Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Promosi di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang tergolong sangat baik dengan nilai TCR sebesar 89,12%, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal penjualan personal misalnya dengan pemanfaatan promosi lewat media sosial. 2) Hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji t ditemukan bahwa t hitung adalah sebesar 15,712 sementara t tabel untuk n=25 adalah sebesar 1,713 dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel sehingga (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh antara promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, kemudian angka sig nya kurang dari 0,05. Dari uji korelasi terlihat ada korelasi yang sangat kuat antara promosi dengan minat beli konsumen di PT. Capella Multidana Cabang Padang sebesar 0,956. Kemudian dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,915 atau 91,5%. Dapat diartikan bahwa peningkatan atau penurunan minat beli konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh promosi perusahaan sebesar 91,5%

Abstract

The results of the research in this study are : 1) the Implementation Of Management Information System In The Ship Service Sub Section at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch has used computerization in this case in the form of an application called SIMOPEL in its implementation includes several stages starting with the data collection stage, processing data using a SIMOPEL application, then producing output in the form of information or reports to management that are useful in decision making. Form the three stages it is known that the data input process often experiences problems, so that all service realization must be delayed for a while. 2) the factors that affect the Implementation Of Management Information System In The Ship Service Sub Section at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Teluk Bayur Branch are system errors and less extensive internet coverage, causing all implementation processes to be delayed and carried out manually. Based on the results of the research above, suggestions that the autor can propose are: 1) Continue to improve facilities and infastructure to support Implementation activities in the company. And improve each system at the stages of the existing procedures in the SIMOPEL application. 2) Improve the system on the application and the range of internet communication so that the Implementation Of Management Information System can operate properly.
