045. Thus t arithmetic> t table, so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. From the conclusions above, it is suggested the following: 1. To achieve goals in an agency the need for leadership to improve and require employee morale by providing appropriate and good motivation, 2. To achieve Job Satisfaction the need for leaders to recognize the ability of each employee so that leaders should provide training to employees in adding insight and skills in accordance with the placement of these employees, 3. Employee Work Motivation is very influential in achieving good Job Satisfaction for that leadership must motivate employees so that employee morale increases.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dengan jumlah 50 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25.0. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji koefisien determinan.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar adalah 4.085 dengan tingkat capaian respondens (TCR) 81,7% berada pada 80% - 89,9% dengan kategori baik. 2) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) adalah 4,14 dengan tingkat capaian responden (TCR) adalah 82.2% yang berada pada 80% - 89,9% kategori. 3) Variabel kualias produk berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,008 > 2,010 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hali ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Apollo Kuliner. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinansi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,417 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 41,7%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. Dengan peramaan regresi Y= 5,625+0,330X.

Abstract

Studi ini mengasumsikan bahwa desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif tidak akan menjadi pengungkit inovasi kebijakan publik. Desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif hanya menggambarkan kebijakan yang menguntungkan bagi kelompok tertentu saja. Kegagalan konsep ini membawa ide untuk mengubah asumsi, yaitu dengan mengubah desain kebijakan publik pemerintahan daerah yang inovatif ke desain inovasi kebijakan publik Pemerintahan Daerah. Jadi, bagaimana merancang inovasi kebijakan publik, bukan bagaimana merancang kebijakan publik yang inovatif. Dalam tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan mengenai peran desain inovasi kebijakan publik bagi pemerintahan daerah di era globalisasi.

Abstract

From the results of the study the following conclusions are made: 1. Training of Damkar officers for the field because the area of Mentawai Islands is quite extensive and also the problem of budget for field operations including the lack of fire trucks. 2. Firefighters in the field are quite good because officers already know what needs to be done both individually and as a team, but to improve the performance of fire fighters certainly need professional training specifically training damkar. 3. Based on the hypothesis test (t test), the value of tcount is 8,051 while ttable is 2,000. Thus tcount 8,051> ttable 2,000, so that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, it means that there is an influence between Training on Performance. The Determinant Coefficient (R-Square) The Effect of Training (X) is 0.495 or 49.5%. Thus variations in the increase and decrease in Performance (Y) can be explained by the Training variable by 49.5%, while the remaining 50.5% Performance is influenced by other factors not included in the variables studied. Through the regression test Y = a + bX obtained Y = 10,432 + 0.515 (Training), this shows the positive influence generated by the Training on Performance. This means that if Training (X) is increased by 1 point it will have an effect on the Performance of 10.9432 + 0.515. From the conclusions above, it can be suggested as follows: 1. Need to Increase Training of Damkar Officers in the field because there are still many officers who have not participated in the training besides that the budget is still limited 2. The leadership must increase the Damkar operational budget and also the training fund of Damkar officers.

Abstract

Work discipline is one of the factors that can affect employee performance. Work discipline is an obedient and obedient attitude to rules based on personal awareness without any coercion from outside. This kind of attitude is not only demanded from an employee as an individual but also a group of people who are members of an organization. With discipline employees will be more responsible for their duties so that organizational goals can be realized. The work discipline of employees at the Kupitan Sub-district Office of Sijunjung Regency is still not optimal, this can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism, lack of accuracy in working so that there is often a waste of labor and money, lack of employee obedience in following standards and regulations at work, such as when working hours are ongoing, employees are often outside the room or office rather than doing their duties and responsibilities / functions because they are ignored, there are still employees who often do other activities outside the office's interests
